Through the first water flow channel 106 and the second water flow channel 110 arranged on the cleaning plate 101, sewage generated in the rubbing and cleaning process can be discharged outwards through the first water flow channel 106 and the second water flow channel 110 in time and flows into the mop bucket 100, clear water and sewage can be prevented from being mixed, and therefore the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
The using method of the flat mop provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a first water scraping plate 116, wherein the first water scraping plate 116 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the rear end of the cleaning plate 101 along the width direction of the cleaning plate 191, the first water scraping plate 116 is rectangular, and the first water scraping plate 116 and the cleaning plate 101 can be integrally formed, so that the processing efficiency is improved; the first wiper blade 116 is uniformly provided with a plurality of inverted V-shaped protrusions 124 along the upper surface of the first wiper blade 116 in the length direction, and the rear end surface of the first wiper blade 116 is flush with the rear end side surface of the cleaning plate 101. Through the design, namely, the second water scraping plate 126 extends upwards from the inner side edge of the upper surface of the rear end of the mop bucket 100, in the process of cleaning the wiper 203 on the flat mop head 202 on the cleaning plate, the second water scraping plate 126 can further scrape water on the residual sewage in the wiper 203, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the purpose of saving more water is achieved.
According to the application method of the flat mop provided by the embodiment of the invention, in order to enable the rubbing and cleaning process of the wiping matter 203 on the flat mop head 202 on the cleaning plate 101 to be smoother, the first guide device and the second guide device can be respectively arranged on the rear end of the mop bucket 100, namely the inner side wall on the left side and the inner side wall on the right side above the first water scraping plate 116 on the cleaning plate 101, and the flat mop head can move on the cleaning plate more smoothly and run more stably through the first guide device and the second guide device, so that the rubbing and cleaning of the wiping matter 203 on the flat mop head 202 on the cleaning plate 101 is more labor-saving.
The first guiding means includes a first guiding roller 128, the first guiding roller 128 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the left side of the rear end of the mop bucket 100 through a first fixing post 130, the first guiding roller 128 is connected with the first fixing post 130 through a first locking bolt 137, and the first guiding roller 128 is rotatably connected with the first locking bolt 137. The first fixing column 130 is a cavity inside one end far away from the first guide roller 128, a first mounting shaft 133 is fixedly arranged in the cavity, and the first fixing column 130 is connected with a first mounting part 134 arranged on the outer side wall of the mop bucket 100 through the first mounting shaft 133. The inner side wall of the mop bucket 100 is provided with a first positioning hole (not shown in the figure), the first positioning hole is communicated with a first positioning groove 136 arranged on the outer side wall of the mop bucket 100, and the first mounting shaft 133 penetrates through the first positioning hole and is connected with a first mounting part 134 arranged in the first positioning groove 136 through a first fastening screw (not shown in the figure). One end of the first mounting shaft 133, which is away from the first guide roller 128, is provided with a first threaded hole (not shown), and the first fastening screw penetrates through the first through hole 140 in the first mounting portion 134 and is then disposed in the first threaded hole, that is, the first mounting portion 134 is in threaded connection with the first mounting shaft 133 through the first fastening screw. The first locking bolt 137 penetrates through a first mounting hole 138 formed in the end of the first fixing column 130 and is tightly connected with a first locking nut 139 arranged in the cavity of the first fixing column 130, and the first mounting hole 138 is communicated with the cavity of the first fixing column 130. Through the design, the first guide device is convenient to assemble in the earlier stage and maintain in the later stage, meanwhile, the first guide device is firmly combined with the mop bucket 100, and the safety and reliability are further improved.
The second guiding device comprises a second guiding roller 129, the second guiding roller 129 is arranged on the inner side wall of the right side of the rear end of the mop bucket 100 through a second fixing column 131, the second guiding roller 129 is connected with the second fixing column 130 through a second locking bolt 132, and the second guiding roller 129 is rotatably connected with the second locking bolt 132.
The second fixing column 131 is provided with a cavity inside the end far away from the second guide roller 129, a second mounting shaft 141 is fixedly arranged in the cavity, and the second fixing column 132 is connected with a second mounting part 142 arranged on the outer side wall of the mop bucket 100 through the second mounting shaft 141. The inner side wall of the mop bucket 100 is provided with a second positioning hole 143, the second positioning hole 143 is communicated with a second positioning groove (not shown) arranged on the outer side wall of the mop bucket 100, and the second mounting shaft 141 penetrates through the second positioning hole 143 and is connected with a second mounting portion 142 arranged in the second positioning groove through a second fastening screw (not shown). A second threaded hole (not shown) is formed in one end of the second mounting shaft 141, which is away from the second guide roller 129, and the second fastening screw penetrates through the second through hole 144 in the second mounting portion 142 and is then disposed in the second threaded hole, that is, the second mounting portion 142 is in threaded connection with the second mounting shaft 141 through the second fastening screw. The second locking bolt 132 penetrates through a second mounting hole 145 formed in the end of the second fixed column 131 and is fastened and connected with a second locking nut 146 arranged in the cavity of the second fixed column 131, and the second mounting hole 145 is communicated with the cavity of the second fixed column 131. Through the design, the first-stage assembly and the later-stage maintenance of the second guide device are facilitated, meanwhile, the second guide device is firmly combined with the mop bucket 100, and the safety and reliability are further improved.
