Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an air purification module 100, wherein the air purification module 100 can be applied to an indoor unit 200 of an air conditioner. The air purification module 100 is used for purifying air and sending the purified air to an indoor environment, thereby improving the air quality of the indoor environment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the air purification module 100 of the present invention, the air purification module 100 includes a housing 110 and a rotating body 120. The housing 110 has a purge air duct 111. The rotating body 120 is rotatably installed in the purifying air duct 111, the rotating body 120 is provided with a water supply channel 121, a plurality of capillary channels 122 extending in a long strip shape along the radial direction of the rotating body 120 are arranged around the rotating body 120, and the capillary channels 122 are communicated with the water supply channel 121, so that when the rotating body 120 rotates, water in the water supply channel 121 is thrown out from the capillary channels 122.
Specifically, the housing 110 is provided with a purge air duct 111 extending in the up-down direction. The air flows from bottom to top in the purified air duct 111. The rotating body 120 is rotatably installed in the purifying air duct 111, the water supply passage 121 of the rotating body 120 can be served by the water storage cavity of the rotating body 120 itself, and before use, a certain amount of water is stored in the water storage cavity of the rotating body 120, so that the rotating body 120 throws out water when in use, and water is not required to be supplemented during throwing. Alternatively, the water supply passage 121 is a water flow passage communicating with a water source, and the water source continuously supplies water to the rotating body 120 to provide sufficient water during the water throwing process of the rotating body 120. The water source may be a water source (such as a water tank) configured in the air purification module 100 itself, a water source (such as a water tank and a water pan) of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, or a water source provided by a user, which will be described in detail later.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the air purification module 100 purifies air, the driving device 150 drives the rotating body 120 to rotate, and during the rotation of the rotating body 120, a negative pressure is formed in the capillary channels 122 to suck water in the water supply channels 121 (similar to a siphon phenomenon), so that the water in the water supply channels 121 is dispersed from the capillary channels 122, and the water flow is dispersed and refined. As the rotating body 120 continues to rotate, the water in the water supply channel 121 is continuously thinned by the capillary channels 122 and is thrown out to a space far away in the circumferential direction.
Then, the water thrown out of the capillary channels 122 is further refined into countless water drops with small particle size, which can be as small as 30-90 um. The water drops with extremely small particle size continue to do centrifugal motion and wash the air in the air purification duct 111 in the motion process, so that impurities and the like in the indoor air are adsorbed and melted into the water, and the water throwing and air purification by the super-gravity are realized. Such as purifying air from fine particulate matter, pollen, floating microorganisms, bacteria, volatile organic compounds (e.g., formaldehyde, benzene, TOVC), and the like. In addition, the water drops are mixed into the air, and the effect of humidifying the air can be achieved. It should be noted here that, in order to ensure that the rotating body 120 can disperse water to purify more air, the rotation axis direction of the rotating body 120 coincides with the air flow direction in the purification air duct 111.
For the prior art that the round-hole-shaped water outlet holes are directly designed on the water spraying structure, the conventional water outlet holes have weaker cutting effect on water and basically cannot compress the water, so that the cut water drops are easily adhered to water drops obviously cut from other water outlet holes around, and the water drops with larger particle sizes are recovered. And the utility model discloses a rotator adopts capillary channel 122 design, can be with drop of water compression restriction one end time in its passageway, makes it have great water pressure, leaves capillary channel 122 with the drop of water after throwing away at a higher speed to can not be with other drops of water interference, and then keep less drop of water particle diameter.
The technical scheme of the utility model, through installing rotator 120 in purifying air duct 111 to it establishes a plurality of capillary pore passageways 122 that are long banding along its radial extension to run through on rotator 120, this capillary pore passageway 122 and water supply channel 121 intercommunication, in order when rotator 120 is rotatory, utilize capillary pore passageway 122 to throw away the water dispersion in water supply channel 121 from each capillary pore passageway 122, break up rivers and refine numerous less drop of water. The water thrown out from the capillary channel 122 is continuously refined into countless water drops with small particle size in high-speed rotation, and the water drops continuously wash the air in the purification air channel 111, so that impurities and the like in the indoor air are adsorbed and are melted into the water to be taken away, the air is washed by the supergravity water, and the air purification efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in an embodiment, for the driving device 150 for driving the rotation of the rotating body 120, the driving device 150 may be a structure of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner or be driven by a motor of the cleaning fan 170 in a linkage manner. Specifically, the air purification module 100 further includes a driving device 150, the driving device 150 is mounted on the housing 110, and the driving device 150 is connected to the rotating body 120 to drive the rotating body 120 to rotate. The driving device 150 includes a motor 151 and a motor base 152 to which the motor 151 is mounted.
Specifically, the rotary body 120 has a rotational axis about which the driving device 150 drives the rotary body 120 to rotate. The extending direction of the rotation axis may be the same as the extending direction of the purge air duct 111, or may intersect the extending direction of the purge air duct 111.
