A toy flying saucer according to claim 2, wherein said push cylinder (1) comprises a push rod (11) and a piston (12), said push rod (11) is connected to the upper end of said piston (12), said push cylinder spring (2) is compressed between said tank bottom cover (102) and said piston (12), said push rod (11) passes through said tank upper case (101) and is upwardly connected to said blocking member;
the piston (12) and the water tank upper shell (101) form the water containing area;
an annular groove (13) is formed in the periphery of the piston (12), and an elastic ring (14) is sleeved in the annular groove (13);
