Hereinafter, a cooking utensil according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described. It can be understood that the cooking appliance according to the utility model can be an electromagnetic heating electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan or other electric heating appliances. And the cooking utensil of the utility model can have various functions such as cooking porridge besides the function of cooking rice.
The cooking utensil mainly comprises a pot body and a cover body. And the inner pot can be freely put into or taken out of the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot is convenient to clean. The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening for containing materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot. The cover body is pivotally connected to the pot body in an openable and closable manner and is used for covering the pot body. When the cover body is covered on the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot.
In this embodiment, the pot body includes a middle plate assembly, a housing assembly, and a base. A cover is pivotally connected to the upper surface of the midplane assembly. The lower end of the middle plate component is provided with a heating element and a control element. The heating element and the control element may be located within the housing assembly. The cooking appliance further comprises an uncovering torsion spring. The cover opening torsion spring is respectively connected with the cover body and the middle plate component. Thus, when the cover body is opened, the cover opening torsion spring can provide power for the opening of the cover body.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 9, the housing assembly includes a key base 110, a sheet metal housing 120, a key 130, and a return spring 140. The upper end of the sheet metal shell 120 is connected to the lower end of the mid-deck assembly. The lower end of the sheet metal shell 120 is connected with the base. In this way, the base supports the entire cooking appliance.
In the present embodiment, the key 130 is connected to the sheet metal housing 120 through the key base 110. Pressing the button 130 can drive the following clasp to swing, thereby opening the cover.
The key 130 includes a pressing portion and two snap portions. The pressing part is of a roughly cuboid structure. The clamping part is of a cylinder structure. One end of the clamping part is provided with a buckle. The other end of the clamping part is connected with the pressing part. Two joint portions are all connected at the same side of pressing the portion. Each end of the pressing part is provided with a clamping part.
The key base 110 includes a body 111, a mounting portion 112, a positioning portion 114, and a snap guide surface 113. The body 111 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure. The end surface of the first end of the body 111 is provided with a key mounting hole 115. The size of the key installation hole 115 is slightly larger than that of the pressing portion of the key 130. The bottom surface of the key mounting hole 115 is provided with a fastening hole. The clamping hole is a through hole. The size of the clamping hole is slightly larger than that of the column body structure of the clamping portion and smaller than that of the buckle of the clamping portion.
In the present embodiment, the engaging portion of the key 130 faces the bottom surface of the key mounting hole 115; then, the pressing portion of the key 130 enters the key installation hole 115; then the buckle of the clamping part penetrates out of the clamping hole of the key base 110. So that the key 130 can move in the extending direction of the key installation hole 115. In the moving process of the key 130, the buckle of the key 130 is matched with the outer wall surface of the card hole (the surface of the portion of the body 111 surrounding the card hole, which is the portion of the end surface of the second end of the body 111 opposite to the first end), that is, the moving distance of the key 130 can be limited, and the key 130 is prevented from falling out of the key mounting hole 115. After key holder 110 is attached to sheet-metal case 120 from the inside of sheet-metal case 120, key 130 and return spring 140 are fitted into key holder 110 from the outside of sheet-metal case 120. Key holder 110 may be attached to sheet metal case 120 from the inside of sheet metal case 120 after key 130 and return spring 140 are fitted to key holder 110.
In this embodiment, key 130 is movably disposed with respect to key base 110. Thus, the key 130 has a first position and a second position. When the button 130 is not pressed by an external force (for example, when the user does not press the button 130), the button 130 is located at the first position, and the button 130 does not enable a later clasp to open the cover. When the button 130 is in the second position, the button 130 may cause a later clasp to open the cover. When the key 130 is pressed, the key 130 may move from a first position to a second position.
In the present embodiment, the return spring 140 may be a cylindrical spring. The pressing portion of the key 130 is provided with a return spring mounting post. The reset spring mounting column is positioned at the approximate middle position of one side of the pressing part, which is provided with the clamping part. The return spring 140 is sleeved on the periphery of the return spring mounting post. The bottom surface of the key mounting hole 115 of the key base 110 is provided with a relief hole. The avoiding hole is a through hole. The avoiding hole comprises a first hole section and a second hole section. The first bore section has a bore diameter greater than the outer diameter of the return spring 140. The aperture of the second hole section is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the return spring mounting column and slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the return spring 140. The avoiding hole and the return spring mounting post are correspondingly arranged so that when the pressing portion of the key 130 moves toward the bottom surface of the key mounting hole 115 (when the user presses the key 130), the avoiding hole avoids the return spring mounting post.
In the present embodiment, when the pressing portion of the key 130 moves toward the bottom surface of the key mounting hole 115, the return spring 140 is compressed. The compressed return spring 140 applies a force to the pressing part to move the key 130 away from the bottom surface of the key installation hole 115. Therefore, when the key 130 is pressed to move the key 130 from the first position to the second position to open the cover, the return spring 140 can return the key 130 from the second position to the first position. Therefore, other structures are not needed to be arranged to enable the key 130 to return to the first position from the second position, and the cooker body is simple in structure. And the key 130 can be returned to the first position from the second position without the operation of a user, and the operation is simple.
