The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
A cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5. It can be understood, according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be for electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or other electric heating utensil, and according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking appliance mainly includes a pot body 20 and a lid body 10. The pot body 20 is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical-shaped inner pot receiving portion into or from which the inner pot 70 can be freely put or taken out to facilitate the cleaning of the inner pot 70. The upper surface of the inner pot 70 has a circular opening for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot 70. The pot body 20 may include therein a heating means for heating the inner pot 70. The lid body 10 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body 20. The lid body 10 is pivotally connected to the pot body 20 in an openable and closable manner (e.g., by a torsion spring 60) for covering the pot body 20. When the lid body 10 is closed on the pot body 20, a cooking space is formed between the lid body 10 and the inner pot 70.
Referring to FIG. 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the cover 10 includes an inner liner 12 and a removable cover 13. The detachable cover 13 is detachably attached to the lower surface of the inner liner 12. Further, the lid body 10 may further include a face cover 14 covering the inner liner 12 and located above the inner liner 12, and a face cover decoration portion 11 located above the face cover 14.
A temperature sensor 30 is provided in the lid 10, and the temperature sensor 30 includes a temperature sensing portion 34 and an elastic portion 33 such as a spring. A temperature sensor 30 is connected to the liner 12. The temperature sensor 30 includes a temperature sensing part 34 and an elastic part 33. The temperature sensing part 34 is movable within a predetermined range and is used to measure the temperature of the detachable cover 13. The elastic portion 33 applies an elastic force to the temperature sensing portion 34 toward the detachable cover 13 in the axial direction of the temperature sensing portion 34 so that the temperature sensing portion 34 abuts against the detachable cover 13.
Thus, the elastic force (restoring force) of the elastic portion 33 ensures that the temperature sensing portion 34 can always contact the detachable cover 13 in a state where the detachable cover 13 is attached (attached) to the inner liner 12, thereby accurately measuring the temperature of the detachable cover 13. The measured temperature may be transmitted to a controller of the cooking appliance. During the use of the cooking utensil, the detachable cover 13 is connected to the lower surface of the inner liner 12 and covers the temperature sensing part 34, so that the temperature sensor 30 is prevented from being exposed to the outside and affecting the appearance.
According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil's lid 10 includes inside lining 12, removable lid 13 and, temperature sensor 30, and temperature sensor 30 includes temperature sensing portion 34 and elastic component 33, and elastic component 33 makes temperature sensing portion 34 support and leans on removable lid 13, and temperature sensing portion 34 is used for measuring the temperature of removable lid 13 to avoid temperature sensor 30 to expose, promote the temperature measurement accuracy and improve the security.
Referring to fig. 2-5, optionally, the temperature sensor 30 further includes a housing connected to the inner liner 12, with the temperature sensing portion 34 extending through the housing and being movable relative to the housing. The temperature sensing part 34 is connected to the inner liner 12 via the housing, which facilitates assembly. Further, in an alternative embodiment, the temperature sensing part 34 may be provided in the housing in advance and integrally mounted to the inner liner 12 as a whole (e.g., the temperature sensor 30).
To further facilitate assembly, the resilient portion 33 may be disposed within the housing. Accordingly, the temperature sensing part 34 is movable relative to the housing via the elastic part 33.
The inner liner 12 of the cover 10 may have a receiving hole 15 and the case has a coupling hole. As seen in fig. 5, a connector 50, such as a bolt, may extend through the connection hole and into the receiving hole 15 to secure the shell to the liner 12.
As shown in fig. 5, in the illustrated embodiment, the housing includes an upper housing 31 and a lower housing 32 detachably coupled to the upper housing 31. The upper case 31 has an upper opening, the lower case 32 has a lower opening, and the temperature sensing part 34 extends through the upper and lower openings. The space between the upper case 31 and the lower case 32 can be used to accommodate the temperature sensing part 34. The temperature sensing part 34 is movable in an axial direction of the temperature sensing part 34 (e.g., a height direction of the lid body 10) in a space defined by the upper case 31 and the lower case 32. A top portion of the temperature sensing portion 34 (e.g., a cable) may extend upwardly through the upper opening and a bottom portion of the temperature sensing portion 34 may extend downwardly through the lower opening for contact with the removable cover 13.
Further alternatively, the upper case 31 has an upper coupling portion 311 and an upper receiving portion 312 upwardly protruding from the upper coupling portion 311, and the upper opening is located on the top surface of the upper receiving portion 312. The lower case 32 has a lower connection portion 321 and a lower receiving portion 322 protruding downward from the lower connection portion 321, and a lower opening is located at a bottom surface of the lower receiving portion 322. Thus, the upper case 31 and the lower case 32 are connected together by the upper connecting portion 311 and the lower connecting portion 321, and the space defined by the upper receiving portion 312 and the lower receiving portion 322 is used for receiving the temperature sensing part 34, which can save space.
In order to be connected to the liner 12, the upper connecting portion 311 and the lower connecting portion 321 may be provided with connecting holes, and the upper connecting portion 311 and the lower connecting portion 321 are abutted and connected to the liner 12 through the connecting holes.
Alternatively, the temperature sensing part 34 has a positioning part 35 protruding in the radial direction, the elastic part 33 is sleeved outside the temperature sensing part 34, and the elastic part 33 is located above the positioning part 35. As seen in fig. 5, the upper end of the elastic part 33 abuts against the inner top surface of the upper receiving part 312, and the lower end of the elastic part 33 abuts against the upper surface of the positioning part 35. Thus, the positioning portion 35 defines a movement range of the temperature sensing part 34 with respect to the housing, that is, a predetermined range.
Further, in the radial direction of the temperature sensing part 34, the size of the lower receiving part 322 is larger than the size of the positioning part 35, and the size of the upper receiving part 312 is smaller than the size of the positioning part 35 to confine the positioning part 35 in the lower receiving part 322, thereby defining the above-mentioned predetermined range.
It is understood that since the size of the upper receiving part 312 is smaller than that of the positioning part 35, the positioning part 35 may be defined in the lower receiving part 322. As described above, the temperature sensing part 34 is movable relative to the housing in the axial direction of the temperature sensing part 34. When an upward force is applied to the temperature sensing part 34, the positioning part 35 moves upward in the axial direction along with the temperature sensing part 34, and at this time, the elastic part 33 is compressed and applies a downward force. When the positioning portion 35 contacts the upper connecting portion 311, the temperature sensing portion 34 cannot move upward. After the external force disappears, the restoring force of the elastic part 33 applies a downward urging force to the positioning part 35, so that the temperature sensing part 34 moves downward in the axial direction. When the positioning portion 35 contacts the inner bottom surface of the lower receiving portion 322, the temperature sensing portion 34 cannot move further downward. As shown in fig. 5, when the detachable cover 13 is attached to the inner liner 12, the temperature sensing part 34 moves upward from the lowest position by a certain distance and is always in contact with the detachable cover 13 by the elastic part 33.
In addition, to prevent water vapor from entering the liner 12 from the shell, the cover 10 further includes a sealing ring 40, and the sealing ring 40 may be disposed around the shell. The sealing ring 40 may be made of an elastic material. In the illustrated embodiment, the seal ring 40 is disposed around the outer side of the lower case 32. The sealing ring 40 includes a first portion 331 contacting the lower connecting portion 321, a second portion 332 contacting the outer circumferential surface of the lower receiving portion 322; and a third portion 333 contacting an outer bottom surface of the lower receiving portion 322. The first portion 331, the second portion 332, and the third portion 333 may be integrally formed.
