The two power pins 34 are connected to the first end 321 and the second end 322 of the heat pipe, respectively, and extend away from the bottom 310 of the cup 31. The first end 321 and the second end 322 are conductive members and may be solder-connected to the two power pins 34. Additionally, the diameters of the first and second ends 321, 322 may be configured such that they have sufficient strength (e.g., using a diameter of about 2 mm to about 5 mm) to stabilize the power pins 34 soldered thereto. Of course, the two power pins 34 can be fixed on the bottom 310 of the cup 31 in other ways to stably mate with the power sockets 13 on the base 10.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the temperature measuring assembly 33 may include a temperature detector 331, a temperature detector fixing member 332, a temperature detector pin 333, and a metal case 334. The metal case 334 receives the temperature detector 331 and the temperature detector fixing member 332 and is fixed to the bottom 310 of the cup 31, the temperature detector fixing member 332 is used for fixing the temperature detector 331 so that the temperature detector 331 contacts the bottom 310 of the cup 31, one end of the temperature detector pin 333 is electrically connected to the temperature detector 331 and the other end of the temperature detector pin 333 extends from the metal case 334 in a direction away from the bottom 310 of the cup 31. Of course, the metal box 334 can be made of other suitable metal materials, as long as it can be fixed or welded to the bottom 310 of the cup 31; alternatively, the metal case 334 may be a box-shaped container, the top end of which may be open to be fixed or welded to the bottom 310 of the cup body 31, and the bottom end of which may be provided with a small opening to allow the thermometer pin 333 to protrude from the metal case 334; it will be readily appreciated that the shape of the metal box 334 can take many forms, as long as it can receive the temperature detector 331 and the temperature detector fixing member 332 and be fixed to the bottom 310 of the cup 31. The metal box 334 can be hermetically welded to the bottom 310 of the cup 31 by, for example, laser welding; in other words, the metal box 334 may be attached to the bottom 310 of the cup 31 by a welded structure W. Of course, the metal case 334 may be fixed to the bottom 310 of the cup body 31 by, for example, screws, and a sealing material may be applied to a portion where the metal case 334 is combined with the bottom 310 to achieve fixing and sealing; in addition, in order to secure the sealing effect, a sealing material may be additionally applied at the welded structure W. The heat generating component 32 may be a sealed and waterproof structure such that the other heat generating portions of the heat generating component 32, other than the two power pins 34 that need to be electrically connected to the two power pins 34, are surrounded by the waterproof structure. The metal case 334 can seal the temperature detector 331 between the metal case 334 and the bottom 310 of the cup 31 by a sealing material; that is, the metal case 334 and the bottom 310 of the cup body 31 are sealed by welding, and a sealing material is provided to the other part of the metal case 334 at a portion where water is likely to permeate (for example, an opening formed in the metal case 334 to allow the thermometer pin 333 to protrude from the metal case 334), so that all the components housed in the metal case 334 are sealed without contacting a liquid such as water.
Two ends 3311, 3312 of the thermistor are connected to two pins 333 of the temperature detector by direct welding or by intermediate wires. The two thermo detector pins 333 may also be held by a pin securing block 335, and the pin securing block 335 may be mounted within the metal case 334 by, for example, screws 336.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, the blending tool set 35 is installed at the bottom 310 of the cup body 31. The stirring blade set 35 may include a stirring blade 351, a shaft 352, a bearing 353, a locking member 354 and a holding member 355. The bearing 353 is mounted on the shaft 352, the bearing 353 includes a flange 3531 and a joint section 3532, the stirring blade 351 is mounted at the upper end of the shaft 352, and the joint section 3532 has a protrusion 3533 at the lower end. The upper end of the shaft 352 has a driven end 3521. The locking member 354 has a barrel 3541 and a lever 3542, the lever 3542 extends outwardly from the outer side of the barrel 3541, and the inner side of the barrel 3541 has a fastening structure for engaging with the protrusion 3533. Such as an axial groove for passing the protrusion 3533 in the axial direction and a circumferential groove for engaging with the protrusion 3533 when the cylinder 3541 is rotated in the circumferential direction, the axial groove and the circumferential groove may be communicated with each other; the circumferential groove can be defined by a horizontal surface that can also be modified to a gradually decreasing surface to gradually compress as the nub 3533 rotates along the surface to fixedly mount the blending knife assembly 35 to the bottom 310 of the cup 31. The holder 355 may be mounted on the bottom cover 36 and serves to cooperate with the locking member 354 to prevent the locking member 354 from falling off the bottom cover 36. The bearing 353 can be inserted into the opening 312 of the bottom 310 (see fig. 7), the through hole 365 of the bottom cover 36 and the cylinder 3541 in sequence, such that the flange 3531 abuts against the bottom 310 of the pot body, and the engagement section 3532 engages with the opening 312 of the bottom 310 in a manner preventing the bearing 353 from rotating. The shifting lever 3542 is shifted to drive the cylinder 3541 to rotate, so that the protrusion 3533 at the lower end is matched with the fastening structure, and the stirring knife assembly 35 is locked on the cup body 31. By reversing the toggle 3542, the barrel 3541 can be rotated such that the protrusion 3533 disengages from the fastening structure, thereby removing the portion of the blending tool set 35 other than the barrel 3541 and the retainer 355 from the cup 31.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the bottom cap 36 may be secured to the bottom 310 of the cup 31 or to the cup 31 near the bottom 310. The bottom cover 36 may include an annular inner wall 361 and an annular outer wall 362, the annular inner wall 361 and the annular outer wall 362 enclose a space 363 for receiving the heat-generating component 32, and the thermometer pin 333 extends into the space 364 enclosed by the annular inner wall 361. The portion of the bottom cover 36 defining the through hole 365 may be opened with openings for the thermometer pin 333 and the power pin 34 to pass therethrough.