In this embodiment, the sheet metal shell 120 is an annular structure made of sheet metal. The wall of the sheet metal shell 120 is provided with a mounting hole 121. The mounting hole 121 is a through hole. The mounting hole 121 is a rectangular hole. The inner side of the sheet metal shell 120 is also provided with a limiting part 122. The stop portion 122 is configured to mount a snap. The mounting buckle is of a T-shaped structure. The mounting clip includes a vertical wall and a transverse wall. One end of the vertical wall is connected with the middle part of the cross arm to form the T-shaped structure. In the mounting direction of key holder 110, the other end of the vertical wall extends from the inner wall of mounting hole 121 toward the inside of sheet metal shell 120, and is formed by machining.
Preferably, the number of the mounting buckles is greater than or equal to 2, and the mounting buckles are arranged on the opposite inner surfaces of the mounting hole 121. Therefore, the installation buckle is connected with the later installation clamping part in a clamping manner on the opposite inner surface of the installation hole 121, and the connection between the key base 110 and the sheet metal shell 120 is firmer.
In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 112, the positioning portion 114, and the click guide surface 113 of the body 111 are provided on at least one of side surfaces of the body 111 connecting the end surface of the first end and the end surface of the second end. The first end of the body 111 is provided with a first annular flange. The first annular flange extends from an end surface of the first end of the body 111 in the extending direction of the mounting hole 121 toward a direction away from the body 111. The outer peripheral dimension of the first annular flange is slightly smaller than the dimension of the mounting hole 121. The outer circumferential dimension of the body 111 is slightly larger than the dimension of the mounting hole 121. In this way, the first annular flange and the first end of the body 111 form a stepped structure. The detent 114 is configured such that the first annular flange and the first end of the body 111 constitute a stepped structure.
In the present embodiment, the mounting direction of key holder 110 is the direction E shown in fig. 5. The direction E is directed from the inside of the sheet metal shell 120 to the outside of the sheet metal shell 120 in the left-right direction of fig. 5. The extending direction of the mounting hole 121, the extending direction of the key mounting hole 115 of the key base 110 corresponding to the mounting hole 121, and the mounting direction of the key base 110 are substantially parallel. From the inside of sheet metal shell 120, the end of body 111 provided with the first annular flange faces mounting hole 121 in the mounting direction of key holder 110. The body 111 is moved in a direction toward the sheet metal shell 120 so that the first annular flange protrudes into the mounting hole 121. So that the end surface of the first end of body 111 can define the position where key holder 110 is mounted to mounting hole 121. Thus, key holder 110 can be easily mounted by providing positioning portion 114. The fit of the first annular flange and the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 121 can enhance the connection strength between the key base 110 and the sheet metal shell 120.
In the present embodiment, a recess portion provided corresponding to the T-shaped structure is provided at a substantially middle position of at least one of the side surfaces of the body 111 connecting the first end and the second end. The end of the recess facing the first annular flange is provided with two inclined portions. The two inclined parts are arranged in the concave part at intervals along the extending direction of the cross arm of the T-shaped structure corresponding to the two inclined parts. The one end and the depressed part of slope portion far away from first annular flange constitute installation joint portion. The vertical wall of the T-shaped structure is clamped in the space between the two inclined parts, and the cross arm of the T-shaped structure is clamped in the installation clamping part, so that the key base 110 can be fixed on the sheet metal shell 120. Therefore, the limiting part 122 is clamped with the mounting part 112, and the key base 110 is convenient to mount. The both ends joint installation joint portion of the xarm of T shape structure, T shape structure joint installation joint portion's joint strength is high.
In the present embodiment, the inclined portion is inclined away from the outer surface of main body 111 toward the center of mounting hole 121 in the mounting direction of key holder 110. Thus, the outer surface of the inclined portion away from the body 111 constitutes the click guide surface 113. During the process of mounting the body 111, the crossbar of the T-shaped structure abuts the snap guide surface 113. The T-shaped structure is deformed by the snap guide surface 113. When the crossbar of the T-shaped structure is moved out of the snap guide surface 113, the crossbar of the T-shaped structure snaps into the mounting snap under the spring force of the T-shaped structure. From this, buckle spigot surface 113 is the direction of T shape structure joint installation joint portion, and T shape structure joint installation joint portion's simple to operate.
In this embodiment, the limiting portion 122 is disposed on the sheet metal shell 120, the mounting portion 112 is disposed on the outer surface of the body 111 of the key base 110, the limiting portion 122 is elastically clamped to the mounting portion 112, that is, the limiting portion 122 is clamped to the outer side of the key base 110, the limiting portion 122 does not enter the body 111, the limiting portion 122 does not reduce the moving space of the key 130 in the body 111, and the key 130 moves smoothly in the key base 110.
