Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in order to avoid obscuring embodiments of the present invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a cooking appliance according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes two parts, a cooking appliance main body 10 and a heating platform 20.
The plurality of cooking appliance main bodies 10 may have the same cooking function as a rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an induction cooker, an electric kettle, an electric tea boiler, or other cooking appliances. Each cooking appliance main body 10 has a cooking space (not shown), and is provided with a first recognition device 11.
The heating platform 20 is provided with a heating device (not shown in fig. 1) to heat the cooking space of the cooking appliance main body 10. The heating platform 20 is also provided with control means (not shown in fig. 1) and a plurality of second recognition means 21 arranged in a predetermined manner. When the cooking appliance main body 10 is placed on the heating platform 20, the second recognition device 21 is triggered by the first recognition device 11 at the corresponding position to recognize the current cooking function of the cooking appliance main body 10. The control means controls the heating platform 20 to heat the cooking appliance main body 10 in an operation mode suitable for the cooking function according to the identified cooking function. Therefore, only one set of control device needs to be arranged, and the situation that corresponding control devices are arranged on different cooking appliance main bodies 10 is avoided, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced.
Wherein, the identification of the cooking appliance main body 10 by the heating platform 20 can be realized by the variation of the number of the first identification means 11 provided on the cooking appliance main body 10. In this embodiment, the number of the first recognition devices 11 provided on each cooking appliance main body 10 is different from one another. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, six second recognition devices 21 are provided on the heating stage 20. The six second recognition devices 21 are arranged in a straight line. Each cooking appliance main body 10 may be provided with one, two, three, or four, etc. different numbers of the first recognition devices 11 at positions corresponding to the second recognition devices 21, respectively. For example, in fig. 1, the cooking appliance main body 10 is provided with two first recognition devices 11, and in fig. 2, the cooking appliance main body 110 is provided with three first recognition devices 11. When different cooking appliance bodies 10 are placed on the heating platform 20, the number of the second recognition means 21 activated by the first recognition means 11 is different. The control device recognizes the cooking functions of the cooking appliance main body 10 corresponding to the number of the second recognition devices 21 that are activated.
In addition, the cooking device main body 10 can be identified by the heating platform 20 by changing the arrangement of the first identification means 11 provided on the cooking device main body 10. For example, the cooking appliance main body 10 shown in fig. 1 and the cooking appliance main body 210 shown in fig. 3 are each provided with two first recognition devices 11. However, the two first recognition devices 11 of the cooking appliance main body 10 are spaced apart by a distance greater than the two first recognition devices 11 of the cooking appliance main body 210. In fig. 1, the two first recognition devices 11 of the cooking appliance body 10 trigger the first and third second recognition devices 21 from the right, while in fig. 2, the two first recognition devices 11 of the cooking appliance body 210 trigger the first and second recognition devices 21 from the right. Accordingly, the control device recognizes the cooking function of the cooking appliance main body 10 corresponding to the position of the triggered second recognition device 21.
It can be understood that the arrangement mode is changed for identification, and the number of the first identification devices arranged on different cooking appliance main bodies can be the same or different. This can avoid an excessive number of first identification means being provided on one cooking appliance main body. It should be noted, however, that the number of first identification means should be at least two, so that different arrangements can be produced, and that it is not possible for two cooking appliance bodies to be provided with the same number of first identification means as the second identification means at the same time.
The cooking device body 10 may be embodied as follows. For example, the cooking appliance main body 10 may include a pot body 12 and a lid body 13. The pot body 12 may have a shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and have an inner pot receiving part (not shown) of a cylindrical shape, and the inner pot (not shown) may be freely put into or taken out from the inner pot receiving part to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. Of course, the inner pot may be fixedly provided in the pot body 12 so as not to be removable. The lid body 13 may have a shape substantially corresponding to the pot body 12. The lid body 13 is pivotally connected to the pot body 12 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot body 12. When the cover 13 is covered on the cooker body 12, it covers the inner pot and forms a cooking space with the inner pot. The above is a preferred embodiment of the cooking appliance main body. In another embodiment, an open cooking space may be formed in the pot body without providing the lid; or the inner pot is not arranged, and a concave cooking space is directly formed in the cooker body.
The exterior of the heating platform 20 is covered with a base 22 and a refractory layer 23 for protection. The heating platform 20 is in contact with the cooking appliance main body 10 through the heat resistant layer 23, and the heat resistant layer 23 can protect parts inside the heating platform 20 from being damaged due to high temperature during cooking. Preferably, the heat-resistant layer 23 may be a heat-resistant ceramic plate. The control device and the heating device are arranged inside the heating platform 20, and the heating device is electrically connected with the control device. The control device is generally in the form of a control circuit board, which is pre-set with a plurality of control modes corresponding to different cooking functions. Preferably, the heating device may employ an electromagnetic heating device. The heating efficiency of the heating platform 20 is thus higher and the controllability is better, enabling the cooking process to be optimized.
