Optionally, the locking hook 5 is fixedly arranged on the carriage guide post 1.
In the alternative of the embodiment, two ends of the anti-drop pull rod 15 are provided with anti-drop hooks 16; the storage library main body 100 is provided with a latch hook 5 corresponding to the escape prevention hook 16. By providing the anti-slip hooks 16 at both ends of the anti-slip rod 15, the mobile bracket 200 is more firmly locked at the preset position of the storage library main body 100. Alternatively, the axial direction of the retaining bar 15 is perpendicular to the height direction of the storage library main body 100.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the moving bracket 200 includes a plurality of bracket support claws 20 connected to the moving bracket body portion 141;
the plurality of tray support claws 20 of the two moving rack body portions 141 are used to fix the objects to be stored;
at least one bracket supporting claw 20 is fixedly provided with a positioning supporting block 13 and/or a positioning sensor for positioning the object to be stored; by positioning the supporting block 13 and/or the positioning sensor, the clamps and the trolleys wait for the stored objects to be stored in the mobile storage more accurately. Optionally, the positioning support block 13 is flexibly supported to improve the versatility of the mobile carriage 200 for storing the clamps and the trolley for waiting for the stored objects.
Optionally, the moving rack body 141 is fixedly provided with a positioning sensor for positioning the object to be stored; so as to further improve the accuracy of the clamp and the trolley for waiting the stored objects to be stored in the mobile storage.
The mobile storage library can simultaneously store the trolley and the clamp; so as to realize the generalization of the trolley and the clamp positioning mechanism.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the storage library main body 100 is fixedly provided with a fixed tray 6 disposed below the moving tray 200; the storage capacity of the mobile storage library is improved by fixing the bracket 6.
The fixed bracket 6 comprises two fixed frame parts which are arranged at intervals and are used for fixing the objects to be stored;
the fixed frame part is fixedly provided with a plurality of fixed supporting claws;
the plurality of fixed supporting claws of the two fixed frame parts are used for fixing the object to be stored;
at least one fixed supporting claw is fixedly provided with a positioning supporting block 13 and/or a positioning sensor for positioning the object to be stored; by positioning the supporting block 13 and/or the positioning sensor, the clamps and the trolleys wait for the stored objects to be stored in the mobile storage more accurately. Optionally, the positioning support block 13 is flexibly supported to improve the universality of the storage clamp of the fixing bracket 6 and the objects waiting for storage of the trolley.
According to the embodiment, the mobile storage library utilizes AGV to rapidly switch the tooling, so that multi-platform mixed line production is achieved. Each general workstation can realize various process combinations, and is the basis for realizing flexible manufacturing. When multi-vehicle type is mixed line production, anchor clamps are many, need carry out quick switching and storage to anchor clamps. The mobile repository solves the problem of handover and storage; for example, a mobile storage library can store 4 sets of jigs or 2 dollies at the same time, and can be quickly turned around and transported. Referring to fig. 6, the mobile storage library is shown with a layer of mobile carriages 200 and fixed carriages 6 disposed below the mobile carriages 200; a trolley 400 is stored on the movable carriage 200, and a trolley 400 is stored on the fixed carriage 6; below the trolley 400 of the fixed tray 6 is an AGV500 that has not yet been evacuated.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the storage library main body 100 is fixedly provided with the tow hook 3. Through the tow hook 3, the mobile storage warehouse is moved and transported. When the trolleys and the clamps wait for all the stored objects to be put in storage, the trailer can be used for dragging the trailer hook 3 to carry out the integral transfer of the mobile storage warehouse, the vehicle type switching efficiency is greatly improved, and the problem that a large amount of clamps can not be stored on the line edge is solved.
The embodiment provides a mobile storage system, which comprises an automatic guided vehicle (i.e. AGV) and the mobile storage library;
a transport vehicle in-place sensor is arranged in the mobile storage warehouse; the transport vehicle in-place sensor is used for monitoring that the automatic guided transport vehicle enters a preset position in the mobile storage warehouse, so that objects to be stored on the automatic guided transport vehicle can move into the mobile storage warehouse.
