6. A coaxial water meter as set forth in claim 4, wherein said impeller housing has a plurality of positioning shafts on a flat surface of a boss on a side wall thereof, and said cover plate has positioning holes formed on a mounting surface thereof for fitting said positioning shafts.
7. A coaxial water meter according to claim 4, wherein said cover plate has a boss on an outer planar surface thereof, said boss adapted to contact an inner wall of said housing to prevent axial compression of said impeller.
8. A coaxial water meter as defined in claim 4, wherein said impeller housing has a notch in a side wall thereof, and said strainer has an inner chamber wall provided with an adjustment block adapted to said notch for facilitating a positioning connection between said impeller housing and said strainer.
9. A coaxial water meter according to claim 4, wherein said cover plate has a first radial score line on an edge thereof, and said filter screen has a plurality of second radial score lines on an edge thereof in a uniform arrangement.
10. The coaxial water meter according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a signal collecting and transmitting portion, wherein a transmitting pointer is disposed in the counter, and the signal collecting and transmitting portion senses and collects a rotation signal of the transmitting pointer and transmits the rotation signal to a next-stage processing terminal.
