Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种液压型压驱注入装置,涉及调剖注入装置技术领域,该液压型压驱注入装置包括:第一底座和第二底座;液压动力单元,包括液压箱、支撑部以及至少一个驱动组件,液压箱位于支撑部的上侧,驱动组件位于液压箱的下侧,支撑部和驱动组件分别与第一底座固定连接;以及至少一工作单元,工作单元固定于第二底座上,工作单元与液压动力单元通过管路连接。本实用新型的液压型压驱注入装置中,工作单元与液压动力单元分体设置,便于运输,也便于根据需要进行灵活的搭配。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及压驱注入设备技术领域,具体涉及一种液压型压驱注入装置。
背景技术
压驱,“压”指的是压裂,“驱”指的是驱油剂驱油。这项工艺首先对油井进行压裂造缝,裂缝延伸时把驱油剂驱替地层中,压裂后裂缝充分闭合,形成前置段塞。压后,注入井端恢复常规连续注入,把压驱前置段塞顶替出来,实现后续水驱采油井剩余油有效挖潜。
目前,常见的压裂车一般包括底盘以及设置于底盘上的柴油发动机、液力变矩器、传动轴和压裂泵等,在工作过程中,柴油发动机启动后,经液力变矩器变速、变矩后,通过传动轴带动压裂泵转动,以实现压裂作业。
但是,现有技术的曲轴式柱塞泵中,冲程较短(如五缸式柱塞泵冲程约为200mm),换向次数多,柱塞动作频繁,易损件的寿命短,例如,液力端的阀座、阀和阀胶皮等的使用寿命只有几十小时;另外,这种曲轴式柱塞泵的输出压力、流量的覆盖范围较窄,若要提高覆盖范围,需更换不同缸径的液力端;另外,柱塞在频繁快速换向时,压裂液尚未充分吸入即排出,造成吸入效率不高,导致工作效率偏低;另外,压裂泵内集成安装有曲轴、动力输入齿轮、连杆、液力端的箱体及座体等,结构复杂,制造成本高,拆装维护不便;另外,动力输入齿轮作高速重载旋转,对润滑和冷却的要求高,需要布置结构复杂的润滑系统及对应的冷却系统。
液压型压驱泵具有冲程长、换向次数少、易损件寿命长等优点,但现有的液压型压驱泵排量较小,难以满足压驱作业的使用要求,而并联多台液压型压驱泵则会提高制造成本。对于液压型压驱泵来说,液压箱占用了较多的空间,而如果要进一步增大设备的排量,液压箱的设计容积还应相应进一步增大,并且将造成整机的体积、重量增大,不便于运输并且不便于根据需要对液压动力单元和工作单元进行灵活的匹配。
如何设计一种便于运输且便于根据需要对液压动力单元和工作单元进行灵活的匹配的液压型压驱注入装置成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中所存在的技术问题提出一种液压型压驱注入装置,其主要解决的技术问题使液压型压驱注入装置便于运输且便于根据需要对液压动力单元和工作单元进行灵活的匹配。
为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型公开了一种液压型压驱注入装置,包括:
第一底座和第二底座;
液压动力单元,包括液压箱、支撑部以及至少一个驱动组件,所述液压箱位于所述支撑部的上侧,所述驱动组件位于所述液压箱的下侧,所述支撑部和所述驱动组件分别与所述第一底座固定连接;以及
至少一工作单元,所述工作单元固定于所述第二底座上,所述工作单元与所述液压动力单元通过管路连接。
优选地,所述驱动组件包括电动机和油泵,所述油泵与所述电动机传动连接,所述油泵的进油口与所述液压箱连接,所述油泵的出油口与所述工作单元连接。
优选地,所述驱动组件为多个,多个所述驱动组件排布于所述第一底座上且均位于所述液压箱的下侧。
优选地,所述油泵的进油管路与所述液压箱上的进油滤油器连接,所述进油管路上串接有橡胶接头。
优选地,所述油泵通过出油管路与所述工作单元连接,所述出油管路具有被支撑为水平状态的第一横管,所述第一横管与所述油泵的出油口通过管路连接。
优选地,所述液压箱的上部具有凹陷部,所述凹陷部内设有散热器。
优选地,所述液压箱的顶部设有回油管路,所述回油管路包括第二横管和回油支管,所述第二横管与所述工作单元连接,所述回油支管与所述第二横管连接,所述第二横管与所述散热器的进油口连接,所述散热器的出油口与所述液压箱顶部的回油滤油器连接。
优选地,所述工作单元包括位于所述工作单元中部的液压缸,所述液压缸包括活塞杆,所述活塞杆具有双输出结构,所述活塞杆的一端与第一活塞连接,另一端与第二活塞连接。
