At the same time, another bolt is passed through a hole in the second section of the bracket 31 and screwed into a corresponding threaded hole on the swing hook 40. Claims (10)
1. A bracket assembly for transferring an electric vehicle, the bracket assembly comprising:
a bracket comprising first and second sections at 90 degrees to each other, the first and second sections each having an aperture therein;
a first bolt configured to be received in an opening in the bracket;
a second bolt configured to be received in another opening in the bracket;
the first bolt can be in threaded engagement with a nut welded to the inner side of the lower portion of the side body of the vehicle body, and the second bolt can be in threaded engagement with a corresponding threaded hole in the transfer machine.
2. The bracket assembly of claim 1, further comprising a reinforcement member for preventing deformation at the opening of the lower body side panel.
3. The bracket assembly of claim 2, wherein the reinforcement member is a metal plate welded at an opening in the lower side of the body.
4. The bracket assembly of claim 1, further comprising a spacer positioned between the bolt and the bracket.
5. The bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein the first bolt is a blind bolt.
6. A swing system for swinging an electric vehicle, the swing system comprising:
the transfer hanging machine is used for transferring and hanging the electric automobile;
four stent assemblies according to any one of claims 1-5; and
four nuts, each of the nuts being configured to be welded to the inside of the bodyside lower portion and aligned with a corresponding opening provided in the bodyside lower portion.
7. The transfer hanging system of claim 6 wherein the bracket assembly further comprises a washer positioned between the bolt and the bracket.
8. The swing system according to claim 6, wherein the first bolt is a blind bolt.
9. The transfer system of claim 6, wherein the nut is a projection nut.
10. The transfer system of claim 6, further comprising two trim covers disposed at lower portions of left and right side walls of the vehicle body, respectively, for covering the opening.
