In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

The specific embodiment of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1-20, the present invention provides an ergonomic chair back, which comprises a back support 1 and an upper back assembly a disposed on the back support 1, wherein the upper back assembly a comprises two side back units 2 which are arranged side by side left and right; the upper part of the back bracket 1 is provided with support arms 3 which respectively extend towards the left side and the right side, and the outer side of each side back unit 2 is provided with a support 4 connected with the support arms 3; the support arm 3 and the support 4 are connected together in a front-back manner, and an elastic soft ring 5 capable of being extruded and deformed is clamped between the support arm and the support; support arm 3 and support 4 realize "flexible coupling" under the effect of the soft circle of elasticity 5 for the user leans on the in-process on last back of the body subassembly A backward, and the soft circle of elasticity 5 can play the effect of elastic buffer, and the user back of releiving avoids supporting the nothing hard. In addition, a lumbar support 31 positioned below the upper back component A is also arranged on the back support 1, and the lumbar support 31 can support the waist of a user to form a support for the natural bending position of the lumbar so as to compound an engineering curve of the back of the human body; and the waist supporting degree of the lumbar support 31 can also be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the side back unit 2 has a rectangular frame structure, and the side back unit 2 includes an inner rail 7 and an outer rail 8 spaced left and right; the elastic block 6 is connected between the inner side rods 7 of the two side back units 2. The support 4 is arranged on the outer side rod 8 of each side back unit 2, and the support 4 extends towards the center direction of the side back unit 2. The concrete connection structure between the support 4 and the support arm 3 is as follows: a first limiting bulge 9 protruding backwards is arranged at the end part of the support 4, a connecting column 10 extending backwards is arranged on the first limiting bulge 9, and an installation hole 10a with internal threads is arranged on the end surface of the connecting column 10; the elastic soft ring 5 is also an elastic rubber body, and the front end of the elastic soft ring 5 is provided with a first groove 11 matched with the first limiting bulge 9; the elastic soft ring 5 can be attached to the rear end of the support 4, so that the first limiting bulge 9 is embedded into the first groove 11; and the connecting column 10 is simultaneously threaded backwards out of the elastic soft ring 5. A connecting seat 12 with the contour matched with that of the elastic soft ring 5 is arranged at the end part of the support arm 3, a second limiting bulge 13 protruding forwards is arranged at the front end of the connecting seat 12, and correspondingly, a second groove 14 is arranged at the rear end of the elastic soft ring 5; a connecting hole 15 penetrating through the connecting base 12 in the front and rear direction is formed at the front end of the second limiting protrusion 13; in addition, the rear end of the connecting base 12 is also provided with an installation groove 16 avoiding the connecting column 10; during assembly, the first limiting bulge 9 is embedded in the first groove 11, and the second limiting bulge 13 is embedded in the second groove 14, so that the support 4, the elastic soft ring 5 and the connecting seat 12 are tightly attached to each other front and back; the connecting column 10 passes through the elastic soft ring 5 and the connecting hole 15 backwards and is positioned in the mounting groove 16. The first limiting bulge 9 is embedded in the first groove 11, and the second limiting bulge 13 is embedded in the second groove 14, so that the elastic soft ring 5 can be tightly clamped between the support 4 and the connecting seat 12, and the deviation of the elastic soft ring 5 is avoided; in addition, the front end of the elastic soft ring 5 is provided with an arc-shaped fixture block 29 protruding forwards, and an arc-shaped clamping groove 30 is correspondingly arranged at the corresponding position of the rear end of the support 4; the clamping block 29 is clamped in the clamping groove 30, so that the elastic soft ring 5 and the support 4 can be circumferentially fixed, and the elastic soft ring 5 is prevented from rotating relative to the support 4 when being subjected to extrusion force; so that the elastic soft ring 5 is firmly clamped between the support 4 and the connecting seat 12.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, a damping rubber ring 17 is further disposed in the mounting groove 16, and a through hole for the connecting column 10 to pass through is disposed on the damping rubber ring 17; the damping rubber ring 17 is embedded in the mounting groove 16, and the connecting column 10 is arranged in the damping rubber ring 17 in a penetrating manner; and the damping rubber ring 17 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the mounting groove 16; then, a gasket 171 and a bolt 172 are sequentially arranged at the rear end of the connecting column 10, and the bolt 172 penetrates through the gasket 171 and is connected in the mounting hole 10 a; thereby fixing the connection post 10 in the mounting groove 16; so that the support 4 and the arm 3 are firmly connected back and forth. Under the action of the damping