1. A saddle of a two-wheel vehicle is characterized by comprising a turnover panel, a base and a hinged piece; the turnover panel is universally hinged with the base through the hinge piece, and the turnover panel is arranged above the base.

The two wheel vehicle seat saddle of claim 1, wherein the base and the flip panel have protrusions and recesses, the recesses on the flip panel corresponding to the protrusions on the base, the protrusions on the flip panel corresponding to the recesses on the base, the upper and lower protrusions having opposite shapes and matching with the recesses.
6. The two-wheeled vehicle seat saddle of claim 1, wherein said flip panel is formed from a plurality of slats movably connected together.
7. The two-wheeled vehicle seat saddle according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a shock absorbing material and an outer skin material, the shock absorbing material and the outer skin material being disposed on the surface of the flip panel in sequence from inside to outside.
8. A two-wheeled vehicle comprising a frame and a two-wheeled vehicle seat saddle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, said two-wheeled vehicle seat saddle being mounted on said frame.
9. the two-wheeled vehicle of claim 8, further comprising a support bar and a spring, wherein the two-wheeled vehicle seat is fixedly disposed at a top end of the support bar; a longitudinally extending chute is formed in the rod body of the supporting rod, and a bolt hole is formed in the frame; the support rod is connected with the frame through a bolt which is simultaneously and transversely arranged in the bolt hole and the sliding groove; the spring is arranged on the support rod, one end of the spring is in contact with the saddle of the two-wheel vehicle, and the other end of the spring is in contact with the frame.
10. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 9, wherein the number of said pin holes is at least two, and each of said pin holes are arranged side-by-side and above each other.