The mobile storage system of the embodiment includes the mobile storage library, and the technical features of the mobile storage library disclosed above are also applicable to the mobile storage system, and will not be described again here.
The mobile storage system in this embodiment has the advantages of the mobile storage library, and the advantages of the mobile storage library disclosed in this embodiment are not described again here.
For the mobile storage library and the mobile storage system, the embodiment further provides a mobile storage method, which includes a mobile bracket 200; the method comprises the following steps:
the empty load mobile storage enters a preset ground guide device 300; specifically, the two groups of side guide assemblies 17 of the ground guide device 300 are used for guiding and locking with the longitudinal limiting assembly 19, and the storage library is moved to realize high-precision positioning, for example, the positioning precision of +/-1 mm is realized.
When the empty load state is ready for transferring the trolley or the clamp to wait for the storage, the movable bracket 200 falls down, and the anti-drop hook 16 and the lower locking hook 5 are fastened to prevent the movable bracket 200 from falling off;
an AGV drags a trolley or a clamp to wait for a stored object to enter a mobile storage library;
the AGV descends to wait for the stored object to fall to the moving tray 200;
the anti-drop hook 16 is opened and separated from the lower latch hook 5;
the mobile bracket 200 rises and fastens the anti-drop hook 16 and the upper locking hook 5 to prevent the mobile bracket 200 from dropping; specifically, the lifting drive motor 10 drives the movable carriage 200 to ascend, and the trolley or the clamp waiting for the stored object is lifted to the upper layer of the movable storage library;
the AGV exits;
the AGV delivers the trolley or the clamp again to wait for the stored object to enter a mobile storage library;
the AGV puts the dolly or clamp waiting for the storage on the fixing tray 6 and exits.
Alternatively, when it is desired to transfer a trolley or gripper from the mobile storage library to a work station waiting for a store from the library:
the AGV enters a mobile storage library;
the AGV drags out a trolley or a clamp positioned on the fixed bracket 6 to wait for the stored object;
the anti-drop hook 16 is opened and separated from the upper locking hook 5;
the moving carriage 200 descends;
the anti-drop hook 16 is fastened with the lower locking hook 5 to prevent the mobile bracket 200 from dropping;
the AGV enters a mobile storage library;
the AGV waits for the store to be pulled off a dolly or gripper located on the moving carriage 200.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A mobile store, comprising a store body and at least one mobile carriage;
the moving bracket is arranged in the storage library main body and can move up and down along the height direction of the storage library main body;
when the number of the movable brackets is multiple, the plurality of the movable brackets are sequentially arranged along the height direction of the storage library main body;
the bottom of the storage library main body is provided with a movable wheel.
2. The mobile storage library of claim 1, comprising a ground guide for securing to the ground;
the ground guide device comprises two groups of side guide assemblies; the storage library main body can be connected with the two groups of side guide assemblies, and the storage library main body can move between the two groups of side guide assemblies.

The mobile storage library of claim 2, wherein the side guide assembly comprises a side guide bar and a plurality of side guide wheels disposed on the side guide bar, the side guide bar for securing to a floor; or the side guide assembly comprises a plurality of side guide blocks and a plurality of side guide wheels, the side guide blocks are sequentially arranged at intervals, the side guide wheels are arranged on each side guide block, and the side guide blocks are used for being fixed with the ground;
the side guide wheels of the two groups of side guide assemblies are oppositely arranged, and the side guide wheels of the two groups of side guide assemblies can be connected with the storage library main body;
the ground guide device comprises a longitudinal limiting component which can be connected with the storage library main body, and the longitudinal limiting component and the side guide component are connected with different surfaces of the storage library main body;
the longitudinal limiting assembly comprises a longitudinal locking device and a longitudinal positioning piece for fixing the longitudinal locking device and the ground; the longitudinal locking device is fixedly connected with the longitudinal positioning piece;
the storage library main body is provided with a longitudinal positioning rod matched with the longitudinal locking device; the longitudinal locking device can lock the longitudinal positioning rod;
the longitudinal locking device adopts a pneumatic, electric or hydraulic mode.