rubber ring 17, the connecting column 10 cannot be directly contacted with the connecting seat 12, and the damping rubber ring 17 is coated outside the connecting column 10; so that the connecting column 10 can act on the damping rubber ring 17 in an extruding way; moreover, under the action of the elastic soft ring 5, the support 4 and the support arm 3 can move mutually to extrude the elastic soft ring 5, so that the support 4 and the support arm are not in rigid connection; then the 'soft connection' between the support seat 4 and the support arm 3 can be realized, so that the support seat 4 and the support arm can move in a certain range, namely the support seat 4 can deflect left and right, up and down in a certain range relative to the connecting seat 12; in the process that a user leans back on the upper back assembly A, the elastic soft ring 5 can play an elastic buffering role, the back of the user is relieved, and the support is prevented from being stiff. In addition, a decoration cover 12a is connected to the rear end of the installation base 12, and the decoration cover 12a can cover the installation groove 16, thereby hiding the connection trace and beautifying the appearance.
As shown in fig. 3-8, the two side back units 2 are connected together through the elastic block 6, and a mounting socket 18 is arranged at the middle position of the rear end of the inner side frame 7 of each side back unit 2; the side connecting block 6b is matched with the mounting socket 18 in a plugging manner; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the middle position of the side connecting block 6b is provided with an interval to form two insertion blocks 19 which are independent up and down; correspondingly, two slots 20 which are spaced up and down are arranged on the inner side of the mounting socket 18; when in connection, the side connecting block 6b is matched with the mounting socket 18 in an inserting way, so that the inserting block 19 is inserted into the inserting slot 20; and the mounting socket 18 protrudes backwards from the inner rod 7, so that the side connecting block 6b can be provided with enough thickness to ensure the structural strength of the connecting part.
Further comprising: each insertion block 19 is provided with two longitudinally spaced first limiting holes 21 and two first connecting through holes 22 distributed on the left and right sides of the first limiting hole 21. A second limiting hole 23 which is overlapped with the first limiting hole 21 in front and back and a second connecting through hole 24 which is overlapped with the first connecting through hole 22 in front and back are correspondingly arranged on the rear end surface of the mounting socket 18. A connecting rear cover 25 is further assembled at the rear end of the mounting socket 18, and the connecting rear cover 25 is provided with limiting columns 26 which are longitudinally spaced and used for being matched with the first limiting hole 21 and the second limiting hole 23; and a connection steel buckle 27 for passing through the first connection via hole 22 and the second connection via hole 24, wherein the connection steel buckle 27 is a steel sheet extending backwards around and having arc-shaped inverted teeth 27a distributed on the periphery, a hole is formed in the middle of the connection steel buckle 27 for a screw to pass through, a positioning column 28 is correspondingly arranged on the connection rear cover 25, and the connection steel buckle 27 is connected on the positioning column 28 by a screw, so that the connection steel buckle 27 is stably arranged on the connection rear cover 25. After the side connecting block 6b is inserted into the mounting socket 18, the connecting rear cover 25 is covered at the rear end of the mounting socket 18, so that the limiting column 26 sequentially penetrates through the second limiting hole 23 and the first limiting hole 21; the connecting steel buckle 27 sequentially passes through the second connecting through hole 24 and the first connecting through hole 22, and the arc-shaped inverted tooth 27a is in front-back tooth connection with the insert block 19; the method specifically comprises the following steps: the arc-shaped inverted tooth 27a can elastically contract to a certain degree, and when the connecting steel buckle 27 passes through the second connecting through hole 24 and the first connecting through hole 22, the arc-shaped inverted tooth 27a contracts towards the center; after the connecting steel buckle 27 completely passes through the first connecting through hole 22, the arc-shaped inverted tooth 27a is elastically reset so as to be in front-back tooth joint with the insert block 19, and the side connecting block 6b is an elastic rubber body, so that the arc-shaped inverted tooth 27a can be partially clamped into the side connecting block 6 b; then, after the rear connecting cover 25 is assembled on the mounting socket 18, the limiting column 26 can ensure that the plug block 19 is stably inserted into the mounting socket 18, so that the side connecting block 6b cannot be separated from the mounting socket 18; the arc-shaped inverted teeth 27a are in toothed connection with the insert block 19, so that the connection of the rear cover 25 and the detachment of the mounting socket 18 can be limited; the side connecting block 6b is stably inserted into the mounting socket 18, and the connecting structure is simple and stable; the rear cover 25 can be connected to achieve the decoration effect, and can also achieve the connection limiting effect and achieve the dual functions.