Here, the rotation axis and the purge air duct 111 both extend in the vertical direction of the air purification module 100. The air flows from bottom to top in the purifying air duct 111, the water throwing surface of the rotating body 120 is perpendicular to the air flow direction, the water washing area is large, and the cross section of the purifying air duct 111 is almost covered. The water drops thrown out by the rotation of the rotating body 120 fall downwards along the radial direction of the rotating body 120 under the action of centrifugal acting force and self gravity, the water drops collide with air for water washing, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
To reduce the weight of the rotating body 120, the air purification module 100 further comprises a motor bracket 160 installed in the housing 110, wherein the motor bracket 160 is located above the rotating body 120. The driving unit 150 is mounted to the motor bracket 160 such that the gravity of the driving unit 150 is applied to the motor bracket 160, thereby reducing the weight of the rotating body 120 and facilitating the rotation of the rotating body 120 at a high speed and with a low weight.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in order to ensure that the water source can supply a sufficient amount of water to the rotary nozzle, the air cleaning module 100 further includes a water supply tank 140 positioned below the rotary body 120, the water supply tank 140 communicating with the lower end of the water supply passage 121 to serve as a water source for the rotary body 120.
Specifically, the water supply tank 140 is provided with a tank bracket 141, and the bottom of the rotary body 120 is rotatably mounted to the tank bracket 141 through a bearing 180. The rotation body 120 is supported by the water supply tank 140 so that the gravity of the rotation body 120 is not applied to the driving means 150, thereby ensuring that the driving means 150 performs only a driving action to prevent the driving means 150 from being damaged by a load applied to the driving means 150.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment, the air purification module 100 further includes a water supply pipe 190 inserted into the water supply channel 121, and a water spray hole communicated with the capillary channel 122 is formed in a portion of the water supply pipe 190 located inside the water supply channel 121; a pipe portion of the water supply pipe 190, which is located outside the rotating body 120, is rotatably installed to the water supply tank 140, and the lower end thereof protrudes into the water supply tank 140.
That is, the air purification module 100 sucks up the water supply tank 140 through the water supply pipe 190, and the water supply pipe 140 sprays the water pairs to the water inlet ends of the respective capillary channels 122 through the water spray holes, thereby throwing the water out of the capillary channels 122.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in another embodiment, the difference from the above embodiment is that the water supply tank 140 directly supplies water to the water supply channel 121 of the rotating body 120, and the water supply channel 121 directly supplies water to the capillary channel 122. At this time, in order to facilitate the installation of the rotating body 120 and the connection with the water supply tank 140, a rotation shaft 123 rotatably connected to the water supply tank 140 may be protruded at the bottom of the rotating body 120, the rotation shaft 123 is hollow, and the rotation shaft 123 is inserted into the water supply tank 140 to communicate the water supply tank 140 with the water supply passage 121.
Specifically, the rotation shaft 123 is integrally formed with the rotation body 120, an upper end of the rotation shaft 123 communicates with the water supply passage 121, a lower end of the rotation shaft 123 passes through a bearing 180 and protrudes into the water supply tank 140, and the lower end of the rotation shaft 123 is mounted to the water tank bracket 141 through the bearing 180.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in view of the fact that the rotating body 120 can rotate, in order to reduce the use of the water pump, the air purification module 100 further includes a water absorption member 130 disposed on the rotating body 120, the water absorption member 130 includes a water absorption pipe 131 for communicating the water supply channel 121 with a water source, and an impeller 132 fixedly disposed in the water absorption pipe 131, and the water absorption member 130 is driven by the rotating body 120 to rotate.
Specifically, the suction pipe 131 may be coupled to an outer side or an inner side of the rotation shaft 123 (or the water supply pipe 190). Specifically, the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 123 is keyed to the bearing 180, the suction pipe 131 may be sleeved inside the rotating shaft 123, and the suction pipe 131 and the rotating shaft 123 may be fixed in an interference fit or a threaded fit.
The impeller 132 includes a hub and a plurality of blades disposed around the hub, and one end of each blade, which is far away from the hub, is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the suction pipe 131, or the hub is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the suction pipe 131 through a connecting member, so that the impeller 132 can be driven by the rotating body 120 to rotate.
The water absorption principle of the water absorption member 130 is as follows: the rotation of the rotating body 120 drives the impeller 132 to rotate together, and during this rotation, a negative pressure is generated in the water supply passage 121, so that the impeller 132 sucks water from the water source into the water supply passage 121. As the impeller 132 continues to rotate, the water in the water supply channel 121 continues to flow upward, and is thus continuously and dispersedly thrown out from the respective capillary channels 122. Therefore, the water absorbing member 130 can continuously absorb water in a water source into the water supply channel 121 along with the rotation of the rotating body 120, so that the rotating body 120 can effectively obtain a large water supply amount, the impeller 132 is equivalent to replace a water pump, the use of the water pump is reduced, and the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in an embodiment, the shape structure of the rotating body 120 may have various design types, which are not specifically limited herein. Such as but not limited to: the rotating body 120 is provided in a cylindrical shape, a square cylindrical shape, a spherical shape, or an elliptical shape, and has another shape.
