The present embodiment relates to reference orientations of components such as a rear side, an upper portion, a lower portion, and the like, which are described in a normal use state in which a user is seated on a seat.

a back support 100, said back support 100 having a first back support side 110, a second back support side 120, a back support upper portion 130, a back support lumbar portion 140, a back support lower portion 160; the first back support side 110 edge, the back support upper 130 edge, the second back support side 120 edge and the back support lower 160 edge are connected and closed in sequence to form a back support frame, the back support frame is approximately flexible, a flexible mesh structure 600 is arranged in the back support frame, and the flexibility degree of the back support frame is lower than that of the mesh structure 600;
a support bracket 200 for supporting the back support 100, which is substantially rigid and has a first bracket side 210, a second bracket side 220 and a bracket upper portion 230;

Further, the front connection part 310, the bending part 330 and the rear connection part 320 of the elastic member 300 are integrally formed by using a toughened flexible material; the 10 elastic pieces 300 are parallel to each other, the elastic pieces 300 are linear elastic wing strips, the width of each elastic wing strip is 2cm, and the length of each elastic wing strip is 4 cm; the horizontal position of the front connecting part 310 of the elastic part 300 is higher than that of the rear connecting part 320, and the included angle between the elastic part 300 and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees when the elastic part 300 is in a free state; a reinforced part 340 is arranged at the joint between the front connecting part 310 of the elastic member 300 and the upper part 130 of the back support, and the reinforced part 340 and the elastic member 300 are integrally formed by adopting a toughened flexible material.
The elastic member 300 and the upper portion 130 of the back support are integrally formed by using a toughened flexible material; the elastic member 300 and the upper support frame 230 are fixedly connected in a detachable manner, specifically, the upper support frame 230 is provided with a notch 231, the rear connection portion 320 of the elastic member 300 is inserted into the notch 231 to realize the plug connection between the upper support frame 230 and the elastic member 300, further, two side surfaces of the rear connection portion 320 of the elastic member 300 are respectively provided with a fixing protrusion 321, the support frame 200 comprises a support frame main body 280 and a support frame splicing member 290 spliced on the support frame main body 280, the support frame main body 280 and the support frame splicing member 290 are respectively provided with a first groove 281 and a second groove 291 for accommodating the fixing protrusion 321, the fixing protrusion 321 is accommodated in the first groove 291 and the second groove 291, and after the support frame main body 280 and the support frame splicing member 290 are spliced, the elastic member 300 is fixedly connected to the upper support frame 230; a plurality of insertion grooves 282 are formed on the support frame main body 280, and a plurality of insertion tongues 292 are formed on the support frame splicing piece 290; the insertion tongue 292 is inserted into the insertion groove 282 to realize a splicing connection between the holder body 280 and the holder splicing member 290, and then is locked by a screw and is connected with a decoration member 283 to cover the screw at the outside of the screw.
The first support body 410 and the first support frame side portion 210 are fixedly connected in a detachable manner; specifically, the first support 410 is provided with a first connecting lug 415, the first support side 210 is provided with a first connecting groove 212 in plug connection with the first connecting lug 415, and the first connecting lug 415 is inserted into the first connecting groove 212 and is locked by a screw to realize connection between the first support 410 and the first support side 210; the plane of the first connecting lug 415 and the plane of the first connecting slot 212 are both perpendicular to the curved surface of the lumbar support portion 140 of the back support; correspondingly, a detachable fixed connection mode is also adopted between the second supporting body 420 and the second supporting frame side portion 220, specifically, a second connecting lug 425 is arranged on the second supporting body 420, a second connecting groove 222 which is connected with the second connecting lug 425 in an inserting manner is arranged on the second supporting frame side portion 220, and the second connecting lug 425 is inserted into the second connecting groove 222 and is locked by a screw to realize the connection between the second supporting body 420 and the second supporting frame side portion 220; the plane of the second connecting lug 425 and the plane of the second connecting slot 222 are both perpendicular to the curved surface of the lumbar support portion 140 of the back support.
Further, a 5cm gap 500 is left between said first back support side 110 and first support frame side 210, the first support 410 being connected in the gap at the position of the back support lumbar 140; the first supporting body 410 is in an arch-shaped hollow structure, a first connecting end a411 and a second connecting end a412 which are spaced up and down are formed at the connecting position of the first supporting body 410 and the first back supporting part side part 110, a third connecting end a413 is formed at the connecting position of the first supporting body 410 and the first supporting frame side part 210, and the third connecting end a413 is positioned at the oblique inner rear part of the back supporting part 100; correspondingly, a gap 500 is left between said second back support side 120 and the second support frame side 200, and a second support body 420 is connected in the gap at the position of the back support lumbar 140; the second supporting body 420 is in an arch-shaped hollow structure, a first connecting end B421 and a second connecting end B422 are formed at the connecting position of the second supporting body 400 and the second back supporting piece side portion 120, a third connecting end B423 is formed at the connecting position of the second supporting body 420 and the second supporting frame side portion 220, and the third connecting end B423 is also positioned at the oblique inner rear side of the back supporting piece 100; the connecting lines among the first connecting end a411, the first back support side 110, the second connecting end a412, and the third connecting end a413 are in a triangle-like shape, and the connecting lines among the first connecting end B421, the second back support side 120, the second connecting end B422, and the third connecting end B423 are also in a triangle-like shape.
The first back support side part 110 at least comprises a first back support 111 and a first waist support 141 from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the first waist support 141 is positioned between a first connecting end A411 and a second connecting end A412, and the deformation amount of the first waist support 141 is lower than that of the first back support 111; the first support frame side 210 is formed with a first bend 211 bending inwards at a third connection end a413, the first support body 410 is formed with a first protrusion 414 bending outwards at the third connection end a413, the first protrusion 414 is connected with the first bend 211, and the first protrusion 414 is supported above the first bend 211; correspondingly, the second back support side 120 at least comprises a second back support 121 and a second waist support 142 from top to bottom, wherein the second waist support 142 is located between the first connecting end B421 and the second connecting end B422, and the deformation amount of the second waist support 142 is lower than that of the second back support 121; the second support frame side 220 is formed with a second bend 221 bent inward at a third connection end B423, the second support body 420 is formed with a second protrusion 424 bent outward at the third connection end B423, the second protrusion 424 is connected to the second bend 221, and the second protrusion 424 is supported above the second bend 221.
Furthermore, said back support 100 further comprises a back support lower part 160; the edges of the first back support side part 110, the edge of the back support upper part 130, the edge of the second back support side part 120 and the edge of the back support lower part 160 are sequentially connected and closed to form a back support frame, a mesh-shaped structure 600 is formed in the back support frame, the mesh-shaped region 600 is formed by arranging a plurality of diamond-shaped hollow structures, and the longitudinal length of each diamond-shaped hollow structure is longer than the transverse length of each diamond-shaped hollow structure.
The toughened flexible material is a flexible material toughened by about 20%, and preferably 20%.
Example 2:
the only difference from example 1 is:
a chair, as shown in fig. 1-4, comprising a seat 700, including a chair back or backrest or a new backrest as described above, wherein the lower portion of the first support frame side portion 210 and the lower portion of the second support frame side portion 220 are fixedly connected to the seat 700.