4. The mobile storage library of claim 1, wherein the mobile carriage comprises a mobile carriage body and a guide;
the movable bracket body comprises two movable frame body parts which are arranged at intervals, and the two movable frame body parts are used for fixing objects to be stored;
the storage library main body is fixedly provided with a bracket guide post;
the guide device comprises a bracket guide wheel connected with the moving frame body part; the bracket guide wheel is connected with the bracket guide post and can reciprocate along the bracket guide post;
a lifting driving device is arranged between the movable frame body part and the storage library main body; the lifting driving device is used for driving the moving rack body part to move up and down along the height direction of the storage library main body.
5. The mobile storage library of claim 4, wherein the elevation drive means comprises an elevation rack provided on the carriage guide post and an elevation drive motor provided on the moving rack body portion;
the lifting driving motor is in driving connection with a lifting gear meshed with the lifting rack, so that the moving frame body moves up and down along the height direction of the storage library main body.
6. The mobile storage library of claim 5, wherein the lift drive motor is drivingly connected to the lift gear via a lift drive shaft;
at least two lifting gears are fixedly arranged on the lifting transmission shaft; the number of the lifting racks corresponds to the number of the lifting gears one to one.
7. The mobile storage library of claim 4, wherein the mobile carriage comprises a dropout prevention means;
the anti-falling device comprises an anti-falling driving motor, an anti-falling pull rod and an anti-falling hook; the anti-drop driving motor is in driving connection with the anti-drop hook through the anti-drop pull rod; the anti-drop driving motor is fixedly connected with the moving frame body part;
the storage library main body is fixedly provided with a lock hook which is matched and connected with the anti-drop hook;
the anti-drop driving motor is used for driving the anti-drop hook to fasten or loosen the lock hook;
the two ends of the anti-falling pull rod are provided with the anti-falling hooks; the storage library main body is provided with the locking hook corresponding to the anti-drop hook.
8. The mobile storage library of claim 4, wherein the mobile carrier comprises a plurality of carrier support claws coupled to the mobile carrier body portion;
the bracket supporting claws of the two moving frame body parts are used for fixing objects to be stored;
at least one bracket supporting claw is fixedly provided with a positioning supporting block and/or a positioning sensor for positioning the object to be stored;
the bracket guide wheel comprises a bracket guide block and two bracket rolling wheels connected with the bracket guide block; the bracket guide block is fixedly connected with the moving frame body part; the two bracket rolling wheels are clamped on the bracket guide post and can roll back and forth along the bracket guide post;
at least one bracket middle wheel is arranged in the bracket guide block; the bracket middle wheel can roll along the bracket guide post in a reciprocating mode, and the bracket middle wheel and the two bracket rolling wheels are respectively in contact with different surfaces of the bracket guide post.
9. The mobile storage library of claim 1, wherein the library main body is fixedly provided with a fixed tray disposed below the mobile tray;
the fixing bracket comprises two fixing frame parts which are arranged at intervals and used for fixing the object to be stored;
the fixing frame part is fixedly provided with a plurality of fixing support claws;
the plurality of fixed supporting claws of the two fixed frame parts are used for fixing the object to be stored;
at least one fixed supporting claw is fixedly provided with a positioning supporting block and/or a positioning sensor for positioning the object to be stored;
and the storage library main body is fixedly provided with a tow hook.
10. A mobile storage system comprising an automated guided vehicle and the mobile storage library of any one of claims 1-9;
a transport vehicle in-place sensor is arranged in the mobile storage warehouse; the transport vehicle in-place sensor is used for monitoring that the automatic guided transport vehicle enters a preset position in the mobile storage library so that objects to be stored on the automatic guided transport vehicle can move into the mobile storage library.
