The folding handrail of claim 1, wherein: the folding mechanism is characterized by further comprising a second unlocking groove (13b) and a third clamping groove (13c), wherein the clamping groove (13a), the second unlocking groove (13b) and the third clamping groove (13c) are respectively and sequentially arranged on the outer edge of the right driving wheel (4a) and/or the outer edge of the left driving wheel (4b) and are used for being matched with the unlocking button (5) in different folding stages.

The folding handrail of claim 2, wherein: and a clamping part (6) is formed at one end of the unlocking button (5), and the clamping part (6) is clamped between the right driving wheel (4a) and the left driving wheel (4b) and limits the rotation of the right driving wheel and the left driving wheel.

The folding scooter of claim 9, wherein: the folding handrail (3) is connected with the second folding device through a linkage mechanism, an unlocking button (5) is arranged in the folding handrail (3), and the folding handrail (3) and the handrail tube (2) can be folded simultaneously by pressing the unlocking button (5); the second folding device comprises a locking device (14) and a fork tube (15), an arc-shaped slide way (18) is formed in the locking device (14), a sliding block (19) is installed in the fork tube (15), a fixing shaft (20) penetrates through the lower end of the sliding block (19), and the fixing shaft (20) is slidably arranged in the arc-shaped slide way (18); the locking device (14) is installed at the front part of the pedal (1), and the lower end of the handrail tube (2) is rotatably connected with the locking device (14) through a fork tube (15) so as to be rotatably folded; locking clamping grooves (21) are formed in the two ends of the arc-shaped slide way (18) towards the inner side, the sliding block (19) and the fork tube (15) can be driven to move relatively by rotating the folding handrail (3) through the linkage mechanism, and then the fixed shaft (20) is driven to move in the arc-shaped slide way (18); a sliding head (22) is slidably arranged at the lower part of the handrail tube (2), an inclined surface (23) for the sliding head (22) to extrude is formed at the upper end of the sliding block (19), the folding handrail (3) is connected with and drives the sliding head (22) through the linkage mechanism, and the sliding head (22) can move in the handrail tube (2) by rotating the folding handrail (3), so that the inclined surface (23) is extruded, and the sliding block (19) is driven to move in the fork tube (15); a fixed head (25) is mounted at the upper end of the sliding head (22), the fixed head (25) is positioned at the upper end of the inclined surface (23) and fixed on the supporting pipe (2), and a second spring (26) is abutted between the fixed head (25) and the sliding head (22); the linkage mechanism is a steel wire rope group (24), and the folding handrail (3) is connected with and drives the second folding device through the steel wire rope group (24); a cavity (27) is formed in the middle of the sliding block (19), a semicircular hole (28) for allowing the fastening piece (17) to penetrate is formed in one side of the cavity (27), and a third spring (29) is abutted between the fastening piece (17) and the cavity (27); an inner pipe (30) penetrates through the handrail pipe (2), the upper end of the inner pipe (30) extends out of the handrail pipe (2) and is connected with the folding handrail (3), a sheath (31) is arranged between an opening at the upper end of the handrail pipe (2) and the inner pipe (30), an elastic opening (32) is formed in an opening at the upper end of the handrail pipe (2), and a quick-release piece (33) is arranged on the periphery of the elastic opening (32); an elastic pin piece (34) is elastically clamped in the inner pipe (30), the other end of the elastic pin piece (34) extends out of the inner pipe (30) and is provided with a convex block (35), and a plurality of positioning holes (36) for the convex block (35) to pass through are formed in the supporting pipe (2); the locking device (14) is provided with a rotating hole (16), one end of the fork tube (15) is rotatably fixed in the rotating hole (16) through a fastener (17), and the fork tube (15) can rotate and fold relative to the bicycle pedal (1).
