7. The air regulating trainer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the height of the strut is 500mm and the diameter of the strut is 40 mm.
8. The air regulating trainer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fan blades of the fan have a radial dimension of 150 mm.
9. The air regulating trainer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the securing bar has an internal diameter dimension of 40 mm.
