The straw smashing device is located at the front end of the whole machine and comprises a smashing cutter shaft 43 and a smashing blade 2, the smashing blade 2 is fixed on the smashing cutter shaft 43 through a bolt, and the smashing cutter shaft 43 is connected with a reversing gearbox I24 through a transmission gearbox I4 and a cross-shaft universal joint I3 respectively.
The straw side-shifting device 5 comprises a screw conveyor and a conveyor shell, the screw conveyor is fixed on the conveyor shell, and the front end of the screw conveyor is open; the straw laying device comprises a laying spiral 45 and an anti-blocking device 46; the straw side-shifting device 5 is connected with the straw laying device through a conveying pipeline 44, and wind power generated by a conveying fan 25 in the conveying pipeline 44 is used for forcibly conveying crushed straws through an air supply pipe 26.
The soil loosening device comprises a rotary blade shaft 30 and rotary blades 31, the rotary blades 31 are fixed on the rotary blade shaft 30 through bolts, and the rotary blade shaft 30 is connected with a reversing gearbox II 22 through a transmission gearbox II 6 and a cross-shaft universal joint IV 29.
The conveying hopper 21 is fixed on a conveying chain plate 47 through bolts, and the conveying chain plate 47 is arranged on a transmission shaft VI 20 and a transmission shaft VIII 40 through chains; the conveying hopper 21 is provided with small separating holes for realizing preliminary separation of residual films and soil; the transmission shaft VI 20 is connected with the transmission gear box III 8 through chain transmission.
The rear end of the vibrating screen 15 is mounted on the frame 1 through a suspension rod, the front end of the vibrating screen is connected with the eccentric shaft 13, vibration is achieved through rotation of the eccentric shaft 13, a steel brush assembly 37 is arranged right above the vibrating screen 15, steel brushes are arranged on the steel brush assembly 37 and are fixed on the transmission shaft V17 and the transmission shaft VII 38 through chains, and the rotating direction of the steel brush assembly 37 is opposite to the advancing direction during operation.
In a specific example 3: as shown in fig. 1-6, a multifunctional straw returning and residual film recycling all-in-one machine comprises a frame 1, a straw crushing device, a straw returning device, a soil loosening device, a soil lifting device, a soil crushing device, a separating device and a collecting device, wherein the straw crushing device is positioned at the front end of the machine and comprises a crushing cutter shaft 43 and a crushing blade 2; the straw returning device comprises a straw side moving device 5, a conveying fan 25, an air supply pipe 26, a conveying pipeline 44 and a straw laying device, and is positioned at the rear part of the straw crushing device; the soil loosening device comprises a rotary tillage cutter shaft 30 and a rotary tillage blade 31; the soil lifting device is positioned at the rear part of the soil loosening device and comprises a conveying hopper 21, a conveying chain plate 47, a transmission shaft VI 20 and a transmission shaft VIII 40; the soil crushing device comprises a soil crushing blade 39 and a soil crushing shaft 14 and is arranged at the front upper part of the separating device; the separation device is positioned at the rear part of the soil lifting device and comprises a vibrating screen 15, an eccentric shaft 13 and a steel brush component 37; the rear part of the separation device is provided with a collection device which comprises a discharge plate 19, a fixed plate 16 and a discharge oil cylinder 18.
The front end of the power input shaft 27 is connected with a power output shaft of a tractor, and the rear end of the power input shaft is connected to the reversing gearbox I24 through a universal joint to convey power for the whole tractor.
The straw smashing device is located at the front end of the whole machine and comprises a smashing cutter shaft 43 and a smashing blade 2, the smashing blade 2 is fixed on the smashing cutter shaft 43 through a bolt, and the smashing cutter shaft 43 is connected with a reversing gearbox I24 through a transmission gearbox I4 and a cross-shaft universal joint I3 respectively.

The rear end of the vibrating screen 15 is mounted on the frame 1 through a suspension rod, the front end of the vibrating screen is connected with the eccentric shaft 13, vibration is achieved through rotation of the eccentric shaft 13, a steel brush assembly 37 is arranged right above the vibrating screen 15, steel brushes are arranged on the steel brush assembly 37 and are fixed on the transmission shaft V17 and the transmission shaft VII 38 through chains, and the rotating direction of the steel brush assembly 37 is opposite to the advancing direction during operation.
The axle is hinged to the lower portion of the frame 1, the height of the whole machine can be raised through the lifting oil cylinder 35 during transportation of the machine, road transportation is facilitated, the working height of the whole machine can be limited by the limiting block 34 during working, and stability of the whole machine is kept.

1. A multifunctional straw returning and residual film recycling all-in-one machine is characterized by comprising a rack, and a straw crushing device, a straw returning device, a soil loosening device, a soil lifting device, a soil crushing device, a separating device and a collecting device which are sequentially arranged on the rack along the longitudinal direction;
the straw crushing device is transversely arranged at the front end of the rack and is configured to crush straws;
the straw returning device comprises a conveying fan, a straw side moving device and a straw laying device, wherein the straw side moving device is arranged behind the straw crushing device and used for collecting crushed straws, the straw laying device is arranged behind the soil lifting device, the soil crushing device or the separating device and used for laying the straws collected by the straw side moving device, the input end of the conveying fan is connected with the straw side moving device, the output end of the conveying fan is connected with the straw laying device, and the conveying fan is configured to convey the straws collected by the straw side moving device to the straw laying device;
the soil loosening device is transversely arranged behind the straw side shifting device and is configured to be used for turning over soil after the straws are collected;
the soil lifting device is transversely arranged behind the soil loosening device and is configured to collect soil turned by the soil loosening device and convey the soil backwards and longitudinally;
the soil crushing device is arranged behind the soil lifting device and is configured to collect and crush soil conveyed by the soil lifting device;
the separation device is arranged below the soil crushing device and is configured to sieve crushed soil;
the collecting device is arranged at the rear end of the frame and is configured to collect oversize products of the separating device.

The multifunctional straw returning and residual film recycling all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a power input shaft and a reversing gearbox I, wherein the front end of the power input shaft is configured to be connected with a power output shaft of a tractor, and the rear end of the power input shaft is connected to the reversing gearbox I through a universal joint and used for conveying power.

The all-in-one machine for returning straws to field and recovering residual films as claimed in claim 2, wherein the straw smashing device comprises a transversely arranged smashing cutter shaft and a plurality of smashing blades uniformly arranged on the smashing cutter shaft, and the smashing blades are configured to rotate along with the smashing cutter shaft to smash straws; the crushing cutter shaft is connected with the reversing gearbox I through the transmission gearbox I and the cross shaft universal joint I.

The all-in-one machine for returning straws to field and recovering residual films as claimed in claim 2, wherein the soil loosening device comprises a transversely arranged rotary blade shaft and rotary blades uniformly arranged on the rotary blade shaft, and the rotary blades are configured to turn soil along with the rotation of the rotary blade shaft; the rotary tillage cutter shaft is connected with a reversing gearbox II through a transmission gearbox II and a cross shaft universal joint IV, and the reversing gearbox II is in transmission connection with the reversing gearbox I.

The multifunctional straw returning and residual film recycling all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the straw side shifting device comprises a transversely arranged screw conveyor and a conveyor shell, the screw conveyor is fixed on the conveyor shell, and the front end of the conveyor shell is open.
6. The all-in-one machine for returning straws to fields and recovering residual films as claimed in claim 1, wherein the straw laying device comprises a transversely arranged laying spiral and an anti-blocking device arranged on the laying spiral.
