Abstract

Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及直接部件标记扫描仪，更具体地讲，涉及用于其圆顶漫射器的照明组件。
背景技术
一般而言，识别符号扫描需要在包含条形码或其他可解码标记的对象上的位置处（“目标区域”）瞄准图像采集传感器（CMOS相机、CCD等）并检索该符号的图像。可解码标记包含一组表示有序的字符组或符号组的预定图案，处理器可例如从中获得关于对象的有用信息（例如，其序列号、类型、型号、价格等）。
在读取可解码标记中，所采用的照明类型尤其令人关注。在使用对比的油墨或油漆在平坦表面上印刷可解码标记的情况下，漫射的高角度“明场”照明可最好地突出传感器的这些特征。一般来讲，高角度是指几乎垂直（竖直）照射对象或以与被扫描物品的表面垂直（竖直）的角度相比通常不小于约45度的角度照射对象的光。此类照明可受到朝向传感器的大量反射。以举例的方式，主要需要明场照明的可解码标记可存在于粘附到物品或容器上的印刷标签上，或者存在于物品或容器的相对平滑区域中的印刷区域上。一些直接部件标记扫描仪使用圆顶或锥形漫射器为镜面表面提供完全漫射的明场照明。
如果在更不规则的表面上形成或者通过直接在表面上蚀刻或喷丸图案（即，直接部件标记的示例）来生成可解码标记（例如，条形码），使用高反射明场照明可能不合适。喷丸/蚀刻表面具有倾向于散射明场照明的二维特性，从而使采集的图像模糊。在蚀刻或喷丸表面具有这种明显的二维表面纹理的情况下，用暗场照明可能实现最佳照明。这是相对于对象表面的特征低角度（例如，约45度或更小）的照明（即，相对于竖直角度大于约45度的角度）。使用这种低角度暗场照明，可以更有效地对比二维表面纹理（凹痕显示为亮点，周围图像显示为阴影），以更好地采集图像。为了充分利用相机图像传感器的多功能性，希望提供明场和暗场照明，以用于对象的选择性或同时照明。
然而，暗场照明必须靠近对象呈现，以获得其低入射角。相反，明场照明在用以确保全区域照明的相对距离处更好地产生。当光管接触或接近接触可解码标记被蚀刻或喷丸的对象时，围绕漫射器的前边缘的光环形式的光管已被用于产生低角度暗场照明。具有低对比度标记的高反射或镜面反射的表面可接受光管照明。然而，对于低反射或漫反射的表面，光管不能提供足够的对比度。
因此，需要一种包括圆顶漫射器和边缘照明组件的直接部件标记扫描仪。各种实施方案提供接触和接近接触距离处的暗场照明以及近场和远场明场照明（即，接触和接近接触暗场和明场照明以及中等距离和远距离明场照明）。各种实施方案还在距离漫射器的前边缘一定距离处为对象提供高或近法向入射角照明，同时为接触或接近接触距离处的对象提供低入射角照明。
发明内容

具体实施方式
本实用新型涵盖直接部件标记(DPM)扫描仪，包括具有边缘照明组件的圆顶漫射器。各种实施方案提供接触和接近接触距离处的暗场照明以及近场和远场明场照明。各种实施方案还在距离漫射器的前边缘一定距离处为对象提供高或近法向入射角照明，同时为接触或接近接触距离处的对象提供低入射角照明。各种实施方案消除了常规DPM读取器中使用的光管，从而在结构上简化了DPM扫描仪，使得根据各种实施方案的DPM扫描仪紧凑且重量轻，相对于光管提供更好的热耗散，从而实现更高的LED效率和更长的寿命。
参考图1，根据本实用新型的各种实施方案，示出了示例性直接部件标记(DPM)扫描仪100的分解图。为了便于说明，省略了某些部件。直接部件标记扫描仪100通常包括壳体102，所述壳体包括头部部分104和柄部部分106。所示出的头部部分104包括与底部部分104b接合的顶盖104a。柄部部分106包括手握把108和触发器110。触发器110可用于启动用于激活帧读出和/或某些解码过程的信号。
DPM扫描仪100的各种部件可设置在壳体内。例如，图像传感器可以设置在成像器窗口112后面的头部部分104中的印刷电路板和光学模块62中。图像传感器可被配置为输出表示入射在图像传感器上的光的电信号。图像传感器可以是多像素图像传感器或其他适合应用的图像传感器。印刷电路板和光学模块62由PCBA支架114保持在适当位置。
光学DPM扫描仪100还可包括图1的示例性实施方案中的I/O接口，其可通信地耦接到有线连接。I/O接口可用于将DPM扫描仪100通信地耦接到配套设备，诸如销售点(POS)应用中的寄存器和/或外围数据捕获设备。I/O接口的其他配置可利用不需要导线和/或有线连接的无线通信技术和/或接触型特征部。例如，在DPM扫描仪100的某些应用中，配套设备可由具有相应配合触点和/或连接器的对接底座提供，所述配合触点和/或连接器可用于交换功率和数据，包括由图像传感器捕获的图像数据。
虽然没有结合在图1的示例性实施方案中，但DPM扫描仪100还可包括多个其他部件，诸如外围设备，包括用于显示诸如由终端、键盘和指示设备捕获的图像帧之类的信息的显示器。

