The cooking appliance comprises a pot body. The pot body may be in a generally rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape, a generally cylindrical shape, or any other suitable shape. An inner pot of generally cylindrical shape or any other suitable shape is provided in the pot body. The inner pot can be freely put into the inner pot containing part of the cooker body or taken out of the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot is convenient to clean. The inner pot is used for storing food to be cooked, such as rice, soup, etc. The top of the inner pot is provided with a top opening. An inner pot heating means (not shown) for heating the inner pot is further provided in the pot body. The inner pot heating device can heat the inner pot at the bottom and/or the side of the inner pot. The inner pot heating device can be an electric heating tube, and can also be an induction heating device such as an electromagnetic coil.
The cooker body is provided with a friction part. The friction part may be used to contact the damping member 110, which will be described in detail later, to provide a buffer to the cooking appliance during the opening of the lid of the cooking appliance, preventing the cooking appliance from jumping. Specifically, the friction part may be a part of the middle plate of the pot body. More specifically, the friction part is provided at the rear end of the pot body. The friction portion may be an arc-shaped surface protruding toward the damper 110 to be described in detail later.
It should be noted that the terms "front" and "rear" are used herein with reference to the position where the user uses the cooking appliance. Specifically, a direction in which the cooking appliance faces the user is defined as "front", and a direction opposite thereto is defined as "rear".
The cooker body is provided with a cover body 120. For simplicity, only a portion of the structure of the cover 120 is shown in fig. 1 and 2. The shape of the lid 120 substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body. For example, the cover 120 may have a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape. The lid 120 is pivotally disposed on the pot body between a closed position and a maximum open position. Wherein, when the cover body 120 is in the covering position, the cover body 120 covers the whole top of the pot body or at least the inner pot of the pot body, and a cooking space is formed between the cover body 120 and the inner pot. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the lid body 120 may be pivotably provided above the pot body by a hinge manner. The hinged position of the lid 120 and the pot body is typically at the rear end of the cooking appliance for the user to manipulate at the front end of the cooking appliance.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cover 120 includes a liner cover 121. A surface cover (not shown) is provided on the upper or outer side of the liner cover 121. An inner cover (not shown) is provided on the underside or inside of the liner cover 121. The inner cup can be removable inner cup to dismantle the inner cup and wash. Wherein only the liner cover 121 is shown in fig. 1 and 2 for the sake of simplicity. It should be noted that directional terms and positional terms used herein in describing the respective components in the cover body 120 and their positional relationships, such as "above", "below", "upper side", "lower side", "outer side", "inner side", "horizontal direction", etc., are relative to the cover body 120 when in the covering position.
The cover 120 is also provided with mounting posts 130. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting post 130 is provided on the liner cover 121. More specifically, the mounting post 130 is provided at the rear end of the liner cover 121. Of course, the mounting post 130 may also be provided on the face cap. The number of the mounting posts 130 may be one or more. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting post 130 is one and is provided at a central position of the rear end of the cover body 120 (specifically, the liner cover 121). The mounting post 130 extends in a vertical direction when the cover 120 is in the closed position. Of course, the mounting post may be plural. The mounting posts may also be arranged to extend in a horizontal direction when the cover is in the closed position.
As shown in fig. 2, the mounting post 130 includes a connection end 131, a blocking portion 132, and a fitting portion 133. The connection end 131 is connected to the cover 120. For example, the connection end 131 may be adhered to the cover 120 or integrally formed with the cover 120. Mounting post 130 is connected to cover 120 by a connecting end 131. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the connection end 131 is connected to the liner cover 121. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the connection end 131 may be connected to any other suitable position or component of the cover 120. For example, in another embodiment of the present invention, the connection end 131 may be connected to the face cover. The fitting part 133 is connected between the connection end 131 and the blocking part 132. The mating portion 133, the connecting end 131, and the blocking portion 132 may be integrally formed as a unitary member. The mating portion is a cylindrical member, and the cross section of the mating portion can be any suitable shape such as a circle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, a hexagon and the like. The blocking portion 132 may be located at an end (a free end opposite the connection end 131) of the mounting post 130. The stop 132 may also be located between the free end of the mounting post 130 and the mating portion 133. The blocking portion 132 protrudes radially with respect to the fitting portion 133. The blocking portion 132 may protrude from the fitting portion 133 in the entire circumferential direction, or the blocking portion 132 may protrude from the fitting portion 133 in at least a part of the circumferential direction. For example, the blocking portion 132 may be provided with one radial protrusion or a plurality (e.g., 2, 3, or more) of discrete radial protrusions. It should be noted that "radial" as referred to herein refers to a direction diverging from or toward the central axis in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the mounting post 130; the "circumferential" direction of the stop referred to herein refers to the direction around the stop 132 in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the mounting post 130.
