Optionally, the housing air outlet 112 is opened on the upper side of the housing 110, the blower component 180 is covered on the upper end of the housing air outlet 112, a flow guide ring 190 is arranged between the blower component 180 and the housing 110, a flow guide channel 191 extending up and down is arranged in the flow guide ring 190, and the flow guide channel 191 is communicated with the housing air outlet 112 and is gradually reduced from bottom to top. This allows the air in the purge air duct 113 to flow smoothly from the bottom to the top. Contact with the water particle of whereabouts in the casing, increased the relative speed between the two, purifying effect is better, has improved purification efficiency.
The present invention further provides an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes a casing 200 and an air purification module 100, and the specific structure of the air purification module 100 refers to the above embodiment, and since the indoor unit of an air conditioner includes the air purification module 100, all effects brought by the air purification module 100 are provided, and are not described herein again. The indoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises a heat exchanger and a heat exchange fan. The casing 200 extends along the vertical direction, the casing 200 is provided with a heat exchange air inlet, a heat exchange air outlet 210 and a heat exchange air duct (not shown) connecting the heat exchange air inlet and the heat exchange air outlet 210, and a heat exchanger (not shown) and a heat exchange fan (not shown) are arranged in the heat exchange air duct. Indoor air enters the heat exchange air duct from the heat exchange air inlet, exchanges heat through the heat exchanger, and then is blown out from the heat exchange air outlet 210.
There are various ways of fixing the air purification module 100 and the chassis 200, for example, in some embodiments, the air purification module 100 and the chassis 200 are fixed by a snap; in some embodiments, the air purification module 100 is fixed to the cabinet 200 by means of screws; in some embodiments, the air purification module 100 and the cabinet 200 are fixed by welding. The fixing manner of the air purification module 100 and the cabinet 200 is not limited as long as the connection therebetween can be achieved.
The air purification module 100 may be installed inside or outside the cabinet 200, and the following description will take the case where the air purification module 100 is installed inside the cabinet 200 as an example. In one embodiment, the air purification module 100 is installed at the bottom of the chassis 200, and the air purification module 100 is installed at the bottom of the chassis 200 and is vertically disposed, so that it can be prevented from occupying a lateral space, and the occupation of the indoor lateral space is reduced. A purge air inlet 220 and a purge air outlet 230 are disposed on the peripheral side of the casing 200, the purge air inlet 220 is communicated with the casing air inlet 111, and the purge air outlet 230 is communicated with the casing air outlet 112 (specifically, the purge air outlet 230 is communicated with the air duct formed by the air duct housing 171). Since the rotating body 120 is wrapped by the housing 110 and then installed in the housing 200, the housing 110 can prevent water thrown by the rotating body 120 from flowing to the inner wall of the housing 200, thereby preventing other parts on the inner wall of the housing 200 from being wetted and damaged. In addition, a plurality of shell air inlets 111 are arranged on the peripheral side of the shell 110, so that air can be introduced from a plurality of positions in the peripheral direction, and the contact area between the shell and water is increased better.
The following specifically describes the air purification process: indoor air or fresh air enters the casing 200 from the purifying air inlet 220 under the action of the purifying fan, and flows into the purifying air duct 113 from the casing air inlet 111. The water pump 163 transfers water in the water tank 162 to the water supply pipe 161, and the water supply pipe 161 sprays the water around; the rotating body 120 is driven by the first driving device 130 to rotate, the rotating body 120 rotating at a high speed generates a centrifugal force to throw water out around to form fine water flow or water particles, the air is fully contacted with the water flow or water particles in the purifying air duct 113, the particles in the air are attached to the water and fall off, the purified air flows upwards and flows into the air duct of the purifying fan through the housing air outlet 112, and finally is blown out from the purifying air outlet 230 on the housing 200.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the air conditioner indoor unit is connected with the air conditioner outdoor unit through a refrigerant pipe. Referring to the above embodiment, the air conditioner includes the air conditioning indoor unit, so that all effects brought by the air conditioning indoor unit are achieved, and are not described herein again.

Claims (21)

1. An air purification module, comprising:
a housing having a purge air duct;
the rotating body is rotatably arranged in the purification air duct and is used for throwing the water outwards through rotation when the water is sprayed onto the rotating body; and the number of the first and second groups,
the rotation limiting part is arranged in the shell and comprises a first rotation limiting part and a second rotation limiting part, and the first rotation limiting part and the second rotation limiting part are respectively connected with two ends of the rotating body in a rotating mode.