仍然参考图1并且现在参考图2A至图2C，根据本实用新型的各种实施方案，DPM扫描仪100还包括用于照射目标区域的圆顶漫射器组件200。圆顶漫射器组件200包括圆顶漫射器202和照明组件204。如图1、图2A和图2C所示，圆顶漫射器202与光轴同轴对准并且具有至少部分地围绕视场的前端202a和靠近DPM扫描仪100的壳体104的成像器窗口112的后端202b。照明组件204可操作地联接到圆顶漫射器202的前端202a（参见例如图3）。

LED反射器212包括V形反射镜构件，其具有彼此倾斜并且面向彼此的第一反射表面218和第二反射表面220。LED反射器212可被布置成环形或分段。分段LED反射器可减少LED之间的串扰光以具有更好的限定照明选择。与常规光管相比，LED反射器212减少了来自光泄漏和常规光管的多次反射的不需要的照明。LED反射器212（更具体地讲，开口V形反射镜构件）还有助于LED的热管理以允许通风。V形反射镜构件包含金属材料或涂覆有反射表面涂层的塑性材料，或者该金属材料包含反射片材金属。包含金属材料的LED反射器可使用SMT工艺中的至少一种或通过插入通孔安装件设置在LED组件上。包含塑料材料的LED反射器可注塑成型并且是透明或半透明的，以提供具有部分反射涂层的透过式照明。反射片材金属可被纹理化或刷涂以改善反射均匀性。LED反射器的表面光洁度包括镜面反射镜表面光洁度、半镜面反射镜表面光洁度、压花表面光洁度或漫射表面光洁度中的一种。V形反射镜构件有助于控制LED输出分布。
连续非球面圆柱形透镜214可由塑料诸如聚碳酸酯注塑成型。连续非球面圆柱形透镜具有抛光表面涂层、漫射表面涂层或抗反射表面涂层中的一种。表面可被纹理化或磨砂以漫射光输出，从而获得更好的均匀性。连续非球面圆柱形透镜可具有以光学功率布置的表面曲率以用作透镜，用于进一步精细调节光输出/光分布以及气密密封圆顶漫射器组件电子器件。
从前述内容应当理解，照明组件被配置为可操作地联接到圆顶漫射器的前端（更具体地讲，圆顶漫射器照明器205），以通过接触和接近接触暗场和明场照明以及中距离和远距离明场照明来覆盖DPM读取需求。

Claims (10)

用于产生光输出的LED组件；
LED反射器，所述LED反射器安装至所述LED组件并且被配置为接收所述光输出的至少一部分并朝向目标区域反射所述光输出的至少所述部分；以及
连续非球面圆柱形透镜，所述连续非球面圆柱形透镜设置在所述LED反射器和所述目标区域之间的所述LED反射器的前方，所述光输出的朝向所述目标区域反射的所述部分被反射到所述连续非球面圆柱形透镜上，然后所述连续非球面圆柱形透镜将重新分布的光提供给所述目标区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明组件，其中直接部件标记(DPM)扫描仪中的圆顶漫射器的前端可操作地联接到所述LED组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的照明组件，其中所述LED组件包括布置在LED板上的一个或多个LED。
