The bottoms of the front support 6 and the rear support 7 are both vertically fixed to the base 1. The upper through hole 8 of the first support part and the upper through hole 8 of the second support part are communicated for accommodating a first cylinder 22 for fixing the U-shaped post-processing device, and the lower through hole 9 of the first support part and the lower through hole 9 of the second support part are communicated for accommodating a second cylinder 23 for fixing the U-shaped post-processing device. The upper portion of the front support member 6 is provided with a front strap 10, the upper portion of the rear support member 7 is provided with a rear strap 11, the front strap 10 and the rear strap 11 on the first support member are connected by a buckle, and the front strap 10 and the rear strap 11 on the second support member are connected by a buckle to a first cylinder 22 for tightening the U-shaped aftertreatment device.
As shown in fig. 6, the front support member 6 includes a front vertical beam 25, a middle rear projection 27 and a lower rear projection 28, the bottom of the front vertical beam 25 is vertically fixed to the base 1, and the middle rear projection 27 and the lower rear projection 28 are both projected from the front vertical beam 25 toward the rear. As shown in fig. 7, the rear support 7 includes a rear vertical beam 26, a middle front projection 29 and a lower front projection 30, the bottom of the rear vertical beam 26 is vertically fixed to the base 1, and the middle front projection 29 and the lower front projection 30 are both projected forward from the rear vertical beam 26. The central front projection 29 and the central rear projection 27 serve to hold the first cylinder 22 of the U-shaped aftertreatment device. The upper surfaces of the central front projection 29 and the central rear projection 27 are radiused to conform to the shell of the first cylinder 22 of the U-shaped aftertreatment device. The middle front protrusion 29 and the middle rear protrusion 27 are located at the same level. A middle strap 31 is fixed to the middle of the rear vertical beam 26. One end of the middle binding belt 31 is fixed on the rear vertical beam 26, and the other end of the middle binding belt is clamped and fixed on the front vertical beam 25 and used for tightening the second cylinder 23 of the U-shaped aftertreatment equipment, so that the second cylinder 23 is radially fixed. In another preferred embodiment, the lower surfaces of the central front projection 29 and the central rear projection 27 are radiused to conform to the outer shell of the second cylinder 23 of the U-shaped aftertreatment device for gripping the second cylinder 23 and thereby radially securing the second cylinder 23 in this manner.
The lower front projection 30 and the lower rear projection 28 are used for supporting the lower front projection 30 and the lower rear upper surface of the second cylinder 23 of the U-shaped aftertreatment device are arc surfaces which are matched with the shell of the second cylinder 23 of the U-shaped aftertreatment device. In this embodiment, the top of the rear vertical beam 26 reaches to the lower surface of the upper rack 4 and is vertically fixed to the upper rack 4, and the top of the front vertical beam 25 is located at (or above) approximately the center of the housing of the first column 22 of the U-shaped aftertreatment device. Preferably, the top of the front vertical beam 25 is also directed to the lower surface of the upper bracket 4 and is vertically fixed to the upper bracket 4.
The heat insulating plate 12 is provided on the rear surface of the rear type aftertreatment support frame perpendicularly fixed to the base 1. The heat shield 12 is designed to have a hollowed-out structure for facilitating heat dissipation.
A sensor board 13 is located on the front surface of the rear-back aftertreatment support, and sensors are integrated on this sensor board 13. The number of the sensor plates 13 in this embodiment is 3, one end of the first sensor plate 13 is fixed to the left bracket 2, and the other end is fixed to the front vertical beam 25 of the first support part; one end of the second sensor plate 13 is fixed to the front vertical beam 25 of the first support part, and the other end is fixed to the front vertical beam 25 of the second support part; one end of the third sensor plate 13 is fixed to the front vertical beam 25 of the second support portion and the other end is fixed to the right bracket 3.
The rear-back aftertreatment support of this embodiment is equipped with 4 lifting hooks 14, which are fixed on the front vertical beam 25 of the first support, the rear vertical beam 26 of the first support, the front vertical beam 25 of the second support, and the rear vertical beam 26 of the second support, respectively.
The high tail pipe support bracket is used for supporting the high tail pipe 19, comprises a first fixed bracket 15 and a second fixed bracket 16, and increases stability through multi-point support. The lower end of the first fixing support 15 and the lower end of the second fixing support 16 are both fixed on the upper support 4 of the three-side support, the upper end of the first fixing support 15 is provided with a first pipe clamp 17, the upper end of the second fixing support 16 is provided with a second pipe clamp 18, and the first pipe clamp 17 and the second pipe clamp 18 are fixedly bolted to form a high tail pipe through hole for fixing a high tail pipe 19. First fixed bolster 15 and second fixed bolster 16 all are equipped with reinforcing connecting plate 20, and reinforcing connecting plate 20 is respectively with first fixed bolster 15 and second fixed bolster 16 welded fastening for consolidate first fixed bolster 15 and second fixed bolster 16. In addition, tail pipe installation marks 21 are further arranged on the first pipe clamp 17 and the second pipe clamp 18, and installation positioning marks corresponding to the tail pipe installation marks 21 are also arranged on the high tail pipe 19, so that a user can be instructed to install and fix the high tail pipe 19 more conveniently, and the appearance of the whole post-processing assembly is more consistent. The high tail pipe support bracket is provided with a plurality of fixed points, can integrally support tail pipe parts with high gravity centers, and is simple in structure and convenient to install.
The back type aftertreatment support of the embodiment has a compact structure by reinforcing a base structure, annularly supporting, integrating a sensor mounting support, a lifting hook, a decorative heat insulation plate and the like, not only meets the mounting requirements of users, but also has various functions; the three-side bracket adopts an integrated forming process, so that the appearance is attractive; the hollow design reduces the material consumption, reduces the cost, and has light weight, high strength and higher safety factor; is convenient for production, assembly and maintenance service.