优选地,所述液压型压驱注入装置还包括与所述工作单元一一对应的换向单元,所述换向单元包括主换向阀、先导阀、凸轮、推杆、第一换向杆和第二换向杆;所述主换向阀与所述液压缸连接,所述先导阀与所述主换向阀连接,所述凸轮与所述先导阀的触发杆连接,所述凸轮与所述推杆固定连接;所述第一换向杆的中部与工作单元枢接,所述第一换向杆的一端与所述推杆的第一端部枢接、另一端置入到所述第一活塞的后侧行程范围内,所述第一换向杆被设置为能够在第一活塞的推动下带动所述推杆朝第一方向移动;所述第二换向杆的中部与所述工作单元枢接,所述第二换向杆的一端与所述推杆的第二端部枢接、另一端置入到所述第二活塞的后侧行程范围内,所述第二换向杆被设置为能够在第二活塞的推动下带动所述推杆朝第二方向移动。
优选地,所述凸轮朝向于所述先导阀的一侧设有第一平面部和第二平面部,所述第一平面部与所述第二平面部错开,所述第一平面部和第二平面部之间通过斜面部连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型的液压型压驱注入装置中将液压箱设置在支撑部的上侧,从而能够将驱动组件置于液压箱的下侧,一方面为增大液压箱的容积提供了设计空间,另一方面也为增多驱动组件的数量提供了空间,从而能够提高设备的排量,且整个设备的体积并未显著增大。本实用新型的液压型压驱注入装置包括至少一工作单元,工作单元与液压动力单元分体设置,便于运输,也便于根据需要进行灵活的搭配,例如可以采用一个液压动力单元匹配多个工作单元、多个液压动力单元匹配一个工作单元、多个液压动力单元匹配多个工作单元等方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型进行详细的解释和说明。
参考图1和图2所示,一种液压型压驱注入装置,包括:第一底座 10、第二底座11、液压动力单元20和至少一工作单元30,其中,液压动力单元20包括液压箱21、支撑部22以及至少一个驱动组件23,液压箱 21位于支撑部22的上侧,驱动组件23位于液压箱21的下侧,支撑部22 和驱动组件23分别与第一底座10固定连接;工作单元30固定于第二底座11上,工作单元30与液压动力单元20连接。
本实施例中,工作单元30为两个,但还可以为更多个。每个工作单元30均与液压动力单元20通过管路连接。上述管路优选为液压胶管。
本实用新型的液压型压驱注入装置中将液压箱21设置在支撑部22的上侧,从而能够将驱动组件23置于液压箱21的下侧,一方面为增大液压箱21的容积提供了设计空间,另一方面也为增多驱动组件23的数量提供了空间,从而能够提高设备的排量,且整个设备的体积并未显著增大。工作单元30与液压动力单元20分体设置,便于运输,也便于根据需要进行灵活的搭配。
需要说明的是,每一个工作单元30可以安装于一个第二底座11上,也可以多个工作单元30共同安装于于一个第二底座11上。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,优选地,参考图2所示,驱动组件23 包括电动机231和油泵233,油泵233与电动机231传动连接。油泵233 的进油口与液压箱21通过管路连接,油泵233的出油口与工作单元30通过管路连接。
本实施例中,电动机231与油泵233通过连接盘232实现固定连接,具体地,连接盘232与电动机231的前端法兰连接,油泵233与连接盘 232通过螺栓连接。电动机231的输出轴端部具有内孔,且油泵233的输入轴穿入上述内孔中且与该内孔传动连接。上述油泵233的输入轴与电动机231的输出轴之间优选为花键传动连接或者平键传动连接。采用这种结构能够缩小驱动组件23的整体长度,有利于减小设备的体积。当然,电动机231与油泵233之间还可以采用其他的连接方式,例如,通过钟形罩、联轴器等结构件实现连接。
本实施例中,参考图1所示,上述工作单元30包括机体31、液压缸 32、第一阀箱33、第二阀箱34、阀块35、第一缸套36和第二缸套37。其中,液压缸32固定于机体31的中间位置,液压缸32的活塞杆321具有双输出结构。第一阀箱33和第二阀箱34分别固定于机体31的两端。在第一阀箱33朝向机体31的一侧设有第一缸套36,该第一缸套36与第一阀箱33密封连接。在第二阀箱34朝向机体31的一侧设有第二缸套37,该第二缸套37与第二阀箱34密封连接。在活塞杆321的两端分别设有与第一缸套36和第二缸套37配合的活塞。上述活塞杆321左右往复移动能够实现压驱介质的泵送。在液压缸32的顶部安装有阀块35,该阀块35 上安装有用于控制液压缸32往复换向的换向阀以及其他例如单向阀、安全阀等阀门。