Specifically, the rotating body 120 is disposed in a cylindrical shape, and the rotating axis is the same as the gas flowing direction of the purifying air duct 111, so that the water throwing surface of the rotating body 120 is substantially perpendicular to the gas flowing direction in the purifying air duct 111, and thus, more air passing through the purifying air duct 111 is purified, and the purifying efficiency is improved.
As for the material of the rotating body 120, the rotating body 120 may be made of a foam material or a plastic material. Here, since the rotating body 120 needs to perform a high-speed rotating motion, the rotating body 120 needs to have a certain strength to prevent it from being deformed or disassembled during the high-speed rotation. Therefore, the rotating body 120 is preferably made of plastic material.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the arrangement of the capillary channels 122 on the rotating body 120 is not particularly limited. Considering that the air in the purge air channel 111 passes through the circumferential direction of the rotating body 120, in order to ensure that the rotating body 120 can purge the air in all directions of the circumferential direction, optionally, at least a part of the capillary channels 122 in the plurality of capillary channels 122 are radially arranged along the same circumference of the rotating body 120.
Specifically, a part of the capillary channels 122 are radially arranged along the same circumference of the rotating body 120, so that the water-throwing surface of the rotating body 120 substantially covers the cross section of the clean air duct 111. Therefore, at any time during the purification process, the rotating body 120 can throw water to all directions around the rotating body 120, so as to improve the uniformity of water throwing of the rotating body 120, thereby purifying more air.
Further, in the plurality of capillary channels 122 at the same circumferential position of the rotating body 120, the central angle between two adjacent capillary channels 122 is the same as the central angle between any two other adjacent capillary channels 122. That is, the plurality of capillary channels 122 at the same circumferential position of the rotating body 120 are uniformly and alternately arranged along the circumference, so that the water throwing of the rotating body 120 is more uniform.
In another embodiment, considering that the purifying air duct 111 extends in the up-down direction, the air flows from the bottom to the top in the purifying air duct 111, and the water drops sprayed from the rotating body 120 move downward under the gravity thereof, so that the contact amount of the air flowing to the upper layer with the water drops is reduced, and the purifying effect is poor. Therefore, part of the capillary pore channels 122 can be arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating body 120, so that the air in different height layers in the purifying air channel 111 can be purified layer by layer, and the purifying efficiency is effectively improved.
With continued reference to fig. 7-9, according to any of the above embodiments, for the shape of the capillary channel 122 along the length direction thereof, the capillary channel 122 may be in a straight line shape extending along the radial direction of the rotating body 120. Such a straight capillary channel 122 can generate a large negative pressure during rotation, and the siphon effect is stronger, so that more water can be drawn from the water supply channel 121.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 10, another embodiment is different from the above-mentioned one in that the capillary channels 122 are arranged in an arc-shaped twisted manner in the rotation direction of the rotating body 120. The arc-shaped dotted arrow in fig. 10 shows the rotation direction of the rotating body 120. The design is mainly considered that when the rotating body 120 rotates, the water in the water supply channel 121 also rotates relatively, the water in the rotating motion enters the capillary channels 122 along the tangential direction, and then is centrifugally moved in the capillary channels 122 and is thrown out. When the water in the capillary hole does centrifugal motion, the motion track is arc-shaped.
Therefore, the capillary pore channels 122 are arranged in an arc-shaped twisting manner in the rotating direction of the rotating body 120, that is, the shape of the capillary pore channels 122 along the length direction is consistent with the water throwing track of the rotating body 120, so that the resistance of the capillary pore channels 122 to throw water out can be reduced, and the water throwing efficiency is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in another embodiment, considering that the water in the capillary channels 122 is thrown outward in a centrifugal motion, the volume of the water is slightly increased due to the gradually decreased centrifugal force, and it is possible to block the capillary channels 122, so that the capillary channels 122 cannot be thrown normally. In view of this, in order to prevent the water flow from blocking the capillary channel 122, the aperture of the capillary channel 122 is gradually increased in the radial direction of the rotating body 120, so as to reduce the resistance of the capillary channel 122 to water throwing, accelerate the water discharge, and prevent the water drops from blocking the capillary channel 122.
In view of the above, according to any of the embodiments, when the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body 120 is too low, the velocity of the water thrown out by the rotating body 120 is low, the air purification effect is poor, and when the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body 120 is too high, the energy consumption of the rotation of the rotating body 120 is high, the noise generated is large, and the improvement of the air purification effect by continuously increasing the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body 120 is small.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the air purification module 100 is required to operate, the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body 120 is 10m/s to 45 m/s. Such as but not limited to: 10m/s, 15m/s, 18m/s, 20m/s, 25m/s, 30m/s, 35m/s, 38 m/s. The linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body 120 is limited to 10m/s to 45m/s, so that the velocity of the water thrown out by the rotating body 120 is ensured to be high, and the noise generated by the rotation of the rotating body 120 is small.
Particularly, when the air purification module 100 is in operation, the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body 120 is 20m/s to 30m/s, and at this time, the rotating body has the advantages of good purification effect, reasonable energy consumption and low noise. Such as but not limited to: 22m/s, 24m/s, 26m/s, 28 m/s.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention further provides an indoor unit 200 of an air conditioner. The indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner includes a cabinet and an air purification module 100.
