Further, in order to realize the full automation of the ultrasonic cleaning process, the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning device provided by the embodiment is also provided with a controller, the controller is electrically connected with the first power device, the second power device 13 and the motor 2, and the automatic control of the whole cleaning process can be realized by controlling the starting time and the starting mode of the three power devices. For example, the first power device is a stepping motor, and the controller can realize the automatic control of the reciprocating movement of the guide rail 5 by controlling the starting, the forward and the reverse rotation of the first power device. Similarly, the controller can control the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the swing arm assembly 4 by controlling the starting and the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 2 connected with the swing arm assembly 4. The second power device 13 is arranged as a cylinder, and the controller enables the piston to retract to open the opening 7 when the article basket 1 passes through the opening 7 and extend to enable the door plate 9 to close the opening 7 after the article basket 1 passes through the opening 7 by controlling an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve of the cylinder.
Specifically, the controller may employ a PLC. The PLC implementing the above control function may be a controller of siemens 7-200smart in the prior art, and its specific structure, working procedure and principle are not described herein again.
Because the electroplating treatment of the workpiece is also carried out by placing the workpiece in an electroplating bath, the electroplating solution and the workpiece are subjected to replacement reaction by electrifying the electroplating solution so as to complete the electroplating on the outer surface of the workpiece. Electroplating equipment is similar with the equipment that ultrasonic cleaning needs, and because its box 6 of the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning device that this embodiment provided has the advantage that can reduce incasement liquid volatility, based on this reason, the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning device that this embodiment provided can be used to carry out work piece automatic electroplating: a plurality of box bodies 6 are arranged in the length direction of the guide rail 5, part of the box bodies 6 are filled with cleaning solution, and the other part of the box bodies 6 are used as electroplating box bodies; the electroplating box body is internally provided with electroplating solution, a positive electrode and a negative electrode which are respectively electrically connected with a power supply, and the positive electrode and the negative electrode keep a distance and are both in contact with the electroplating solution so as to electrify the electroplating solution to realize the electroplating of the workpiece. By the arrangement, the workpiece to be electroplated is placed in the article basket 1 by utilizing the structural advantages of the box body 6 and the swing arm assembly 4, the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning device provided by the embodiment can hook and move the article basket 1 through the guide rail 5 and the swing arm assembly 4, so that the automatic treatment process of electroplating the workpiece is realized, the workpiece electroplating automation is realized, and the electroplating efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the volatilization degree of the electroplating solution can be reduced, and the odor and environmental pollution to the surroundings can be avoided. The electroplating device and the working principle are the prior art, and the automatic electroplating implementation process is consistent with the automatic cleaning implementation process, and the details are not repeated here.
Specifically, a cleaning tank and an electroplating tank for containing cleaning fluid or electroplating solution can be respectively arranged in the box body 6, and the cleaning tank in the cleaning box body and the electroplating tank in the electroplating box body can be respectively arranged into a plurality of tanks.
In order to prolong the service time of the cleaning liquid and reduce the replacement cost of the cleaning liquid, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning device further comprises a filtering device 15 for filtering the cleaning liquid. Specifically, the filtering device 15 is provided with a liquid filter for filtering impurities of the cleaning liquid, a liquid inlet pipe for communicating a liquid inlet end of the liquid filter with the tank 6, a liquid outlet pipe for communicating a liquid outlet end of the liquid filter with the tank 6, and a booster pump and a first electromagnetic valve which are arranged on the liquid inlet pipe. The first electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller, and the liquid inlet pipe is controlled to be switched on and off by controlling the first electromagnetic valve to be switched on and off. Inputting set idle time and filtering time on a controller, opening a valve of a first electromagnetic valve every other period of the idle time to enable cleaning liquid in the box body 6 to enter a liquid filter for filtering, and enabling the filtered cleaning liquid to enter the box body 6 again to realize recycling; and when the filtering time reaches the set filtering duration, closing the valve of the first electromagnetic valve and stopping filtering. If a plurality of cleaning tanks are arranged in the box body 6, a plurality of filtering devices 15 are correspondingly arranged, and one cleaning tank is communicated with one filtering device 15 for liquid circulation. When the cleaning liquid in the tank 6 is reduced and a liquid replenishing operation is required, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning device further includes a liquid replenishing tank 16, the liquid replenishing tank 16 is communicated with the tank 6 through a liquid replenishing pipe, and a second electromagnetic valve for switching on and off the liquid replenishing pipe is arranged on the liquid replenishing pipe. Cleaning liquid is contained in the liquid supplementing tank 16, the liquid level of the cleaning liquid is higher than that in the tank body 6, and when a valve of the second electromagnetic valve is opened, the cleaning liquid can be automatically supplemented to the tank body 6 under the pressure action caused by the liquid level difference; and when the valve of the second electromagnetic valve is closed, stopping liquid supplement. The second electromagnetic valve can be opened and closed through manual control, and can also be electrically connected with the controller and controlled through the controller. In order to improve the degree of automation, a liquid level sensor can be arranged in the box body 6, and the liquid level sensor and the second electromagnetic valve are electrically connected with the controller. Inputting a set first liquid level line height value and a set second liquid level line height value into the controller, and opening a valve of the second electromagnetic valve by the controller to automatically replenish liquid when the liquid level sensor senses the first liquid level line height value; when the liquid level sensor senses the height value of the second liquid level line, the controller closes the valve of the second electromagnetic valve. The full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning device according to claim 1, further comprising a liquid replenishing tank (16) connected to a cleaning tank for containing the cleaning liquid in the tank body (6) through a liquid replenishing pipe, wherein the cleaning liquid is provided in the liquid replenishing tank (16), a liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the liquid replenishing tank (16) is higher than a liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank, and a second solenoid valve for turning on and off the liquid replenishing pipe is provided on the liquid replenishing pipe.