本实施例中,优选地,参考图1和图5所示,在第一阀箱33和第二阀箱34的下侧设有用于用于吸入压驱介质的吸入管38,在第一阀箱33 和第二阀箱34的侧面上部设有排出压驱介质的排出管39。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,参考图3和图4所示,优选地,驱动组件23为四个,四个驱动组件23排布于第一底座10上且均位于液压箱21 的下侧。本实施例中,驱动组件23位于液压箱21的下侧,合理利用了设备的空间,并且将液压箱21设置在较高的位置有利于油泵233吸入液压油。本实施例中驱动组件23的数量为四个,但并不局限于此,可以根据需要对其数量进行调整。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,参考图4所示,优选地,油泵233进油管路234与液压箱21上的进油滤油器235连接,进油管路234上串接有橡胶接头236。本实施例中,各油泵233的进油口分别与不同的进油滤油器235连接。除此之外,各油泵233的进油口还可以通过管路与同一个进油滤油器235连接。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,参考图1和图4所示,优选地,油泵 233通过出油管路237与工作单元30连接,出油管路237具有被支撑为水平状态的第一横管2371,第一横管2371分别与油泵233的出油口连接。第一横管2371的中间位置具有一输出孔,该输出孔通过管路与工作单元 30连接。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,参考图3所示,优选地,液压箱21的上部具有凹陷部211,凹陷部211内设有散热器212。本实施例中,凹陷部211为散热器212的安装提供的空间,使得液压箱21与散热器212装配后结构紧凑。
本实施例中,优选地,在液压箱21的侧壁上设有人孔盖26,打开人孔盖26能够清理液压箱21的内部空间。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,参考图3所示,优选地,液压箱21的顶部设有回油管路24,回油管路24包括第二横管241和回油支管242,第二横管241与工作单元30连接,回油支管242与第二横管241连接,第二横管241与散热器212的进油口连接,散热器212的出油口与液压箱 21顶部的回油滤油器25连接。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,参考图6和图7所示,工作单元30包括位于工作单元30中部的液压缸32。液压缸32包括活塞杆321。活塞杆 321具有双输出结构,活塞杆321的一端与第一活塞51连接,另一端与第二活塞52连接。工作单元30工作时,活塞杆321推动第一活塞51和第二活塞52往复直线运动。
本实施例中,液压型压驱注入装置还包括与工作单元30一一对应的换向单元40,换向单元40用于控制液压缸32中的活塞杆321改变运动方向。换向单元40包括主换向阀41、先导阀42、凸轮44、推杆45、第一换向杆46和第二换向杆47。主换向阀41与液压缸32连接,该主换向阀41用于向液压缸32提供液压动力。先导阀42与主换向阀41连接,用于控制主换向阀41换向。凸轮44与先导阀42的触发杆连接,凸轮44通过压缩/释放触发杆实现先导阀42的换向。凸轮44与推杆45固定连接,从而推杆45能够为凸轮44提供支撑且带动凸轮44直线往复移动。第一换向杆46的中部与工作单元30枢接,第一换向杆46的一端与推杆45的第一端部枢接、另一端置入到第一活塞51的后侧(即第一活塞51与液压缸的缸筒之间的位置)行程范围内。第一换向杆46被设置为能够在第一活塞51的推动下带动推杆45朝第一方向移动。第二换向杆47的中部与工作单元30枢接,第二换向杆47的一端与推杆45的第二端部枢接、另一端置入到第二活塞52的后侧(即第二活塞52与液压缸的缸筒之间的位置)行程范围内,第二换向杆47被设置为能够在第二活塞52的推动下带动推杆45朝第二方向移动。
本实施例中,凸轮44朝向于先导阀42的一侧设有第一平面部441和第二平面部443,第一平面部441与第二平面部443错开,第一平面部441 和第二平面部443之间通过斜面部442连接。进一步地,触发杆的前端枢设有滚轮,滚轮能够在第一平面部441、斜面部442、第二平面部443上移动,减小凸轮与触发杆之间的摩擦力。

Claims (10)
1.一种液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,包括:
第一底座(10)和第二底座(11);
液压动力单元(20),包括液压箱(21)、支撑部(22)以及至少一个驱动组件(23),所述液压箱(21)位于所述支撑部(22)的上侧,所述驱动组件(23)位于所述液压箱(21)的下侧,所述支撑部(22)和所述驱动组件(23)分别与所述第一底座(10)固定连接;以及
至少一工作单元(30),所述工作单元(30)固定于所述第二底座(11)上,所述工作单元(30)与所述液压动力单元(20)通过管路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(23)包括电动机(231)和油泵(233),所述油泵(233)与所述电动机(231)传动连接,所述油泵(233)的进油口与所述液压箱(21)连接,所述油泵(233)的出油口与所述工作单元(30)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(23)为多个,多个所述驱动组件(23)排布于所述第一底座(10)上且均位于所述液压箱(21)的下侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述油泵(233)的进油管路(234)与所述液压箱(21)上的进油滤油器(235)连接,所述进油管路(234)上串接有橡胶接头(236)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述油泵(233)通过出油管路(237)与所述工作单元(30)连接,所述出油管路(237)具有被支撑为水平状态的第一横管(2371),所述第一横管(2371)与所述油泵(233)的出油口通过管路连接。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述液压箱(21)的上部具有凹陷部(211),所述凹陷部(211)内设有散热器(212)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述液压箱(21)的顶部设有回油管路(24),所述回油管路(24)包括第二横管(241)和回油支管(242),所述第二横管(241)与所述工作单元(30)连接,所述回油支管(242)与所述第二横管(241)连接,所述第二横管(241)与所述散热器(212)的进油口连接,所述散热器(212)的出油口与所述液压箱(21)顶部的回油滤油器(25)连接。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述工作单元(30)包括位于所述工作单元(30)中部的液压缸(32),所述液压缸(32)包括活塞杆(321),所述活塞杆(321)具有双输出结构,所述活塞杆(321)的一端与第一活塞(51)连接,另一端与第二活塞(52)连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述液压型压驱注入装置还包括与所述工作单元(30)一一对应的换向单元(40),所述换向单元(40)包括主换向阀(41)、先导阀(42)、凸轮(44)、推杆(45)、第一换向杆(46)和第二换向杆(47);所述主换向阀(41)与所述液压缸(32)连接,所述先导阀(42)与所述主换向阀(41)连接,所述凸轮(44)与所述先导阀(42)的触发杆连接,所述凸轮(44)与所述推杆(45)固定连接;所述第一换向杆(46)的中部与工作单元(30)枢接,所述第一换向杆(46)的一端与所述推杆(45)的第一端部枢接、另一端置入到所述第一活塞(51)的后侧行程范围内,所述第一换向杆(46)被设置为能够在第一活塞(51)的推动下带动所述推杆(45)朝第一方向移动;所述第二换向杆(47)的中部与所述工作单元(30)枢接,所述第二换向杆(47)的一端与所述推杆(45)的第二端部枢接、另一端置入到所述第二活塞(52)的后侧行程范围内,所述第二换向杆(47)被设置为能够在第二活塞(52)的推动下带动所述推杆(45)朝第二方向移动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液压型压驱注入装置,其特征在于,所述凸轮(44)朝向于所述先导阀(42)的一侧设有第一平面部(441)和第二平面部(443),所述第一平面部(441)与所述第二平面部(443)错开,所述第一平面部(441)和第二平面部(443)之间通过斜面部(442)连接。
