In order to improve the shelling effect, the axial length of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27 is 5 times of that of sunflower seeds; the axial distance between the end part of the sunflower seed toothed plate 28 and the end part of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27 is 10 mm; the axial length of the peanut toothed roller 22 is the same as that of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27; therefore, the most suitable feeding amount is reached in each shelling period, and the number of the sunflower seeds is 2-3; the upper part of the sunflower seed toothed plate 28 is provided with a downward inclined plane structure, and the included angle between the inclined plane structure and the vertical direction is 30 degrees; the rotation driving parts of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27 and the peanut toothed roller 23 are two motors: one end of the first rotating shaft 21 is connected with the first motor 23 through a coupler 24, and the other end is erected on a vertical bearing 25; both ends of the second rotating shaft 26 are mounted on bearings, and one end of the second rotating shaft 26 is connected to a second motor 29.
The husking principle of the husking block of the sunflower seeds of the husking component 2 is as follows: as shown in fig. 7, in the guide assembly at the lower part of the feeding assembly 1, the batches of sunflower seeds slide from the brushes 14 through the inclined closed slide into the sunflower seed shelling block. In order to improve the shelling effect, the axial length of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27 is 5 times of that of sunflower seeds; the axial distance between the end part of the sunflower seed toothed plate 28 and the end part of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27 is 12 mm; the axial length of the peanut toothed roller 22 is the same as that of the sunflower seed toothed roller 27; therefore, the most suitable feeding amount is reached in each shelling period, and the number of the sunflower seeds is 2-3; the upper part of the sunflower seed toothed plate 28 is provided with an inclined plane structure which inclines downwards, and the included angle between the inclined plane structure and the vertical direction is 25 degrees.
Example 3
A multifunctional snack husking machine is provided with a feeding assembly 1, a husking assembly 2, a shell and kernel separating assembly 3 and a collecting assembly 4 from top to bottom in sequence; in the embodiment, the feeding assembly 1, the shell and kernel separating assembly 3 and the collecting assembly 4 have the same corresponding structures as those in the embodiment 1; the difference lies in the design parameters of the peeling assembly 2.

1. A multifunctional snack husking machine comprises a feeding component (1), a husking component (2), a shell and kernel separating component (3) and a collecting component (4), and is characterized in that,
the husking assembly (2) comprises a first rotating shaft (21) and a second rotating shaft (26) which are arranged in parallel and is driven by a motor to rotate; the peanut tooth roller (22) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (21), the sunflower seed tooth roller (27) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (26), the circle centers of the peanut tooth roller (22) and the sunflower seed tooth roller (27) are located on the same horizontal plane, and the tooth directions are the same; a sunflower seed toothed plate (28) is arranged beside the sunflower seed toothed roller (27) along the axial direction of the sunflower seed toothed roller (27), and inner teeth which are matched with the profile of the sunflower seed toothed roller (27) and have opposite tooth directions are arranged on the inner side of the sunflower seed toothed plate (28);
the minimum distance between the tooth tips of the inner teeth of the sunflower seed toothed plate (28) and the tooth tips of the sunflower seed toothed roller (27) is smaller than the width of sunflower seeds; the minimum distance between the tooth tips of the sunflower seed tooth rollers (27) and the tooth tips of the peanut tooth rollers (22) is smaller than the width of peanuts.
2. The multifunctional snack decorticator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the minimum distance between the teeth tips of the inner teeth of the sunflower seed toothed plate (28) and the teeth tips of the sunflower seed toothed roller (27) is 2-3 mm.
3. The multi-functional snack decorticator of claim 1 wherein the minimum distance between the tips of the sunflower seed teeth rollers (27) and the tips of the peanut teeth rollers (22) is 5-8 mm.

The multi-functional snack decorticator of claim 1 wherein the axial length of the sunflower seed teeth rollers (27) is 4-5 times the length of the sunflower seeds; the axial distance between the end part of the sunflower seed toothed plate (28) and the end part of the sunflower seed toothed roller (27) is 10-12 mm; the axial length of the peanut toothed roller (22) is the same as that of the sunflower seed toothed roller (27).

The multifunctional snack decorticator according to claim 1, wherein the sunflower seed toothed plate (28) is provided with a downward inclined surface structure at an upper portion, and the inclined surface structure forms an angle of 25-35 degrees, preferably 30 degrees, with the vertical direction.

The multifunctional snack decorticator of claim 1 wherein the first shaft (21) is connected to a first motor (23) at one end by a coupling (24) and mounted on a vertical bearing (25) at the other end; two ends of the second rotating shaft (26) are erected on the bearings, and one end part of the second rotating shaft (26) is connected with a second motor (29).

The multifunctional snack husking machine according to claim 1, wherein the feeding assembly (1) comprises a feeding frame (11), an inclined plate (12) arranged at the upper part of the feeding frame (11), two photoelectric sensors (13) respectively arranged at the upper surface and the lower surface of the inclined plate (12), a brush (14) arranged below the inclined plate (12), a brush motor (15) driving the brush (14) to rotate, and a material guiding mechanism arranged at the lower part of the feeding frame (11);
the inclined plate (12) is inclined downwards towards the arrangement direction of the sunflower seed toothed rollers (27), a through hole through which sunflower seeds can only pass and fall is formed in the inclined plate (12), and the photoelectric sensor (13) is arranged at the through hole and used for detecting whether materials pass through the upper part and the lower part of the through hole or not;
the material guide mechanism comprises a first guide plate and a second guide plate which are arranged below the hairbrush (14), the two guide plates are of a splayed structure, an inverted splayed rubber sheet (16) is arranged below the first guide plate close to one side of the sunflower seed tooth roller (27), and the bottom outlet of the rubber sheet (16) is positioned above the sunflower seed tooth roller (27); the bottom of the second guide plate close to one side of the peanut fluted roller (22) is positioned above the peanut fluted roller (22).
