Claims (10)

1. A sword fence slag remover, characterized in that, the slag remover includes:
the slag remover comprises a shell (1) which is a horizontally placed box body, wherein a strip-shaped opening (12) corresponding to a sword fence rack is formed in the middle of a bottom plate (11) of the shell (1) along the running direction of the slag remover, the width of the strip-shaped opening (12) is larger than that of the sword fence rack, a control opening is formed in the upper surface of the shell (1), and a power supply opening (13) is formed in the upper part of one side wall of the shell (1);
the driving motor (2) is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate (11) positioned on one side of the strip-shaped opening (12), and a driving shaft (21) of the driving motor (2) extends to the position above the strip-shaped opening (12) corresponding to the rear end of the running direction of the slag remover;
the driving gear (3) is vertically arranged and is rotationally sleeved on the driving shaft (21), and the lower part of the driving gear (3) extends out of the bottom plate (11) from the strip-shaped opening (12) and is meshed with the tooth surfaces of the sword fence teeth;
the slag removing motor (4) is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate (11) positioned on the other side of the strip-shaped opening (12), and an output shaft (41) of the slag removing motor (4) extends to the position above the strip-shaped opening (12) corresponding to the front end of the slag removing machine in the running direction;
the two slag removing blades (5) are in a disc shape, the surfaces of the two slag removing blades (5) are respectively provided with a shaft hole (51) matched with the output shaft (41), the two slag removing blades (5) are respectively sleeved on the output shaft (41) of the slag removing motor (4) at intervals through the shaft holes (51), the lower parts of the two slag removing blades (5) extend out of the bottom plate (11) from the strip-shaped opening (12), and the two slag removing blades (5) respectively correspond to two side walls of the sword fence rack;
the control box (6) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the machine shell (1), and the control box (6) is electrically connected with an external power supply through a power supply opening (13);
the control panel is arranged at the control opening and is in communication connection with the control box (6);
the driving motor (2) and the slag removing motor (4) are respectively in communication connection with the control box (6);
the driving gear (3) is driven to rotate by the driving motor (2), the driving gear (3) drives the slag remover to advance or retreat along the length direction of the sword fence rack through being meshed with the tooth surface of the sword fence rack, an output shaft (41) of the slag removing motor (4) rotates to drive the two slag removing blades (5) to rotate, and the two slag removing blades (5) rotate to form rotary cutting of slag on two side walls of the sword fence rack.

The sword fence slag remover according to claim 1, characterized in that a cover (7) is vertically arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate (11) of the machine shell (1) at a position corresponding to the strip-shaped opening (12), and the cover (7) is covered on the strip-shaped opening (12) along the length direction of the strip-shaped opening (12);
the encloser (7) comprises two vertical plates (71) and a cover plate (72) connected to the upper end surfaces of the two vertical plates (71), the two vertical plates (71) and the cover plate (72) are matched to form an inverted U-shaped groove structure, and the open end of the encloser (7) corresponds to the strip-shaped opening (12) of the bottom plate (11);
the housing (7) divides the inner space of the machine shell (1) into a first compartment (14) and a second compartment (15) which are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the machine shell (1);
the driving motor (2) is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate (11) corresponding to the first compartment (14); the deslagging motor (4) is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom plate (11) corresponding to the second compartment (15); the control box (6) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the first compartment (14) or the second compartment (15);
a driving opening (73) corresponding to the driving gear (3) is formed in the surface of the vertical plate (71) close to one side of the driving motor (2), and the driving gear (3) extends into the inner side of the housing (7) from the driving opening (73);
the surface of a vertical plate (71) close to one side of the deslagging motor (4) is provided with a cutting opening (74) corresponding to the two deslagging blades (5), and the two deslagging blades (5) stretch into the inner side of the housing (7) through the cutting opening (74).
3. The sword fence slag remover according to claim 2, wherein a support plate (75) is horizontally protruded from the upper part of the outer surface of a vertical plate (71), and the support plate (75) is inscribed in the inner wall of the machine shell (1);
the support plate (75) is positioned at the upper part of the inner side of the first compartment (14) or the upper part of the inner side of the second compartment (15), and the control box (6) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the first compartment (14) or the upper part of the inner side of the second compartment (15) through the support plate (75).
4. The sword fence slag remover according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the bottom plate (11) of the machine shell (1) at both sides of the strip-shaped opening (12) is respectively provided with a baffle (8) in a protruding way along the direction vertical to the bottom plate (11);
the two baffles (8) are arranged along the running direction of the slag remover;
one ends of the two baffles (8) close to the deslagging blades (5) in the length direction are respectively outwards protruded to form a protective part (81), and the two protective parts (81) are matched to form protection for the two deslagging blades (5);
the outer edge of the protective part (81) of the baffle (8) is arc-shaped.

The sword fence slag remover according to claim 4, wherein one ends of the two baffles (8) far away from the bottom plate (11) in the width direction are respectively connected with a guide plate (9), the guide plates (9) are arranged perpendicular to the baffles (8), one ends of the guide plates (9) far away from the baffles (8) extend above the strip-shaped opening (12), and the guide plates (9) and the baffles (8) are matched to form an L-shaped structure;
a guide channel (91) is formed between the two guide plates (9), the width of the guide channel (91) is larger than that of the sword fence rack, and the guide channel (91) is matched with the driving gear (3) to form guide for the slag remover to move along the length direction of the sword fence rack.

8. The sword fence slag remover according to claim 1, characterized in that said control box (6) is electrically connected with an external power source through a power protection module to form voltage and current protection for the control box (6).
