Through the design, the first guide device is convenient to assemble in the earlier stage and maintain in the later stage, meanwhile, the first guide device is firmly combined with the mop bucket 100, and the safety and reliability are further improved.
The second guiding device comprises a second guiding roller 129, the second guiding roller 129 is arranged on the inner side wall of the right side of the rear end of the mop bucket 100 through a second fixing column 131, the second guiding roller 129 is connected with the second fixing column 130 through a second locking bolt 132, and the second guiding roller 129 is rotatably connected with the second locking bolt 132.
The second fixing column 131 is provided with a cavity inside the end far away from the second guide roller 129, a second mounting shaft 141 is fixedly arranged in the cavity, and the second fixing column 132 is connected with a second mounting part 142 arranged on the outer side wall of the mop bucket 100 through the second mounting shaft 141. The inner side wall of the mop bucket 100 is provided with a second positioning hole 143, the second positioning hole 143 is communicated with a second positioning groove (not shown) arranged on the outer side wall of the mop bucket 100, and the second mounting shaft 141 penetrates through the second positioning hole 143 and is connected with a second mounting portion 142 arranged in the second positioning groove through a second fastening screw (not shown). A second threaded hole (not shown) is formed in one end of the second mounting shaft 141, which is away from the second guide roller 129, and the second fastening screw penetrates through the second through hole 144 in the second mounting portion 142 and is then disposed in the second threaded hole, that is, the second mounting portion 142 is in threaded connection with the second mounting shaft 141 through the second fastening screw. The second locking bolt 132 penetrates through a second mounting hole 145 formed in the end of the second fixed column 131 and is fastened and connected with a second locking nut 146 arranged in the cavity of the second fixed column 131, and the second mounting hole 145 is communicated with the cavity of the second fixed column 131. Through the design, the first-stage assembly and the later-stage maintenance of the second guide device are facilitated, meanwhile, the second guide device is firmly combined with the mop bucket 100, and the safety and reliability are further improved.
As shown in fig. 13, the first guide roller 128 includes a circular ring-shaped guide roller body 160, a positioning ring 161 is arranged on the inner side wall of the guide roller body 160 in the circumferential direction, a third through hole 162 is arranged at the center of the positioning ring 161, the first locking bolt 137 is disposed in the third through hole 162 of the positioning ring 161, a plurality of positioning holes 163 are circumferentially provided in the positioning ring 161, positioning balls 164 are provided in the positioning holes 163, the first locking bolt 137 includes a head 151 and a screw 150, the screw 150 is provided with an external thread, a ring-shaped fixing part 152 is arranged on one side of the screw rod 150 close to the head part 151 in the external circumferential direction, the outer diameter of the fixing portion 152 is smaller than the outer diameter of the head portion 151 and larger than the outer diameter of the screw 150, the fixing portion 152 of the first locking bolt 137 is disposed in the third through hole 162 and rotatably connected thereto. The second guide roller 129 has the same structure as the first guide roller 128. Through the design, the safety and reliability of the structures of the first guide roller 128 and the second guide roller 129 are improved to a certain degree, and the service life is prolonged.
A limiting ring 165 is arranged on one side, away from the head 151, of the guide roller body 160, the limiting ring 165 is connected with the ball 164 in a matched and rotating manner through a fifth positioning groove 166 formed in the side wall of the limiting ring, and a fourth through hole 167 is formed in the limiting ring 165.
The inside wall of guide roller body 160 is provided with annular first constant head tank (not shown in the figure) and second constant head tank (not shown in the figure), holding ring 161 is located in the first constant head tank and rotate rather than being connected, spacing ring 165 is located the second constant head tank just rotates rather than being connected, just the fixed part 152 of first locking bolt 137 runs through in proper order third through hole 162 and fourth through hole 167 extend to the back, just fixed part 152 with fourth through hole 167 rotates and is connected.
