Abstract
一种液压双向作用泵送装置,包括原动机、液压油泵、液压油罐、控制阀、双作用液压缸和柱塞泵,所述的原动机驱动液压油泵。液压双向作用泵送装置利用双作用液压缸驱动两侧的柱塞泵,增加了缸数,减少了冲次,提高了易损件的使用寿命,有效地增大流量的覆盖范围,有效地提高了压裂液的吸入效率,降低了整体结构的复杂性,降低了制造维护等成本,降低了润滑系统的要求,双作用液压缸往复运动都做功,提高了工作效率。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气开采领域,具体地说,是一种应用于油气井现场作业的液压双向作用泵送装置。
背景技术
压裂技术是目前开发油气、尤其是中国国内页岩气开发的重要手段之一,针对低渗透油气藏,一般需要通过压裂作业才能实现油气开采的稳产与增产。压裂泵作为压裂施工的主要作业单元,其原理是利用水力作用往油气井中注入压裂液并形成高压,使得油气层形成较大裂缝。压裂作业主要作用是为了增加油气的渗流能力,提高油气的产量。
目前,常规压裂泵安装在压裂车上,在施工过程中,利用原动机产生的动力依次通过变速箱、传动轴、传递到压裂泵进行作业。压裂泵作为将低压压裂液转变成高压液体输入井口的输送装置,现今国内外的传统的压裂泵的基本结构为曲柄连杆机构,多个柱塞的一端可分别在柱塞泵的液力端中来回移动,多个连杆安装在多个柱塞和曲轴之间,在曲轴接收到输入动力时,能够旋转并且带动连杆做曲柄连杆运动,进而带动与连杆相连的柱塞进行往复运动,从而驱动柱塞泵,实现将低压压裂液吸入并连续高压排出的压裂作业。
上述曲柄连杆式压裂泵中,由于液力端易损件使用寿命较短,例如:凡尔体、凡尔胶皮、凡尔座、盘根组件等使用寿命只有几十个小时。此类压裂泵的输出压力、流量的覆盖范围较窄,若要实现不同范围的压力和排量要求的作业,由于缸数限制,只能通过更换满足不同柱塞直径的液力端阀箱。此类压裂泵由于在高排量作业时,柱塞往复运动十分频繁,压裂液尚未充分吸入便被高压排出,影响了整泵的工作效率。在此类压裂泵动力端内,高度集成了曲轴、拉杆、连杆、输入齿轮、十字头等部件,结构十分复杂,且制造成本高、制造周期长、不便于作业后的拆卸与维修保养。曲轴、连杆、十字头、与输入齿轮等高速旋转,受载也较大,故对润滑系统的要求十分高,故还需要在狭小的空间中布置合理的润滑系统,增加了设计难度、设计成本和制造精度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足,设计了一种液压双向作用泵送装置。
本实用新型的液压双向作用泵送装置,包括原动机、液压油泵、液压油罐、控制阀、双作用液压缸和柱塞泵,所述的原动机驱动液压油泵。
所述的液压油罐设置的出油管与液压油泵相连。
所述的液压油泵通过管路与控制阀相连,所述的液压油罐设置的回油管与控制阀相连。
所述的双作用液压缸两端都设置有活塞杆,活塞杆都连接有柱塞泵,所述的双作用液压缸通过管路与控制阀相连。
优选的是,所述的双作用液压缸设置有多个。
优选的是,所述的双作用液压缸的第一内腔和第二内腔都通过管路与控制阀相连。
优选的是,所述的双作用液压缸的第一内腔与控制阀相连,第二内腔通过管路与另一个双作用液压缸的第二内腔相连。
优选的是,所述的多个双作用液压缸依次相连成液压缸组,所述液压缸组中的一个双作用液压缸的内腔都与另一个双作用液压缸的对应内腔相连,位于所述液压缸组中的第一个和最后一个双作用液压缸的一个内腔都与控制阀相连。
优选的是,所述的液压缸组设置有多个。
优选的是,所述的控制阀包括多个切换阀,设置在切换阀一端的两个分接口分别与液压油泵和液压油罐相连,设置在切换阀另一端的主接口通过管路与双作用液压缸相连。
