本实用新型涉及一种烟花生产装置，特别是一种防静电连轴装置。
背景技术
在涉及烟花药物生产中，生产设备的电机一般是安装在防火墙外面，通过长轴穿过防火墙把动力传到设备上，而电机的输出轴或带电机的减速器的输出轴与长轴之间采用金属连轴装置，很容易把静电导入生产设备上，引起烟花药物燃烧爆炸，造成人员财产损失。如果采用非金属连轴装置，则承载能力不高、外形尺寸较大，并且随着两轴相对扭转角的增加使其外形扭歪，将在两轴上产生较大的附加轴向力，使轴承负载加大而降低寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、安全可靠的防静电连轴装置。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案。
一种防静电连轴装置，它有一个橡胶环、两块连接板、两个带凸缘的半连接轴套、防静电橡胶垫和防静电橡胶套，所述橡胶环的截面为U型，橡胶环的两端面各自固定一块连接板，两块连接板上各自有一圈相对应的孔，螺栓依次穿过一个半连接轴套凸缘上的孔、防静电橡胶垫、防静电橡胶套、一块连接板上的孔、另一块连接板上的孔、另一块防静电橡胶垫和另一个半连接轴套凸缘上的孔，与螺母固紧。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于结构简单、承载能力高、外形尺寸较小，完全杜绝静电导入生产设备上，安全可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1 所示，一种防静电连轴装置，有一个橡胶环6，橡胶环6的截面为U型，橡胶环6的左内端面在硫化时与左连接板5固定，橡胶环6的右内端面在硫化时与右连接板7固定，左连接板5与右连接板7各自有一圈相对应的孔，螺栓9依次穿过右半连接轴套10凸缘上的孔、右防静电橡胶垫8、防静电橡胶套4、右连接板7上的孔、左连接板5上的孔、左防静电橡胶垫3和左半连接轴套1凸缘上的孔，与螺母2固紧。安装在防火墙外面的带电机减速器的输出轴（图中未画出）插入右半连接轴套10，并用键连接。长轴（图中未画出）一端插入左半连接轴套1，并用键连接。长轴另一端穿过防火墙与生产设备相连（图中未画出）。由于右半连接轴套10与左半连接轴套1是螺栓9通过右防静电橡胶垫8、防静电橡胶套4和左防静电橡胶垫3固定在右连接板7及左连接板5上，因此右半连接轴套10上的静电不可能传到左半连接轴套1上，并且这种右半连接轴套10与左半连接轴套1连为一体的结构使右半连接轴套10与左半连接轴套1不易产生较大的相对扭转，从而增加了承载能力。

1.一种防静电连轴装置，其特征在于有一个橡胶环、两块连接板、两个带凸缘的半连接轴套、防静电橡胶垫和防静电橡胶套，所述橡胶环的截面为U型，橡胶环的两端面各自固定一块连接板，两块连接板上各自有一圈相对应的孔，螺栓依次穿过一个半连接轴套凸缘上的孔、防静电橡胶垫、防静电橡胶套、一块连接板上的孔、另一块连接板上的孔、另一块防静电橡胶垫和另一个半连接轴套凸缘上的孔，与螺母固紧。
