In the embodiment, the controller is designed based on a 32-bit microcontroller, and a control chip of an intentional Semiconductor (ST) company is adopted, so that the stability is high, the programming is flexible, the function expansion is easy, and the size of the controller is small. The control system is also provided with a standby battery, when the system is suddenly powered off, the standby battery is seamlessly switched to store the current equipment state, and after the equipment is powered on again, corresponding treatment is carried out according to different states, such as box lunch recovery during heating.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the controller may be implemented by an FPGA or other programmable logic device, and those skilled in the art can set the controller according to specific operating conditions, which will not be described in detail herein.
As a specific implementation mode, the meal delivery door is connected with a first driving mechanism, the first driving mechanism is connected with the controller, and when the meal taking mechanism conveys the acquired boxed meal to the meal outlet channel to leave, the first driving mechanism controls the meal delivery door to be closed and drives the meal delivery door to push the boxed meal to move towards the meal outlet.
Wherein, the first driving mechanism can be realized by adopting a micro motor.
According to the embodiment, the box lunch on the meal delivery channel is pushed to move towards the meal outlet by the action of driving the meal delivery door to open and close, so that the meal delivery efficiency and accuracy are improved, and the error of outputting a plurality of box lunch is avoided.
As an embodiment, the boxed meal selling device further comprises a heating module 18, and after the meal taking mechanism rotates for a first preset angle under the control of the controller, the obtained boxed meal is conveyed to the heating module 18 to be heated; when the box lunch is heated, the meal taking mechanism 15 is used for taking out and conveying the heated box lunch to the meal outlet channel 20 under the control of the controller.
It should be noted that the heating module in this embodiment may be a microwave oven structure, and those skilled in the art can set the heating module according to specific working conditions, which is not described in detail herein.
After the first preset angle of the rotation of the meal taking mechanism is utilized, the obtained box lunch is conveyed to the heating module group to be heated, the meal taking time is saved, and the whole meal taking efficiency is improved.
As another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the boxed meal selling device further comprises a refrigeration module 10, the refrigeration module 10 is connected with the controller, the refrigeration module 10 is used for refrigerating the whole storage cabinet, so as to ensure the low-temperature storage environment of the boxed meal, and the cabinet body is provided with a heat insulation layer, so as to realize the effective low-temperature environment in the cabinet body.
In this embodiment, the refrigeration module is implemented by a refrigeration sheet module of model XD-2030.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the refrigeration module may be implemented by adopting other types or structural forms of refrigeration module structures, and those skilled in the art can set the refrigeration module according to specific working conditions, which will not be described in detail herein.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the boxed meal selling device comprises a cabinet body 1, wherein a cabinet door 2 is arranged on the cabinet body 1, and the meal outlet is arranged on the cabinet door 2.