优选的是,所述的柱塞泵包括阀箱,阀箱内横向和纵向分别设置有柱塞密封套和阀箱内腔,柱塞密封套与阀箱内腔中部相连,柱塞密封套内滑动安装有柱塞,柱塞与对应双作用液压油缸的活塞杆相连,阀箱内腔上部和下部都安装有单向阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是:液压双向作用泵送装置利用双作用液压缸驱动两侧的柱塞泵,增加了缸数,减少了冲次,提高了易损件的使用寿命,有效地增大流量的覆盖范围,有效地提高了压裂液的吸入效率,降低了整体结构的复杂性,降低了制造维护等成本,降低了润滑系统的要求,双作用液压缸往复运动都做功,提高了工作效率。
双作用液压缸的接入形式多种,可并联、半幅串连和完全串连,可根据使用工况调整连接形式,提高了使用的灵活性。采用并联的接入形式时,驱动力大,液压缸活塞运动变向快,动力足,可使柱塞泵输出的液压更大。采用完全串连的接入形式时,液压缸之间的油液可相互作用,驱动力小,节省动力输入,提高了动力利用效率。采用半幅串连的接入形式时,可同时具有上述两种接入形式的性能。在整个液压双向作用泵送装置中,双作用液压缸的三种接入形式可单独出现,也可两两出现,还可三种同时存在,进一步提高了组合的灵活性,提高液压双向作用泵送装置能够提供的缸数以及液压范围,进一步提高使用的灵活性。
控制阀采用切换阀,使液压缸的内腔在输入和输出之间切换,操作和控制简单,实现容易。柱塞泵结构简单,由多个部件组装而成,提高了可维护性,降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的液压双向作用泵送装置,如图1至4所示,包括原动机1、液压油泵2、液压油罐3、控制阀4、双作用液压缸5和柱塞泵6。
原动机1为发动机、电动机等动力装置,原动机1驱动液压油泵2。液压油罐3设置的出油管与液压油泵2相连,液压油泵2通过管路与控制阀4相连,液压油罐3设置的回油管与控制阀4相连,
双作用液压缸5两端都设置有活塞杆51,活塞杆51都连接有柱塞泵6,所述的双作用液压缸5通过管路与控制阀4相连。
双作用液压缸5设置有多个,双作用液压缸5与控制阀4之间的接入形式多种,可并联、半幅串连和完全串连。
采用完全并联的接入形式时,如图3所示,双作用液压缸5的第一内腔和第二内腔都通过管路与控制阀4相连。
采用完全串连的接入形式时,如图4所示,多个双作用液压缸5依次相连成液压缸组。液压缸组中的一个双作用液压缸5的内腔都与另一个双作用液压缸5的对应内腔相连,位于所述液压缸组中的第一个和最后一个双作用液压缸5的一个内腔都与控制阀4相连。液压缸组可设置有多个。
采用半幅串连的接入形式时,如图1所示,双作用液压缸5的第一内腔与控制阀4相连,第二内腔通过管路与另一个双作用液压缸5的第二内腔相连。
控制阀4包括多个切换阀,设置在切换阀一端的两个分接口分别与液压油泵2和液压油罐3相连,设置在切换阀另一端的主接口通过管路与对应双作用液压缸5相连。当需要将油液送入到双作用液压缸5的内腔中时,切换阀使主接口与可送入油液的分接口接通;反之,当双作用液压缸3的内腔中的油液要排出时,切换阀使主接口与可送出油液的分接口接通。
如图2所示,柱塞泵6包括阀箱61,阀箱61内横向和纵向分别设置有柱塞密封套62和阀箱内腔63,柱塞密封套62与阀箱内腔63中部相连,柱塞密封套62内滑动安装有柱塞64,柱塞64与对应双作用液压油缸5的活塞杆51相连,阀箱内腔63上部和下部都安装有单向阀65。阀箱内腔63下端为输入端,上端为输出端,当柱塞64向外移动时,使阀箱1内部腔体体积增大,产生压差,压裂液通过输入端推开下部的单向阀65,进入到阀箱1内部腔体中,然后柱塞64向内移动,使阀箱1内部腔体体积减小,将进入到阀箱1内部腔体中的压裂液通过上部的单向阀65以及输出端送出。
液压双向作用泵送装置工作时,原动机运转,驱动液压油泵2,将油液从液压油罐3中抽出并送向控制阀4,由控制阀4控制油液是否进入双作用液压缸5的内腔中。
采用完全并联的接入形式时,控制阀4控制油液进入到各个双作用液压缸5的一个内腔中,推动活塞移动,活塞的移动使各个双作用液压缸5的另一个内腔中的油液通过控制阀4进入回油管,回到液压油管3中。移动的活塞使两端的活塞杆51推动或者拉动对应的柱塞泵6中的柱塞64工作。