2. The air purification module according to claim 1, wherein the axial direction of the rotating body is along an up-down direction, an upper end of the rotating body is rotatably connected to the first rotation limiting member, and a lower end of the rotating body is rotatably connected to the second rotation limiting member.
3. The air purification module according to claim 2, further comprising a driving device drivingly connected to the rotator to drive the rotator in rotation in an axial direction thereof.
4. The air purification module according to claim 3, further comprising a motor bracket located above the rotating body, wherein the driving device and the first rotation limiting member are vertically installed on the motor bracket, and the driving end of the driving device penetrates through the first rotation limiting member and is connected to the upper end of the rotating body.
5. The air purification module according to claim 4, wherein the motor bracket includes a bracket disc, the outer periphery of the bracket disc is connected to the housing, a driving installation portion is disposed in a central region of the bracket disc, the driving installation portion has an installation cavity, the first rotation limiting member is disposed in the installation cavity, the driving device is installed at an upper end of the installation cavity, and a driving end of the driving device is connected to an upper end key of the rotating body after penetrating through the first rotation limiting member downward.
6. The air purification module as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotary body is provided with a water supply pipe installation space extending in an axial direction thereof, and a water throwing channel is formed at a circumferential side of the rotary body, the water throwing channel communicating the water supply pipe installation space with the purification air duct.
7. The air purification module of claim 6, further comprising a water supply device comprising:
the water tank is arranged below the rotating body and provided with a cavity; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the lower end of the water supply pipe is positioned in the cavity, and the upper end of the water supply pipe is inserted into the water supply pipe installation space.
8. The air purification module of claim 7, wherein an overflow hole is formed on a peripheral side of the water supply pipe.
9. The air purification module according to claim 7, further comprising a mounting bracket located at a lower end of the rotating body and connected to the water tank, wherein the second rotation limiting member is disposed at an upper side of the mounting bracket, and an upper end of the water supply pipe penetrates through the second rotation limiting member and extends upward into the water supply pipe mounting space.
10. The air purification module according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the housing has a housing inlet and a housing outlet, the purification duct communicates the housing inlet and the housing outlet, and the air purification module further includes a blower component for driving air to flow in from the housing inlet and flow out from the housing outlet.
11. The air purification module of claim 10, wherein the housing outlet is open at an upper side of the housing, and the blower member is covered at an upper end of the housing outlet.
12. The air purification module of claim 11, wherein a flow guide ring is disposed between the fan component and the housing, and a flow guide channel extending vertically is disposed in the flow guide ring, and the flow guide channel is communicated with the housing air outlet and is tapered from bottom to top.
13. The air purification module according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the upper end of the rotator is provided with a water guard extending outward from the outer circumference of the rotator, and the water guard is spaced up and down from the first rotation limiting member; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the lower end of the rotating body is provided with a pressing plate extending outwards from the outer circumference of the rotating body, and the lower side of the pressing plate is abutted to the second rotating limiting part.
14. The air purification module according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein a filter screen is provided on the periphery of the rotating body, the filter screen extending radially outward from the periphery of the rotating body.
15. The air purification module as claimed in claim 14, wherein the filter net is provided with a plurality of layers, and the plurality of layers of the filter net are provided at intervals in an up-down direction to the rotator.
16. The air purification module according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first rotation limiting member and the second rotation limiting member are respectively a bearing sleeved outside the rotating body and/or a strut sleeved inside the rotating body.
17. The air purification module according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body is 10m/s to 45m/s when the air purification module is operated.
18. The air purification module according to claim 17, wherein the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body is 20m/s to 30m/s when the air purification module operates.
19. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air purifier comprises a shell, a heat exchange air inlet, a heat exchange air outlet, a purification air inlet and a purification air outlet, wherein the shell is provided with the heat exchange air inlet, the heat exchange air outlet, the purification air inlet and the purification air outlet; and
the air purification module as recited in any one of claims 1 to 18, said air purification module being located within said cabinet, said air purification module having a purification air duct communicating said purification air intake and said purification air outlet.
20. The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 19, wherein the casing is further provided with a heat exchange air duct, and the heat exchange air duct communicates the heat exchange air inlet and the heat exchange air outlet; the indoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan which are installed in the heat exchange air duct.
21. An air conditioner, comprising:
an air conditioner outdoor unit; and
the indoor unit of claim 19 or 20, which is connected to the outdoor unit of an air conditioner through a refrigerant pipe.
