The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 2, wherein the MDI size mixer system comprises: an MDI storage container; the glue applying executing mechanism is used for obtaining a glue applying raw material and applying glue to the surface layer wood shaving raw material and the core layer wood shaving raw material respectively; a parameter setting mechanism for setting the size of the glue application amount; and the glue applying control mechanism is used for receiving the glue applying parameters transmitted by the parameter setting mechanism and controlling the glue applying execution mechanism to apply glue quantitatively to the surface layer wood shaving raw material and the core layer wood shaving raw material.

The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 4, wherein the parameter setting mechanism comprises: the absolute dry weight converter is connected with the metering mechanism and is used for calculating and displaying an absolute dry weight value of the wood shaving raw material metered by the metering mechanism; and the proportion adjusting mechanism is connected with the oven dry weight converter and is used for setting the percentage of the glue application amount in the oven dry weight value.

The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 5, wherein the ratio adjustment mechanism comprises: a 2-7% proportion adjusting group, wherein the 2-7% proportion adjusting group is used for adjusting the application amount of the isocyanate glue to be 2-7% of the absolute dry weight value of the raw materials; 0.2-1.2% of proportion adjusting group, wherein the 0.2-1.2% of proportion adjusting group is used for adjusting the application amount of the tackifier to be 0.2-1.2% of the absolute dry weight value of the raw materials; and the 0.2-1.6% proportion adjusting group is used for adjusting the application amount of the process water to be 0.2-1.6% of the oven dry weight value of the raw materials.

The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 6, wherein the 2% -7% proportion adjustment group is provided with a first electronic needle, the first electronic needle can indicate that any value within 2% -7% is selected to set the proportion of the application amount to the oven dry weight of the raw materials; a second electronic needle is arranged in the 0.2-1.2% proportion adjusting group, and the second electronic needle can indicate any value within 0.2-1.2% to set the proportion of the glue application amount in the oven dry weight of the raw materials; and a third electronic needle is arranged in the 0.2-1.6% proportion adjusting group and can indicate and select any value within 0.2-1.6% so as to set the proportion of the glue application amount in the oven dry weight of the raw materials.

The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 1, wherein the chipper mechanism comprises: a housing; the feeding hole and the discharging hole are formed in the shell; the combined cutter is arranged in the shell; a motor driving the combined cutter to rotate; the combination cutter includes: the motor is connected with the flywheel through a transmission belt and drives the main shaft to rotate through the flywheel, and the planing blade is arranged on the main shaft.
9. The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 8, wherein the planing blade is specifically an airfoil blade.

The aldehyde-free wood particle board production system of claim 9, wherein the feed inlet is provided with a feeding mechanism for feeding wood raw material to the feed inlet, the feeding mechanism comprising: a feeding frame; the driver is arranged on the feeding rack; a speed reducer mounted on the frame; and the conveying belt is arranged on the speed reducer and driven by the driver to operate.
