The filtering module 2 is easy to accumulate pollutants after being used for a period of time, is not treated for a long time, and is easy to cause secondary pollution to inlet water, so that the filtering module 2 needs to be washed for pollution discharge. A quick connector 5 is arranged on the shell 31 of the water pipe connector 3, and one end of the quick connector 5 penetrates through the shell 31 of the water pipe connector 3 to be communicated with the second channel; the other end of the quick connector 5 is connected with a flushing port 21-3 of the filter module 2 through a flushing pipe 24.
When the filter module 2 is normally filtered and does not need to be flushed for sewage disposal, the flush valve 23 is closed, and the flush port 21-3 is closed.
When the filter module 2 needs to be flushed, the flushing valve 23 is opened, the flushing port 21-3 is further opened, the water in the water inlet cavity 21-4 flushes the filter element 22 and flows to the flushing port 21-3, enters the quick connector 5 through the flushing valve 23 and the flushing pipe 24, then enters the second channel, flows to the rear water outlet 31-4 and then enters the water inlet 11-1 of the water meter module 1. Therefore, when the filter module 2 is washed, the washing water enters the water meter module 1, the water consumption needs to be calculated, and the accuracy of water consumption metering is improved.
Through designing quick-operation joint 5, not only realized the reliable and stable connection of flushing pipe 24 with the second passageway of water pipe head 3, moreover, easy dismounting, the leakproofness is good.
In this embodiment, the quick connector 5 is sleeve-shaped and has a cylindrical cavity, one end of the cylindrical cavity is communicated with the second channel, and the other end of the cylindrical cavity is communicated with the external space; an annular sealing ring is arranged in the cylindrical cavity of the quick connector 5, one end of the flushing pipe 24 is inserted into the cylindrical cavity of the quick connector 5 and penetrates through the annular sealing ring, and the flushing pipe 24 is in interference fit with the cylindrical cavity of the quick connector 5. Through the quick connector 5 of the above structure, not only the stable and reliable connection with the flushing pipe 24 is realized, but also the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, and the sealing performance is good. In this embodiment, the flush tube 24 is a hose to facilitate insertion of the quick connector 5.
In order to facilitate the control of washing water and avoid the washing water from flowing into a rear-end water using device, the intelligent water meter also comprises a one-inlet two-outlet valve 6; the water inlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 is connected with the water outlet 11-2 of the water meter module 1, the first water outlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 is connected with rear-end water using equipment, and the second water outlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 is connected with a sewage discharge pipe.
When the flush valve 23 is opened, the first water outlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 is closed, the second water outlet is opened, and after the flush water flows out of the water meter module 1, the flush water flows to the sewage discharge pipe through the water inlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 and the second water outlet.
When the flush valve 23 is closed, the first water outlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 is opened, the second water outlet is closed, and water flowing out of the water meter module 1 flows to the rear-end water-using equipment through the water inlet of the first inlet and second outlet valve 6 and the first water outlet.
The flushing valve 23 may be a manual valve or an electromagnetic valve; the one-inlet-two-outlet valve 6 can be a manual valve or an electromagnetic valve. When the flushing valve 23 and the one-inlet two-outlet valve 6 are electromagnetic valves, the control module controls the flushing valve 23 and the one-inlet two-outlet valve 6 to be opened and closed.
In this embodiment, the pressure at the third opening 41-3 of the bent connector 4 is approximately equal to the pressure at the water inlet 21-1 of the filter module 2; the pressure at the fourth opening 41-4 of the bent joint 4 is approximately equal to the pressure at the water outlet 21-2 of the filter module 2, so that in order to monitor the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure of the filter module 2, a first pressure sensor is arranged in the shell 41 of the bent joint 4 and is used for collecting the pressure at the third opening 41-3; a second pressure sensor is arranged in the shell 41 of the bent joint 4 and used for collecting the pressure at the fourth opening 41-4; the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor respectively transmit the acquired pressure signals to a control module of the intelligent water meter; the control module controls the opening and closing of the flushing valve 23, the opening and closing of the one-inlet two-outlet valve 6 and the opening and closing of the electric valve 7 according to the received pressure signals.
If the pressure difference detected by the two pressure sensors is greater than the set threshold value, which indicates that the filter element 22 is blocked and needs to be flushed, the control module controls the flushing valve 23 to be opened, the first water outlet of the one-inlet-two-outlet valve 6 to be closed, and the second water outlet to be opened.
Meanwhile, when the household does not use water, the water leakage condition of the filter module 2 can be judged according to the pressure change of the two pressure sensors. If water leakage occurs, the control module controls the electric valve 7 to close and cuts off water inflow.
In the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor, the housing 41 of the bent sub 4 has the first detection passage 41-7 and the second detection passage 41-8 formed therein.
One end of the first detection channel 41-7 is communicated with the external space, and the other end of the first detection channel 41-7 is communicated with the third opening 41-3 of the bending joint 4; the first pressure sensor is arranged in the first detection channel 41-7 and close to the third opening 41-3; a first sealing plug is detachably arranged at one end of the first detection channel 41-7; when the first pressure sensor needs to be assembled and disassembled, the electric valve 7 is closed, and the first sealing plug is opened. The first sealing plug is in threaded connection with one end of the first detection channel 41-7, so that the first sealing plug is convenient to disassemble and assemble and has good sealing performance.
One end of a second detection channel 41-8 is communicated with the external space, and the other end of the second detection channel 41-8 is communicated with a fourth opening 41-4 of the bending joint 4; the second pressure sensor is arranged in the second detection channel 41-8 and close to the fourth opening 41-4; a second sealing plug is detachably mounted at one end of the second detection channel 41-8. When the second pressure sensor needs to be assembled and disassembled, the electric valve 7 is closed, and the second sealing plug is opened. The second sealing plug is in threaded connection with one end of the second detection channel 41-8, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, and the sealing performance is good.
In this embodiment, in order to detect whether water leaks, the intelligent water meter further includes a water leakage sensor, the water leakage sensor sends a signal to a control module of the intelligent water meter, and the control module controls the on-off of an electric valve 7 installed at the water inlet 31-1 of the water pipe connector 3 according to the received signal.
The water leakage sensor is a point distribution type water leakage sensor and is arranged in a kitchen, a bathroom and the like, when water leakage occurs, a probe of the water leakage sensor sends a water leakage signal to the control module after meeting water, and the control module controls the electric valve 7 to be closed after receiving the water leakage signal. The water leakage sensor transmits signals to the control module in a wireless communication mode.
In order to facilitate the communication between the intelligent water meter and other external equipment, the intelligent water meter further comprises a wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module is connected with the control module. The control module is communicated with external equipment (such as an intelligent terminal, various water consumption equipment and the like) through the wireless communication module, so that remote monitoring is realized.
The control module transmits each operating parameter of the intelligent water meter to the wireless communication module, and the operating parameters are transmitted to the intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a PAD, a computer and the like through the wireless communication module, so that remote monitoring is realized. The intelligent terminal can also send a remote control signal to the wireless communication module, the wireless communication module transmits the control module, and the control module controls the operation of the whole intelligent water meter according to the received control signal, so that the remote control is realized.
According to the intelligent water meter, the filter module 2 is convenient to disassemble and assemble and can be maintained and replaced in time; the water is filtered by the filtering module 2, so that large-particle impurities in the water are filtered, the whole house is purified, and the water inlet quality of the water meter module 1 is effectively improved; can wash filter module 2, prevent into water secondary pollution, effectively promote filter module 2 and water gauge module 1's life-span, realize the protection to intelligent water gauge, increase the life of intelligent water gauge, play the guard action to each water equipment of intelligent water gauge rear end moreover. And moreover, the water leakage protection control is combined, so that the water leakage accident is avoided, and the loss caused by excessive overflow is prevented. The intelligent water meter of the embodiment is simple, reliable, stable in performance and low in cost.