In the present embodiment, the distance H between the pressing portion of the key 130 and the key mounting hole 115 is 0.3mm to 1 mm. This allows the key 130 to move smoothly in the key mounting hole 115.
In this embodiment, the pot body further comprises a clasp and a clasp torsion spring. Part of the clasp is pivotally connected within the pot body. The upper end of the clasp is provided with a hook. The cover body is provided with a hooked part corresponding to the clamping hook. The lower end of the clasp abuts against the end surface of the buckle of the key 130 far from the pressing part. The clasp has an open position and a closed position. When the hook is at the opening position, the hook is far away from the hooked part of the cover body, at this time, the cover body can be opened, and the key 130 is at the second position. When the clasp is at the closed position, if the cover body covers the cooker body, the clasp hooks the hooked part, at this time, the cover body cannot be opened, and the key 130 is at the first position. The clasp torsion spring and clasp are connected to apply a force to the clasp that swings it from an open position to a closed position. Thus, the user presses the pressing portion of the key 130 to move the key 130 from the first position to the second position. In the process, the button 130 pushes the hook to move the hook from the closed position to the open position, and the cover body is opened under the action of the cover opening torsion spring, so that a user can take out the inner pot or take out food from the inner pot; when the user releases the pressing portion of the button 130, the button 130 returns to the first position and the hook returns to the closed position under the action of the return spring 140 and the hook torsion spring. Therefore, the cover body can be opened by pressing the pressing part of the key 130, and the operation is simple.
It will be appreciated that in embodiments not shown, the return spring 140 may not be provided, and the button 130 may be actuated to move from the second position to the first position by the force of the torsion spring of the clasp on the clasp.
In the present embodiment, the end of the body 111 on which the first annular flange is provided faces the mounting hole 121 from the inside of the sheet metal shell 120. Along the installation direction of key base 110, make body 111 move so that first annular flange stretches into mounting hole 121 towards the direction of sheet metal shell 120 to accomplish the installation of key base 110, the mounting hole 121 department of sheet metal shell 120 is not outstanding according to key base 110, and there is not the lip in the mounting hole 121 department of sheet metal shell 120, and the surface of sheet metal shell 120 is level and smooth, and the appearance of the a kind of deep pot body is pleasing to the eye.
The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the following way:
as shown in fig. 10 to 15, the stopper portion 222 is configured in an L-shaped structure. The stopper portion 222 includes a vertical wall and a lateral wall. One end of the vertical wall and one end of the cross arm are connected to form the L-shaped structure. The other end of the vertical wall extends from the inner wall of the mounting hole 221 toward the inside of the sheet metal shell 220 in the mounting direction of the key base 210, and is formed by machining.
The body 211 is provided with a second annular flange at a position where it is connected to the first annular flange. The second annular flange extends away from the body 211. The plane of the second annular flange is approximately perpendicular to the extending direction of the first annular flange. The outer circumferential dimension of the body 211 is slightly smaller than the dimension of the mounting hole 221, and the outer circumferential dimension of the body 211 may be equal to the outer circumferential dimension of the first annular flange. The second annular flange has an outer dimension greater than the dimension of the mounting hole 221. The first annular flange and the second annular flange constitute the stepped structure of the first embodiment. The positioning portion 214 is configured as a stepped structure of a first annular flange and a second annular flange. A first annular flange is disposed within mounting hole 221, and an end surface of a second annular flange facing the first annular flange may define a location where key base 210 is mounted to mounting hole 221. Therefore, the structure of the L-shaped stopper 222 is simple, and the key base 210 is easily attached.
In the present embodiment, the surface of the second annular flange facing the first annular flange is provided with positioning holes 213. The positioning hole 213 is defined by the second annular flange and the body 211. The positioning hole 213 extends in the extending direction of the first annular flange and penetrates the second annular flange. The vertical wall of the L-shaped structure is inserted into the positioning hole 213. After the free end of the vertical wall of the L-shaped structure passes through the positioning hole 213, the free end of the vertical wall of the L-shaped structure is bent toward a direction away from the body 211 to form a bent portion. A space is provided between a portion of the wall of the sheet metal shell 220 surrounding the mounting hole 221 and the bent portion. The portion of the second annular flange surrounding the positioning hole 213 constitutes the mounting portion 212. The mounting portion 212 is located within the space. In this way, the key base 210 is fixed to the bent portion and the portion of the wall of the sheet metal shell 220 surrounding the mounting hole 221.

In the present embodiment, the tip end portion of the mounting hole 221 is formed in a horn shape in the extending direction of the key mounting hole 215. That is, in the extending direction of the key mounting hole 215, the aperture of the side of the mounting hole 221 facing the first annular flange is larger than the aperture of the side of the mounting hole 221 away from the first annular flange. Therefore, the installation is convenient.
The other parts of the second embodiment are the same as or similar to those of the first embodiment, and are not described again here.