The lid 37 is adapted to engage the handle 38 and cover the opening 311 of the cup 31. Lid 37 may include a lid body 371, a sealing ring 372, and a spill-resistant cover 373. Lid body 371 may also include lid handle 3712. The seal 372 is used to form a seal between the lid 37 and the opening 311 of the cup 31 when the lid 37 is fitted on the handle 38. The lid 37 is provided at a central portion thereof with a through hole 3711 to allow steam to be discharged when food in the cup 31 is heated. The overflow preventing cap 373 may be further inserted into the through hole 3711. The spill-proof cap 373 may be a hollow cylinder with a top so as to be able to function as a measuring cup.
The handles 38 may be two and fixed to two opposite sides of the cup 31, respectively. Each handle 38 may include a handle body 381 and a handle cover 382. Within the handle 38 are a link 383 and a catch 384. Cap 37 may fit within a detent of handle 38, for example, via a detent thereon, and when cap 37 fits on handle 38, cap 37 may also urge link 383 to move in a first direction (e.g., downward), via the detent, and movement of link 383 may also urge catch 384 to move in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. It should be noted that the movement of the locking member 384 in the second direction is not limited to the movement of the locking member 384 in the second direction as a whole, and the movement of the locking member 384 may have a component along the second direction. For example, the movement of the link 383 can cause the latch 384 to pivot, and since the pivoting movement of the latch 384 has a component in the second direction, the pivoting of the latch 384 should also be within the range of movement of the latch 384 in the second direction. For another example, the catching block may have an inclined surface so that the inclined surface may gradually press the upper end of the link 383 down when the cap 37 is engaged with the catching groove of the handle 38 by rotation, thereby moving the link 383 down; the link 383 can also directly or indirectly engage the catch 384 to urge the lower end of the catch 384 to protrude to the left or right of the handle 38 while the link 383 moves down. The link 383 and catch 384 can each be held in a stable position by, for example, a spring, move only when actuated, and each return to the original stable position by the spring when the actuation force is removed.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 2, the thermo-detector pin 333 is inserted into the thermo-detector socket 12 when the food processing cup 30 is mounted on the housing 10, and the power pin 34 is inserted into the power socket 13. Therefore, the contact pin 333 of the temperature detector can lead out the temperature signal measured by the temperature detector 331 and further transmit the temperature signal to the control circuit in the machine base 10; moreover, the power pin 34 can transmit current from the power socket 13 to the heat generating component 32, so as to heat the heat generating component 32 to heat the bottom 310 of the cup body 31, and thus the food material in the food processing cup 30. In addition, when the food processing cup 30 is mounted on the housing 10 and when the cap 37 is engaged on the handle 38, the cap 37 urges movement of the link 383 in the first direction to cause the link 383 to depress the microswitch 14, and the catch 384 moves in the second direction to snap-engage with the catch 15 to secure the food processing cup 30 on the housing 10. The microswitch 14 can be used for controlling the on-off of an internal circuit of the machine base 10, and when the microswitch 14 is pressed by the connecting rod 383 to be closed, the microswitch 14 controls the conduction of the internal circuit of the machine base 10 to realize the functions of heating, stirring and the like; when the food processing cup 30 is taken down, the internal circuit of the machine base 10 is controlled to be automatically disconnected by the micro switch, so that the functions of automatically powering off after the food processing cup 30 is taken down and the like are realized, and the safety factor of the cooker is improved. The catching groove 15 may be a hole opened on a sidewall of the receiving space 11 so as to receive a portion of the catching member 384 and thereby restrict the food processing cup 30 from moving in a direction away from the housing 10 when the catching member 384 moves; of course, the engaging groove 15 may be modified to a baffle structure as long as it can limit the movement of the food processing cup 30 in a direction away from the housing 10 when engaging with a portion of the engaging member 384. In addition, the micro switch 14 may be provided in two and on both sides of the accommodating space 11, and the card slot 15 may be provided in two and on both sides of the accommodating space 11, corresponding to the number of the handles 38.