In the present embodiment, the second identification device 21 may be a reed switch, and accordingly the first identification device 11 is a magnetic field generating device, such as a magnet. As shown in fig. 1, six second recognition devices 21 configured as reed switches, which are arranged in a linear manner, are provided on the heating platform 20 and are electrically connected to the control device. In order to improve the sensitivity of the reed switch to the magnetic field response of the magnet, the reed switch and the magnet should be disposed close to the surfaces of the heating platform 20 and the cooking appliance main body 10 that are close to each other. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance main body 10 and the heating platform 20 are placed in a vertically opposite position, so that the reed switch is disposed below the heat-resistant ceramic plate and the magnet is disposed at the bottom of the cooking appliance main body 10. When the cooking utensil main body 10 is placed on the heating platform 20 at a predetermined relative position, the on-off state of the reed switch at the position corresponding to the magnet on the heating platform 20 is changed, for example, from on to off or from off to on, by the action of the magnet. The control device identifies the cooking function of the cooking appliance body 10 currently placed on the heating platform 20 according to the number and/or position of the reed switches with state change, and then selects a corresponding control mode to control the heating device to heat. It should be noted that the reed switches should be arranged at a predetermined distance, so that the reed switches can only respond to the magnets at the corresponding positions, and misoperation caused by interference of adjacent magnets is avoided.
Of course, the first identification means and the second identification means may have other embodiments. For example, in other embodiments, a micro switch may be used as the second identification means and electrically connected to the control means, and the first identification means may be configured as a touch portion protruding outward from the surface of the cooking appliance main body. When the cooking appliance main body 10 is placed on the heating platform 20 at a preset relative position, the touch switch at the position corresponding to the touch part on the heating platform 20 is touched to generate the change of the on-off state, and the control device identifies the current cooking function of the cooking appliance main body according to the number and/or the position of the micro switches with the changed on-off state.
Preferably, a temperature measuring device (not shown in fig. 1) may be provided on the cooking appliance main body 10 to sense the current temperature of the cooking space. The temperature measuring device can be a thermistor and the like. As shown in fig. 2, it is further preferable that the temperature measuring device may include a top temperature measuring device and a bottom temperature measuring device to sense the temperatures of the top and bottom of the cooking space, respectively, whereby the sensing result can be more accurate.
The control means is configured to control the heating means to heat the cooking appliance body 10 in dependence on the current temperature level of the cooking space, which enables optimization of the cooking process. Since the cooking appliance main body 10 and the heating platform 20 are separately provided, the control device is configured to acquire the sensing result of the temperature measuring device by means of wireless communication. As shown in fig. 2, a first wireless communication device (not shown in fig. 1) electrically connected to the temperature measuring device is provided in the cooking appliance main body 10; the heating platform 20 is provided with a second wireless communication means (not shown in fig. 1) electrically connected to the control means. The first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device send the sensing result of the temperature measuring device to the control device in a wireless communication mode. The first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device can be in communication connection based on wireless communication technology such as infrared ray, Bluetooth (Bluetooth) or WiFi. Taking the infrared communication technology as an example, the first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device may respectively include an infrared transmitting module and an infrared receiving module.
Furthermore, an input device (not shown in fig. 1) and a display device 24 may be provided on the heating platform 20 and electrically connected to the control device, respectively. The input device is used for inputting customized cooking parameters and the like to the control device by a user, and the display device 24 is used for displaying an operation interface, current cooking parameters and/or preset cooking parameters and the like. After the control device recognizes the cooking function of the cooking appliance main body 10, information such as a key layout and cooking parameters of a corresponding control mode is displayed on the display device, and the user selects and controls the cooking process through the input device. Preferably, the input device and the display device may also be provided as an integrated device such as a touch screen to simplify the overall structure of the heating platform 20. Since the control device is provided on the heating platform 20, only one set of input device and display device is provided without providing an input device and a display device on each cooking appliance main body 10, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced.
The cooking utensil of the present invention has been described above. It will be appreciated that the number and arrangement of the second identification means is not limited to the above examples. For example, in other embodiments, the heating platform may be provided with a different number of second recognition devices, and the second recognition devices may be configured in a circular arrangement, a scattered arrangement, or the like. The design can be flexibly selected by the skilled person according to the actual situation.
According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil sets up the first recognition device of different quantity and/or different arrangement in the cooking utensil main part of difference, and heating platform can discern the culinary art function of different cooking utensil main parts from this to provide the heating method that suits with this culinary art function. Therefore, only one set of control device needs to be arranged on the heating platform, the trouble that each cooking appliance main body needs to be provided with the control device is avoided, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
