Description
本实用新型涉及一种焊工用的防护罩，尤其是一种电焊拉闸防护帽。
传统的电焊焊工用的避光防护面罩，在使用时，焊工需一手拿着防护罩，一手操作，碰到上、下高低位时，无法滕出手来攀扶或支撑，非常不便。
本实用新型通过将防护罩做成帽式，使用时戴在头上，达到工作时能滕出一只手，方便安全操作的目的。
本电焊拉闸防护帽是由安全帽、挡光板、护目镜、摇杆支架盒、摇杆、拉线，以及手制等构成。

本实用新型电焊拉闸防护帽由安全帽、挡光板、护目镜、摇杆支架盒、摇杆、以及拉线等构成。安全帽（6）为普通藤编安全帽，在安全帽（6）顶上固定摇杆支架盒（4），防护挡光板（1）中部开一长方孔，从孔下边往上为双层，内装护目镜（2），护目镜可以上下活动。摇杆支架盒（4）内装一根摇杆及弹簧（5），两根成垂直连接的摇杆（3）一端连护目镜（2），另一端经接头和弹簧连接拉线（7），拉线（7）的另一头固定在焊枪（11）的手制（10）处，连杆（9）的两端分别固定安全帽（6）和挡光板（1），安全帽后边沿上固定有一平衡块（8）。
使用时，戴上帽子，用握焊枪那只手的两个手指去拨压手制，手制即牵动拉线，带动摇杆把护目镜压下，护目镜放下封住挡光板的长方孔即可进行电焊工作；手指放开，拉线经弹簧带动摇杆，摇杆即把护目镜拉上，并将拉线推回。
本实用新型电焊拉闸防护帽，由于是戴在头上，控制手制又固定在焊枪上，操作时仅用一只手即可，省事方便，能解放出另一只手作它用，给操作工人减轻了劳动强度和增加了安全感。

1、一种电焊拉闸防护帽，由安全帽(6)、挡光板(1)、护目镜(2)组成，其特征在于：安全帽(6)顶上固定摇杆支架盒(4)，挡光板(1)与摇杆支架盒(4)垂直连接，在挡光板(1)中部开一长方孔，从孔下边往上为双层，内装护目镜(2)，支架盒(4)内装一根摇杆及弹簧(5)，两根成垂直连接的摇杆(3)一端连护目镜(2)，另一端经接头和弹簧(5)连接拉线(7)，拉线(7)的另一头固定在焊枪(11)的手制(10)处，连杆(9)的两端分别固定安全帽(6)和挡光板(1)，安全帽后边沿上固定有一平衡块(8)。