采用完全串连的接入形式时,控制阀4控制油液进入到第一个双作用液压缸5的一个内腔中,推动活塞移动,由于活塞的移动,第一个双作用液压缸5的另一个内腔体积减小,其中的油液被排挤到第二个双作用液压缸5的一个内腔中,继而推动第二个双作用液压缸5的活塞移动,使第二个双作用液压缸的另一个内腔的油液进入第三个双作用液压缸5推动活塞,按照上述方式,逐级推动各个双作用液压缸的活塞移动,最后一个双作用液压缸的油液通过控制阀4排出,回到液压油罐3中。移动的活塞使两端的活塞杆51推动或者拉动对应的柱塞泵6工作。
采用半幅串连的接入形式时,控制阀4控制油液进入到至少一个双作用液压缸5的第一内腔中,推动对应的双作用液压缸5的活塞移动,使对应的双作用液压缸5第二内腔中的油液进入到其余的双作用液压缸5的第二内腔中,推动活塞移动,使其余的双作用液压缸5的第一内腔中的油液则通过控制阀4排出,回到液压油罐3中。移动的活塞使两端的活塞杆51推动或者拉动对应的柱塞泵6中的柱塞64工作。
双作用液压缸5在油液的作用下往复运动,驱动两侧的柱塞泵6工作,将压裂液高压输出。在液压双向作用泵送装置中,双作用液压缸5的三种接入方式至少存在一种。
Claims (8)
1.一种液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,包括原动机(1)、液压油泵(2)、液压油罐(3)、控制阀(4)、双作用液压缸(5)和柱塞泵(6),所述的原动机(1)驱动液压油泵(2),
所述的液压油罐(3)通过管路与液压油泵(2)相连,
所述的液压油泵(2)通过管路与控制阀(4)相连,所述的液压油罐(3)通过管路与控制阀(4)相连,
所述的双作用液压缸(5)两端都设置有活塞杆(51),活塞杆(51)都连接有柱塞泵(6),所述的双作用液压缸(5)通过管路与控制阀(4)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的双作用液压缸(5)设置有多个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的双作用液压缸(5)的第一内腔和第二内腔都通过管路与控制阀(4)相连。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的双作用液压缸(5)的第一内腔与控制阀(4)相连,第二内腔通过管路与另一个双作用液压缸(5)的第二内腔相连。
5.根据权利要求2所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的多个双作用液压缸(5)依次相连成液压缸组,所述液压缸组中的一个双作用液压缸(5)的内腔都与另一个双作用液压缸(5)的对应内腔相连,位于所述液压缸组中的第一个和最后一个双作用液压缸(5)的一个内腔都与控制阀(4)相连。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的液压缸组设置有多个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的控制阀(4)包括多个切换阀,设置在切换阀一端的两个分接口分别与液压油泵(2)和液压油罐(3)相连,设置在切换阀另一端的主接口通过管路与双作用液压缸(5)相连。
8.根据权利要求1所述的液压双向作用泵送装置,其特征在于,所述的柱塞泵(6)包括阀箱(61),阀箱(61)内横向和纵向分别设置有柱塞密封套(62)和阀箱内腔(63),柱塞密封套(62)与阀箱内腔(63)中部相连,柱塞密封套(62)内滑动安装有柱塞(64),柱塞(64)与对应双作用液压油缸(5)的活塞杆(51)相连,阀箱内腔(63)上部和下部都安装有单向阀(65)。
