本实用新型涉及换热技术领域,尤其涉及一种储罐多层盘管加热装置。
背景技术
化工生产过程中,当储罐贮存具有高粘度或高凝固点的液体时,为保持其流动性,防止物料凝固,需要采用加热装置来达到相应的要求,目前储罐应用的内置加热器采用的是在储罐内部进行现场组焊安装的结构形式, 准备工作复杂,施工周期较长,费用高。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种储罐多层盘管加热装置,包括多层盘管和支撑构件,多层盘管的上端和下端分别为出气口和进气口,支撑构件包括四个竖直导向杆和两个横向连接杆,竖直导向杆下端安装底座,四个竖直导向杆分别位于一个正方形的一个角,横向连接杆两端分别连接一个竖直导向杆顶端,两个横向连接杆呈十字交叉,多层盘管与竖直导向杆固定连接。
所述多层盘管内侧外壁与竖直导向杆接触,多层盘管通过固定卡固定于竖直导向杆。在竖直导向杆侧壁焊接螺栓,通过旋入螺丝将多层盘管固定。
所述多层盘管内侧外壁与竖直导向杆接触,竖直导向杆侧壁开有凹槽,凹槽的高度大于多层盘管的直径,多层盘管一部卡在凹槽内。
所述出气口处设置温度计、进气口处设置冷凝水收集槽和阀门,冷凝水收集槽收集多层盘管中产生的冷凝水。
本实用新型可在储罐外将支撑构件和多层盘管组合在一起,然后通过底座固定在储罐内,具有结构简单,占用空间小,安装方便快捷,方便拆卸维护,加热效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
一种储罐多层盘管1加热装置,包括多层盘管1和支撑构件,多层盘管1的上端和下端分别为出气口2和进气口3,所述出气口2处设置温度计12、进气口3处设置冷凝水收集槽10和阀门11,给储罐加热时,冷凝水收集槽10收集多层盘管1中产生的冷凝水,温度计12检测出气口处温度,进而推算出储罐内温度,从而通过控制单元控制锅炉和阀门11的运行状态。
支撑构件包括四个竖直导向杆4和两个横向连接杆5,竖直导向杆4下端安装底座8,支撑构件通过底座8固定在储罐内,底座8可通过焊接或螺栓等方式固定在储罐内底部,四个竖直导向杆4分别位于一个正方形的一个角,横向连接杆5两端分别连接一个竖直导向杆4顶端,两个横向连接杆5呈十字交叉,时候竖直导向杆4不会发生位移和倾斜,增加支撑构件的牢固性,多层盘管1与竖直导向杆4固定连接。
多层盘管1内侧外壁与竖直导向杆4接触,多层盘管1通过固定卡6固定于竖直导向杆4,在竖直导向杆4侧壁焊接螺栓,通过旋入螺丝7将固定卡6固定,进而将多层盘管1与竖直导向杆4固定连接。
实施例2:
实施例2与实施例1的区别是多层盘管1内侧外壁与竖直导向杆4接触,竖直导向杆4侧壁开有凹槽9,凹槽9的高度大于多层盘管1的直径,多层盘管1一部卡在凹槽9内,从而使多层盘管1与竖直导向杆4连接在一起,起到固定多层盘管的目的。

1.一种储罐多层盘管加热装置,其特征在于,包括多层盘管(1)和支撑构件,所述多层盘管(1)的上端和下端分别为出气口(2)和进气口(3),支撑构件包括四个竖直导向杆(4)和两个横向连接杆(5),竖直导向杆(4)下端安装底座(8),四个竖直导向杆(4)分别位于一个正方形的一个角,横向连接杆(5)两端分别连接一个竖直导向杆(4)顶端,两个横向连接杆(5)呈十字交叉,多层盘管(1)与竖直导向杆(4)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种储罐多层盘管加热装置,其特征在于,所述多层盘管(1)内侧外壁与竖直导向杆(4)接触,多层盘管(1)通过固定卡(6)固定于竖直导向杆(4),在竖直导向杆(4)侧壁焊接螺栓,通过旋入螺丝(7)将多层盘管(1)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种储罐多层盘管加热装置,其特征在于,所述多层盘管(1)内侧外壁与竖直导向杆(4)接触,竖直导向杆(4)侧壁开有凹槽(9),凹槽(9)的高度大于多层盘管(1)的直径,多层盘管(1)一部卡在凹槽(9)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种储罐多层盘管加热装置,其特征在于,所述出气口(2)处设置温度计(12)、进气口(3)处设置冷凝水收集槽(10)和阀门(11)。
