一种正锥度钢锭模,特别适用于浇注镇静钢,在 钢锭模上口内腔有一垂直段,消除模壁与插入绝热板 之间的间隙,减少钢锭头部飞边等缺陷,可根据浇注 钢水品种变化,改变绝热板长度,调节帽部容积,收到 较好的补缩效果,本实用新型具有结构合理、扩大浇 钢品种、提高钢锭质量等特点。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种金属铸锭模具,特别是钢水浇注镇静钢用正锥度钢锭模。
目前,人们使用正锥度钢锭模浇注镇静钢,钢锭模内腔下口至上口全部呈锥形,浇注时采用绝热板保温,由于钢锭模上口内腔的锥度,使得插入模内的绝热板与模内腔之间形成间隙,浇注时经常钻入钢水,造成钢锭头部飞边等缺陷。另外,由于钢锭模内腔上口全部呈锥形,限制了绝热板部位容积的增大,浇注钢水的品种较少。
本实用新型目的是提供一种正锥度直口钢锭模,消除钢锭头部缺陷,改善头部质量,扩大浇注钢水的品种。
本实用新型的技术方案是:将普通的正锥度钢锭模内腔上口的模壁制成垂直形状,即钢锭模的上口为垂直段,可以消除模壁与绝热板之间的间隙。改善钢锭实物质量  还可以加长绝热板,增大帽部容积,适用注浇收缩量较大钢种。
采用本实用新型,钢锭模内垂直段与绝热板配合间隙小,钢锭头部飞边等缺陷明显减少,提高成坯率2~3%,根据浇钢品种变化绝热板高度,调整帽部容积,可收到较好的补缩效果。
本实用新型具有结构合理、扩大浇钢品种、提高钢锭质量等特点。

普通正锥度钢锭模(1)的上口内腔有一垂直段(2),它与插入模内绝热板(3)之间的间隙小,使得浇注钢锭头部飞边等缺陷明显减少,并可根据浇注钢水品种不同,改变绝热板长度,调整帽部积。浇注低合金钢成坯率提高3.6%。