1. A seat back, characterized by comprising:
a back support (100) having a first back support side (110), a second back support side (120), a back support upper portion (130), a back support lumbar portion (140);
a support frame (200) to support the back support (100) that is substantially rigid and has a first support frame side (210), a second support frame side (220), and a support frame upper portion (230);
at least 3 elastic members (300), the elastic members (300) being arranged in a row in a transverse direction and each being connected between the back support upper part (130) and the support frame upper part (230), the elastic members (300) including a front connection part (310) connected to the back support upper part (130), a rear connection part (320) connected to the support frame upper part (230), and a bending part (330) connected between the front connection part (310) and the rear connection part (320), the elastic members (300) being subjected to a bending deformation when being subjected to a pressure;
a first support (410) being substantially rigid and disposed between the first back support side (110) and the first support frame side (210).
2. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: also included is a second support body (420) disposed symmetrically with the first support body (410), which is substantially rigid and disposed between the second back support side (120) and the second support frame side (220).
3. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the elastic members (300) is greater than or equal to 5, and the interval between the back support upper part (130) and the support frame upper part (230) is uniform.
4. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the elastic piece (300) and the upper part (230) of the support frame are fixedly connected in a detachable mode.
5. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the first support (410) is integrally formed with the first back support side (110).
6. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the first support body (410) and the first support frame side portion (210) are in detachable fixed connection or rotary connection.
7. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the elastic pieces (300) are parallel to each other, and the longitudinal section of each elastic piece (300) is in any one or combination of any more of a straight line shape, a Y shape, an L shape, a T shape, a V shape and a Z shape.
8. The seat back according to claim 7, wherein the elastic member (300) is a linear elastic wing having a width of 0.8cm ~ 2cm and a length of 2.5cm to 5 cm.

