本实用新型涉及轴承的零件。特别是一种二类 型轴承薄板U型梁保持架。特征是采用薄板U型 梁与底圈铆固,通过环形筋与盖圈铆固。这种改进的 保持架由于是空心梁柱,较现有技术中实体架节省铜 材,同时能整形,消除误差,保证保持架与滚子之间均 匀间隙,从而降低噪声,提高轴承的精度,储油、散 热。为Y系列电机,高精度二类型轴承提供优质量 的零件。

Description

本实用新型涉及轴承的零件。特别是一种二类型轴承薄板U型梁保持架。
轴承由外圈、内圈、滚子和保持架等零件构成。其二类型轴承保持架一般以铜保为主,而铜材价格昂贵;现在有采用异铜材的实体保持架,是仿铜保的外表形状制成的组合形保持架,由于受到实体的条件限制无法整形,也无法消除加工误差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供薄板U型梁保持架,适于二类型轴承,这种保持架采用薄板U型梁,能克服现有技术中的缺点,由于是空心梁柱能够整形,还可以储油、散热,是一种改进的新型保持架。
本实用新型技术方案如下:它具有底圈和盖圈,在盖圈上有定位孔,特征是在底圈上有U型梁,U型梁有多个均固定在底圈上,每个U型梁由2条U型薄板构成空心梁,其一端端部铆固在底圈上,另端端部有环形筋,环形筋与盖圈上的定位孔对应,且环形筋与盖圈铆固。
这种保持架由于采用薄板U型梁,节省铜材;特别是空心梁柱,在组装过程中能够灵活地调整形状和间隙使之消除加工过程中的积累误差,以此来保证保持架与滚子之间的均匀间隙,从而降低噪声,提高轴承的精度;同时空心梁还能储油、散热。本实用新型为Y系列电机,高精度二类型轴承提供优质量的零件。

参照图1、图2、图3,制作方法是由盖圈(4)、底圈(1)、U型梁(2)经冲压,冲孔,再以靠模为母体定位铆合而成的。每个U型梁(2)由2条U型薄板构成空心梁,其一端端部铆固在底圈(1)上,另端端部的环形筋(3)与盖圈(4)上的定位孔(5)对应,与盖圈(4)铆固,增加产品强度,不变形。等分的精度是由靠模控制。盖圈(4)与底圈(1)可以任意组合。本实用新型制造简单,成本低。

1、一种二类型轴承薄板U型梁保持架,具有底圈(1)和盖圈(4),在盖圈(4)上有定位孔(5),其特征在于:
在底圈(1)上有U型梁(2),U型梁(2)有多个均固定在底圈(1)上,每个U型梁(2)由2条U型薄板构成空心梁,其一端端部铆固在底圈(1)上,另端端部有环形筋(3),环形筋(3)与盖圈(4)上的定位孔(5)对应,且环形筋(3)与盖圈(4)铆固。