a water meter module having a housing with a water inlet and a water outlet;
a filter module having a housing with a water inlet, a water outlet;
the water pipe joint is provided with a shell, the shell is provided with three end faces, wherein a front water inlet is formed in the first end face, a rear water outlet is formed in the second end face, and a middle water outlet and a middle water inlet are formed in the third end face; the front water inlet is communicated with the middle water outlet, and the middle water inlet is communicated with the rear water outlet; the front water inlet is connected with a water inlet pipe, and the rear water outlet is connected with a water inlet of the water meter module;
the end face of one end of the bending joint is provided with a first opening and a second opening, and the end face of the other end of the bending joint is provided with a third opening and a fourth opening; the first opening is communicated with a third opening, and the second opening is communicated with a fourth opening; one end of the bending joint is provided with a first connecting piece, and the other end of the bending joint is provided with a second connecting piece;
the first connecting piece is detachably connected with the shell of the water pipe joint, the first opening is communicated with the middle water outlet, and the second opening is communicated with the middle water inlet;
the second connecting piece is detachably connected with the shell of the filtering module, the third opening is communicated with the water inlet of the filtering module, and the fourth opening is communicated with the water outlet of the filtering module.
2. The intelligent water meter of claim 1, wherein: the outer peripheral surface of one end of the bending joint is an annular surface, and the annular surface is provided with an external thread to form the first connecting piece;
an annular side wall is formed at the edge of the third end face of the water pipe connector, the annular side wall is provided with internal threads, and the first connecting piece is in threaded connection with the annular side wall.

