Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种磁力传动的泵、釜的密封装
置。它由内、外转子基体，隔套，内、外压环，内外包
封，内、外磁钢，内焊环组成。隔套材料为钛，内、外磁
钢分别粘结在内、外转子基体上，内焊环与内转子基
体、内包封之间以焊接方式联结，保证高压下隔离套
强度及磁体自密封状态，从而实现高压状态下磁力传
动静密封的目的。
Description
本实用新型涉及磁力传动的泵、釜的密封装置。
现有的磁力传动密封装置只适用于低压状态（≤10MPa）而高压状态下由于隔套厚度，磁体的密封问题影响着磁力传动器的工业应用。
本实用新型的目的是为解决上述问题而提供的一种适用于高压（10MPa以上）状态下的磁力传动静密封装置。
本实用新型由内、外转子基体（9）、（1），隔套（2），内、外压环（3）、（8），内、外包封（5）、（4），内、外磁钢（6）、（7），内焊环（10）组成。内、外磁钢（6）、（7）分别粘结在内、外转子基体（9）、（1）上，内焊环（10）与内转子基体（9）、内包封（5）间以焊接方式联结。工作时，电机带动外转子基体（1）及其上的磁钢（7）转动，在磁场的作用下，内转子基体（9）与内磁钢（6）随之转动，内、外转子基体（9）、（1）由隔套（2）隔开，使内、外转子基体工作时不直接接触。内、外压环（3）、（8）起压紧磁钢作用。隔套（2）的材料为钛，其磁阻可达最小。

本实用新型的优点是隔套材料选用钛，磁阻最小，磁钢采用粘结方法粘结在转子基体上，内焊环与内转子基体、内包封之间以焊接方式联结，保证隔套承受高压强度及磁体的自密封状态，从而达到了高压状态下磁传动静密封的目的。

- 一种由内外转子基体(9)、(1)，隔套(2)，内、外压环(3)、(8)，内、外包封(5)、(4)，内、外磁钢(6)、(7)，内焊环(10)组成的高压磁力传动静密封装置，其特征在于隔套(2)的材料为钛；内、外磁钢(6)、(7)分别粘结在内、外转子基体(9)、(1)上；内焊环与内转子基体(9)、内包封(5)间以焊接方式联结。