And as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the first coupling through-hole 22 located outside the insert block 19 is formed with a notch 22a at a side end of the insert block 19; the first connecting through hole 22 is large in size to keep the connecting steel buckle 27 to pass through; in order to avoid interference during assembly, a notch 22a is provided at the first connecting through hole 22 located outside the insert block 19, so that the installation is smoother.
In addition, the main supporting block 6a is perpendicular to the side connecting block 6b, and the front end and the rear end of the main supporting block 6a are protruded out of the side connecting block 6 b; when the side connecting block 6b and the mounting socket 18 are assembled; the main supporting block 6a is clamped between the two inner side rods 7, and the front-back length of the main supporting block 6a is not less than the front-back thickness of the side-back unit 2, so that the main supporting block 6a can be stably clamped between the two inner side rods 7 to provide a supporting function; the left and right thickness of the main supporting block 6a is between 5 and 15 mm; the main support block 6a is made to have a certain thickness, so that the structure is stable; but the thickness cannot be too large either, resulting in too large a separation of the two side back units 2.

As shown in fig. 1-2 and 12-20, a lumbar support bracket 32 is further mounted at the front end of the lower part of the back bracket 1; the upper end and the lower end of the lumbar support 31 are respectively connected to the lumbar support bracket 32 in a rotating manner; the lumbar support 31 has elasticity and the middle position is arched forward, so that the lumbar support 31 can support the waist of the user. A longitudinal sliding support part 32a is arranged at the lower part of the lumbar support bracket 32, and a sliding seat 33 is arranged on the sliding support part 32a in a sliding way; the slide base 33 can slide up and down along the slide support portion 32 a; a gear adjusting mechanism is arranged between the sliding seat 33 and the sliding support part 32a, so that the sliding seat 33 can rise along the sliding support part 32a and stay at gear positions with different heights; the lower end of the lumbar support 31 is rotatably connected to the sliding seat 33; then the lower end of the lumbar support 31 can be driven to move up and down by the action sliding seat 33 moving up and down, so that the lumbar support 31 correspondingly generates elastic deformation along the longitudinal direction to be ejected forwards or retracted backwards; so that the top waist degree of the lumbar support 31 can be adjusted according to the user's needs.