An intelligent water meter as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the quick connector is sleeve-shaped, an annular sealing ring is arranged in a cylindrical cavity of the quick connector, one end of the flushing pipe is inserted into the cylindrical cavity of the quick connector and penetrates through the annular sealing ring, and the flushing pipe is in interference fit with the cylindrical cavity of the quick connector.

An intelligent water meter as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the intelligent water meter also comprises a one-inlet two-outlet valve; the water inlet of the one-inlet two-outlet valve is connected with the water outlet of the water meter module, the first water outlet of the one-inlet two-outlet valve is connected with rear-end water equipment, and the second water outlet of the one-inlet two-outlet valve is connected with a blow-off pipe.

An intelligent water meter as set forth in claim 7, wherein: a first pressure sensor is arranged in the shell of the bent joint and used for collecting the pressure at the third opening; a second pressure sensor is arranged in the shell of the bent joint and used for collecting the pressure at a fourth opening; the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor respectively transmit the acquired pressure signals to a control module of the intelligent water meter; the control module controls the switch of the flushing valve and the switch of the one-inlet two-outlet valve according to the received pressure signal.

An intelligent water meter as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the bent joint is provided with a shell, a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel are arranged in the shell of the bent joint, the first opening is communicated with the third opening through the water inlet channel, and the second opening is communicated with the fourth opening through the water outlet channel;
a first detection channel and a second detection channel are formed in the shell of the bending joint;
one end of the first detection channel is communicated with the external space, and the other end of the first detection channel is communicated with the third opening of the bent joint; the first pressure sensor is arranged in the first detection channel and close to the third opening; a first sealing plug is detachably arranged at one end of the first detection channel;
one end of the second detection channel is communicated with the external space, and the other end of the second detection channel is communicated with a fourth opening of the bent joint; the second pressure sensor is arranged in the second detection channel and close to a fourth opening; and a second sealing plug is detachably arranged at one end of the second detection channel.

An intelligent water meter as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the intelligent water meter also comprises a water leakage sensor, the water leakage sensor sends a signal to a control module of the intelligent water meter, and the control module controls the on-off of an electric valve arranged at the position of an inlet of the water pipe joint according to the received signal.
