背景技术
NFC(近场通信)卡和标签设备通常包括微芯片或集成电路以及包括一个或多个线圈的天线,其通常通过将金属轨迹沉积在卡的平面上来获得。为了激活集成电路的操作,NFC读卡器或启动程序被配置为生成时变磁场(例如,以13,56MHz),其引发天线的一个或多个线圈中的电流。这样的电磁引发的电流用于对NFC设备上的集成电路供电,该集成电路例如执行所需的操作并通过相同天线将对应信息发送回到读卡器。

因此,参考图2和图3,总体上,近场通信设备10的制造过程包括:基本地提供承载至少集成电路12和至少一个天线线圈14的芯部片材23,之后(在步骤160中)将芯部片材23布置在塑料片材或纸片材的堆叠20a内以形成卡支撑体,(在步骤170中)对片材堆叠20a进行层压以获得支撑体20,过程还包括将至少光阻13布置为被耦合到线圈14之一并且具有从设备支撑体20的外表面面朝外的至少光敏表面。
此外,在变型实施例中,过程可以包括:提供至少芯部片材23以及上盖片材22和下盖片材24,透明片材21和25被用作任选的机械保护,在上盖片材22和下盖片材24中的至少一个中的垂直对应位置中制作穿过窗口24a,并且优选地在芯部片材23中制作窗口13a,在存在芯部片材23中的窗口13a的情况下将光阻13布置在芯部片材23中的窗口13a中或布置在芯部片材23上,将芯部片材23堆叠在上盖片材22与下盖片材之间以获得片材堆叠20a,特别地利用片21和25来完成,对片材堆叠20a进行层压以获得支撑体20。
如果两个盖片22、24被钻有针对光阻13的相应窗口,则该光阻可以具有上光敏表面和下光敏表面。

因此,在该变型实施例中,提供了将芯部片材23堆叠在透明上覆盖片材21与透明下覆盖片材25之间以获得片材堆叠30a。

图7示出了表示根据照度E的光阻13(特别是光阻13的电阻R13)的定性特征曲线的示图。在图7中,还示出了照度E的阈值TH的示例性值,其具有大约8lux的值,对应于可以对应于黑暗条件的光阻13的100Ω电阻。过程或集成电路12中的供应电流的典型值低于5mA,因此,光阻13的大小应当被设计为使得在照度阈值TH处电阻R13的值使得电流低于(特别是其处理器的)集成电路12的供应电流(例如低于5mA)的这样的限制。
所描述的解决方案提供了去除对使用NFC设备的非接触式解决方案的缺点,利用了如下事实:尽管未使用,但是大多数NFC设备在黑暗条件下,即光不可接触,因此他们的NFC设备不可以被读取直到暴露于太阳或环境光的积极动作由用户执行。这允许拒绝通过当未使用时未授权地读取NFC设备来进行欺诈的许多尝试。
当然,在不损害本公开的原理的情况下,结构和实施例的细节可以关于仅仅通过举例的方式在本文中描述和说明的内容而广泛地变化,而不脱离本公开的范围。
在变型实施例中,光阻电路可以包括多于一个光阻或其他光敏部件,并且可以相对于线圈不同地来布置,前提是这样的光阻电路的电路布置被配置为当至少一个光阻在黑暗条件下处于其高电阻状态时增大至少一个天线线圈的电阻。
如所提到的,近场通信设备可以是UICC卡或智能卡或其他类型的NFC标签。尽管大多数NFC设备是具有平行六面体卡形状的卡,但是近场通信设备可以具有不同结构,如钥匙圈或钥匙扣或用于使用NFC的非接触式应用的其他结构。

Claims (10)

1.一种近场通信设备,其特征在于,包括:
设备支撑体,其包括至少一个天线线圈、耦合到所述至少一个天线线圈的集成电路;以及
光阻电路,耦合到所述至少一个天线线圈并且包括光阻,所述光阻电路被配置为当所述光阻在黑暗条件下处于其高电阻状态时增大所述至少一个天线线圈的电阻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述设备支撑体包括承载所述集成电路和所述至少一个天线线圈的芯部片材,并且其中,所述芯部片材包括所述光阻被安装于其中的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述设备支撑体还包括上片材和下片材,其中所述芯部片材被布置在所述上片材与所述下片材之间,并且其中所述上片材或所述下片材中的至少一个片材包括所述光阻被安装于其中的窗口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述光阻包括上光敏表面和下光敏表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述设备支撑体实质上是平面体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述设备支撑体包括形成所述设备支撑体的外表面的透明片材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述设备支撑体包括具有穿孔的芯部片材,所述芯部片材被布置在所述透明片材之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述光阻被布置在所述设备支撑体中的腔中,并且其中所述设备支撑体的芯部片材承载所述集成电路和所述至少一个天线线圈。
9.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述光阻被布置在所述设备支撑体的外表面上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的近场通信设备,其特征在于,所述设备支撑体包括包含塑料片材或纸片材的片材中的一个或多个。