As shown in fig. 13-16, the lumbar support 31 includes a lumbar frame 311 having a frame-type structure and two lateral lumbar supports 312 connected to the front end of the lumbar frame 311 and arranged side by side; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the waist rest framework 311 is of a bilateral symmetry structure, and the waist rest framework 311 comprises longitudinal bar-shaped side bars 36 respectively positioned at the left and right sides, a lower cross bar 37 respectively arranged at the bottom of each bar-shaped side bar 36, and an upper cross bar 38 respectively arranged at the upper end of each bar-shaped side bar 36. The two upper cross rods 38 are spaced from each other left and right, the two lower cross rods 37 are connected with a supporting cross rod 39 which is used for being connected and matched with the sliding seat 33, and two rotating protrusions 40 which are spaced from each other left and right and protrude backwards are arranged on the supporting cross rod 39. The waist support frame 311 is made of nylon material and has certain toughness. Further comprising: the side waist support body 312 is made of TPU soft rubber, and the rear end of each side waist support body 312 is provided with an upper caulking groove 381, a side caulking groove 361 and a lower caulking groove 371 which can be respectively matched with the upper cross bar 38, the strip-shaped side bar 36 and the lower cross bar 37; the side waist support 312 can be connected with the waist back frame 311 in a front-back manner, so that the upper cross bar 38 is embedded in the upper caulking groove 381, the bar-shaped side bars 36 are embedded in the side caulking grooves 361, and the lower cross bar 37 is embedded in the lower caulking groove 371. The supporting cross bar 39 is connected to the rear end surfaces of the two lower cross bars 37, so that the structural strength is enhanced, and the two side waist supporting bodies 312 are kept to synchronously move up and down; the support rail 39 is protruded rearward from the lower rail 37 so that the support rail 39 does not interfere with the side lumbar support 312; so that the lumbar support frame 311 can be stably attached to and support the two side lumbar support bodies 312. Adopt above-mentioned structural design's aim at: the waist rest framework 311 is of a frame type structure made of nylon materials, has good toughness and can provide support, and the frame type structure is more favorable for elastic deformation in the vertical direction; the side waist support body 312 is made of TPU soft rubber, so that the deformation is easy and the side waist support body has good ductility; the waist support piece 31 formed by combining the two can keep the whole shape of the waist support, and the deformation effect of the waist support piece 31 in the vertical direction is good, so that the process of adjusting the waist supporting degree is easy and labor-saving. Otherwise if the lumbar support 31 is made entirely of nylon or elastic plastic, the one-piece structure is deformed laboriously, making the adjustment operation laborious. Further, as shown in fig. 14, a plurality of longitudinally spaced grooves 41 are further provided on the front end surface of the bar-shaped side bar 36, so that the bar-shaped side bar 36 is staggered in thickness and thickness, and is more easily elastically deformed, and the deformation of the bar-shaped side bar 36 can directly deform the side waist support 312 to adjust the top waist degree; thereby the adjusting operation is easier and more labor-saving.

In the elastic deformation process of the lumbar support 31, the upper rotating support 35 can rotate relative to the rotating mounting seat 34a in a self-adaptive manner, so that the connection part is prevented from being broken under stress; the loop arms 34 on both sides are connected to both sides of the upper end of the lumbar support 31, respectively, so that the lumbar support 31 can be stably supported. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 14-16, a lower rotating rib 42 protruding backward is further provided at a position corresponding to the rotating protrusion 40 at the lower end of the side waist support 312, a connecting groove 43 for the lower rotating rib 42 to penetrate is provided at the front end of the rotating protrusion 40, and after the lumbar support frame 311 is connected with the side waist support 312, the lower rotating rib 42 can just be embedded into the connecting groove 42, and the two together form a lower rotating support 44; the lower rotation support 44 is configured to be rotatably connected to the slide base 33, and the lower rotation rib 42 is rotatably connected to the slide base 33 together with the rotation protrusion 40 by using a pin shaft, so that the lower end of the lumbar support 312 and the lower end of the lumbar support frame 311 can be connected together as well. By adopting the rotating structure, the waist support piece 31 and the waist support bracket 32 can be connected, and the waist support frame 311 and the side waist support body 312 can be stably connected together, so that the connecting steps are saved; the structure design is ingenious.
As shown in fig. 12-13 and 17-20, the sliding seat 33 is slidably connected to the front end of the sliding support portion 32a, longitudinal guide grooves 45 are respectively formed on the left and right sides of the sliding support portion 32a, and a guide bar 46 slidably fitted in the guide grooves 45 is correspondingly formed on the rear end of the sliding seat 33, so that the sliding seat 33 can stably slide up and down along the sliding support portion 32a, and the guide bar 46 is fitted in the guide grooves 45 to limit the sliding seat 33 from being separated from the sliding support portion 32a back and forth. A containing groove 50 is arranged in the sliding seat 33, a longitudinal adjusting piece 51 is arranged in the containing groove 50, and the lower end of the adjusting piece 51 is rotatably connected with the sliding seat 33, so that the adjusting piece 51 can deflect left and right; the upper end of the adjusting piece 51 is provided with a bayonet 52 which extends backwards in the annular guide groove 47 and can be clamped with the positioning bayonet groove 48; an arc-shaped avoiding groove 53 for avoiding the movement of the detent 52 is arranged on the sliding seat 33.