The cover 120 is also provided with a damping member 110. The damping member 110 may be made of an elastic material such as silicon rubber. In the process of opening or closing the cover, that is, when the cover body 120 rotates between the cover closing position and the maximum opening position, the damping member 110 can contact with the friction portion provided on the pot body to provide a cushion for the cooking appliance, preventing the cooking appliance from jumping.
The damper 110 is provided with an orifice (not shown). The shape of the orifice is adapted to the shape of the cross section of the fitting portion 133. For example, the apertures may be circular, square, pentagonal, hexagonal, etc. The mating portion 133 of the mounting post 130 is inserted into the aperture of the damping member 110 such that the damping member 110 fits over the mating portion 133 of the mounting post 130. That is, the inner surface of the aperture of the damper 110 abuts the outer surface of the mating portion 133 of the mounting post 130. Since the damping member 110 is fitted over the fitting portion 133 of the mounting post 130 and the blocking portion 132 radially protrudes with respect to the fitting portion 133, the size (inner diameter) of the orifice of the damping member 110 is equal to or smaller than the maximum size of the blocking portion 132 in the radial direction of the mounting post 130 when the damping member 110 is in the natural state. In this way, when the damping member 110 is installed, an external force may be applied to the damping member 110, and the damping member 110 is elastically deformed by the external force so that the size of the orifice is increased to be able to be sleeved on the fitting portion 133 through the blocking portion 132. After the external force is removed, the damping member 110 can be restored to the natural state and fit over the fitting portion 133, and the size of the aperture is equal to or smaller than the maximum size of the blocking portion 132 in the radial direction of the mounting post 130. In this manner, the blocking portion 132 can prevent the damping member 110 from being removed from the mounting post 130, and the mounting manner does not require a fastener such as a screw, so that the damping member 110 can be easily mounted and dismounted without being limited by the fastener. When the damping member 110 needs to be replaced, an external force is applied to the damping member 110 only by pulling the damping member 110, and the damping member 110 is elastically deformed and can be removed from the mounting post 130 via the stopper 132 after receiving the external force.
Preferably, the size of the aperture is slightly smaller than the size of the mating portion 133 of the mounting post 130 in the radial direction of the mounting post 130, so that the damping member 110 can be interference fit with the mating portion 133 of the mounting post 130, so that the damping member 110 can be tightly fitted over the mounting post 130, thereby further reducing the possibility that the damping member 110 will fall off the mounting post 130.
Optionally, the blocking portion 132 protrudes radially from the mating portion 133 by 1mm to 4 mm. E.g., 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, etc. The applicant has found that when the blocking portion 132 radially protrudes by 1mm to 4mm relative to the fitting portion 133, the protrusion of the damping member 110 can be effectively prevented, and the size of the mounting post 130 in the radial direction can be reduced, which saves space.
Optionally, a side of the blocking portion 132 remote from the connection end 131 is provided with a guide surface 135. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the guide surface 135 is provided on the upper side of the blocking portion 132. The guide surface 135 facilitates the damping member 110 to be fitted over the fitting portion 133 via the blocking portion 132. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the guiding surface 135 is a plane, and the included angle a between the guiding surface 135 and the mating portion 133 is an acute angle, i.e., in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the guiding surface 135 is inclined downward (i.e., toward the connecting end). Optionally, the angle a between the guiding surface 135 and the mating portion 133 satisfies: a is more than or equal to 15 degrees and less than or equal to 75 degrees. For example, the guide surface 135 and the engagement portion 133 form an angle of 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, or the like. In other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the guiding surface may also be an arc surface.