A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: a reinforced part (340) is arranged at the joint between the front connecting part (310) of the elastic part (300) and the upper part (130) of the back support part, and the reinforced part (340) and the elastic part (300) are integrally formed by adopting toughened flexible materials.
10. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the front connecting part (310), the bending part (330) and the rear connecting part (320) of the elastic part (300) are integrally formed by toughened flexible materials.
11. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the front connecting part (310) and the bending part (330) of the elastic part (300) and the rear connecting part (320) and the bending part (330) are fixedly connected in a detachable mode.
12. A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: the horizontal position of the front connecting part (310) of the elastic piece (300) is higher than the horizontal position of the rear connecting part (320).
13. The seat back according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the elastic member (300) and the horizontal plane is 30 ° ~ 80 ° when the elastic member (300) is in the free state.

A seat back according to claim 4, wherein: a notch (231) is formed in the upper portion (230) of the support frame, and a rear connecting portion (320) of the elastic piece (300) is inserted into the notch (231) to achieve plug connection between the upper portion (230) of the support frame and the elastic piece (300).

A seat back according to claim 17, wherein: the rear connecting part (320) of the elastic piece (300) is provided with a fixing protrusion (321), the support frame (200) comprises a support frame main body (280) and a support frame splicing piece (290) spliced on the support frame main body (280), a first groove (281) and a second groove (291) used for accommodating the fixing protrusion (321) are formed in the support frame main body (280) and the support frame splicing piece (290), the fixing protrusion (321) is accommodated into the first groove (281) and the second groove (291), and after the support frame main body (280) and the support frame splicing piece (290) are spliced, the elastic piece (300) is fixedly connected to the upper portion (230) of the support frame.

A seat back according to claim 1, wherein: said back support (100) further comprising a back support lower portion (160); the first back support side (110), the upper back support (130), the second back support side (120) and the lower back support (160) are connected in series to form a back support frame, the back support frame is substantially flexible, and a flexible mesh structure (600) is arranged in the back support frame.
25. A seat back according to claim 24, wherein: the back support frame is less flexible than the mesh structure (600).

a back support (100) having a first back support side (110), a second back support side (120), a back support upper portion (130), a back support lumbar portion (140);
a support frame (200) to support the back support (100) that is substantially rigid and has a first support frame side (210), a second support frame side (220), and a support frame upper portion (230);
at least 3 elastic members (300), the elastic members (300) being arranged in a row in a transverse direction and each being connected between the back support upper part (130) and the support frame upper part (230), the elastic members (300) including a front connection part (310) connected to the back support upper part (130), a rear connection part (320) connected to the support frame upper part (230), and a bending part (330) connected between the front connection part (310) and the rear connection part (320), the elastic members (300) being subjected to a bending deformation when being subjected to a pressure;
a first support (410) being substantially rigid and disposed between the first back support side (110) and the first support frame side (210); the first supporting body (410) is of an arch-shaped hollow structure or a triangular hollow structure, a first connecting end A (411) and a second connecting end A (412) are formed at the connecting position of the first supporting body (410) and the first back supporting part side part (110), and a third connecting end A (413) is formed at the connecting position of the first supporting body (410) and the first supporting frame side part (210).
27. A seat back according to claim 26, wherein: also included is a second support body (420) disposed symmetrically with the first support body (410), which is substantially rigid and disposed between the second back support side (120) and the second support frame side (220).

A seat back according to claim 26, wherein: the first back support side part (110) at least comprises a first softer back support (111) and a first harder waist support (141) from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the first waist support (141) is positioned between a first connecting end A (411) and a second connecting end A (412), and the first waist support (141) does not deform or the deformation amount of the first waist support is lower than that of the first back support (111) when the first waist support is extruded by external force.

A seat back according to claim 26, wherein: the first back support side part (110) at least comprises a first back side support (111) and a first waist side support (141) from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the first waist side support (141) is positioned between a first connecting end A (411) and a second connecting end A (412); the first back side support (111) and the first waist side support (141) are both rigid and do not deform when pressed by an external force.

A seat back according to claim 32, wherein: the first support body (410) is provided with a first connecting lug (415), the first support frame side portion (210) is provided with a first connecting groove (212) in plug-in connection with the first connecting lug (415), and the first connecting lug (415) is inserted into the first connecting groove (212) and is locked through a screw to achieve connection between the first support body (410) and the first support frame side portion (210).
