the air purifier comprises a shell 110, wherein the shell 110 is provided with an air inlet 111, an air outlet 112 and a purification air duct 113 which is communicated with the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112;
a rotating body 120 rotatably disposed in the purification air duct 113, the rotating body 120 being adapted to spin water out by rotation when the water is sprayed to the rotating body 120; the rotating body 120 comprises at least one outer ring 123, the outer ring 123 comprises a plurality of curved segments 1231, the curved segments 1231 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer ring 123 and are connected to each other, and two adjacent curved segments 1231 are not on the same plane; and
a screen (not shown) is laid on the outer ring 123.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the housing 110 may be various, for example, the cross section may be circular, oval, rectangular, etc., in order to better match with the air conditioner, the shape of the housing 110 may be set according to the model of the air conditioner used specifically, and no special limitation is made here, and the following embodiment is described by taking the housing 110 as a cylindrical shape as an example. The casing 110 may have a structure with openings at both ends, the openings at both ends are used as the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112, the casing 110 may also have a structure with openings at both ends, the air inlet 111 is disposed on one circumferential side of the casing 110, and the air outlet 112 is disposed on the other circumferential side of the casing. There are various shapes of the intake port 111 and the outtake port 112, such as a circle, an ellipse, a square, a polygon, etc., and there is no particular limitation. The air inlet 111 comprises a fresh air inlet which is communicated with the outside; and/or the indoor air inlet 111, wherein the indoor air inlet 111 is communicated with the indoor space. In addition, the air inlets 111 can be arranged in a plurality of numbers, and the plurality of air inlets 111 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the shell 110 at intervals, so that air can be fed to a plurality of positions of the circumferential direction of the shell 110, and the contact area between the shell and water is increased better.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the rotating body 120 includes at least one support 121, and the screen is laid on the support 121. Here, the number of the brackets 121 is not particularly limited, and for example, the number of the brackets 121 may be one, two or more, and the like. Specifically, the stent 121 includes an outer ring 123, and the outer ring 123 includes a plurality of curved segments 1231 arranged along a circumferential direction thereof, wherein any two adjacent curved segments 1231 are not on the same plane. It should be noted that the screen is laid on the upper surface or the lower surface of the outer circular ring 123, where any two adjacent curved sections 1231 are not on the same plane, which means that the upper surfaces of any two adjacent curved sections 1231 are not on the same plane, or the lower surfaces of any two adjacent curved sections 1231 are not on the same plane. In this way, after the screen is laid on the outer ring 123, since the plurality of curved sections 1231 forming the outer ring 123 are not on the same plane, the surface of the screen is concave-convex. Specifically, the curved segment 1231 has an arc-shaped configuration or a substantially arc-shaped configuration.
The screen has a porous structure, and when water is sprayed on the screen rotating at high speed, water drops are torn through the screen, so that the effect of atomizing the water drops can be achieved. Here, since the surface of the mesh is formed in a concave-convex shape, the collision between the mesh and the water droplets can be increased, thereby enhancing the atomization effect of the mesh on the water droplets and forming more and finer water droplet particles. Therefore, air enters the purification air duct 113 from the air inlet 111 and can be fully contacted and mixed with water drops, particulate matters, formaldehyde and the like in the air are fully contacted with the water drops and then purified by the water, and the effect of effectively purifying the air is achieved.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the air purification module 100 further includes a driving device 150, and the driving device 150 is connected to the rotating body 120 to drive the rotating body 120 to rotate. The driving device 150 is specifically a motor or an air cylinder, and can rotate according to actual needs. It is considered that the rotational linear velocity of the rotating body 120 affects the size of the water droplet particles. Therefore, in order to obtain more finer water droplet particles, so that the water droplet particles are sufficiently contacted with the air, and the purification effect is improved, optionally, the rotational linear velocity of the rotating body 120 is 10m/s to 45 m/s. It is worth mentioning that if the outer edge linear speed of the rotating body 120 is less than 10m/s, it is not favorable for forming fine water droplet particles when the rotating body 120 rotates to throw out water; if the outer edge linear velocity of the rotating body 120 is greater than 45m/s, a large amount of power is consumed, and noise increases. Therefore, the linear velocity of the rotating body 120 is 10m/s to 45 m/s. Further, the linear velocity of the rotation of the rotating body 120 is 20m/s to 30 m/s. So, can guarantee that the water droplet particle size that rotator 120 threw away is suitable, can also effectively increase the distribution volume of water grain, can reduce the noise of production again, improves the practicality.
