技术领域
本实用新型涉及伸缩水管领域,具体涉及一种高弹性伸缩管,具备高弹性同时进一步降低使用过程中内管与外管之间的摩擦,延长水管使用寿命。
背景技术
在我们的日常生活中,水管是常用的用于引水的工具。有些水管直接安装在房屋内 而处于静态,而有些水管则需要经常移动,如用于洗车、清洁打扫、园艺浇花等用途的水管,使用时,操作者需要边拿水管边走动喷水,而不用时,需要将水管盘绕收起,传统伸缩水管外管一般采用耐摩擦的编织外管,外管本身弹性较低,水管拉伸比例受限。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术不足,本实用新型提供了一种高弹性伸缩管,包括内管和外管,外管包括编织网外管,编织网外管内设弹力弹性橡皮筋,外管通过橡皮筋提升外管拉伸比例同时降低使用时内管与外管之间的摩擦,延长内管与外管使用寿命。

进一步的,所述外管编织工艺包括拉链式编织工艺。
进一步的,所述橡皮筋呈纵向方式置于外管内。
进一步的,所述内管表面设轮滑层,轮滑层包括工业用轮滑油。
进一步的,所述内管材质包括TPE和塑胶。
进一步的,所述内管拉伸比例包括2-5倍。
本实用新型相对于现有技术所具有的增益效果是:
本伸缩水管通过外管内置弹力橡皮筋,使传统的编织网外管具备更强的伸缩性,相对于传统伸缩水管,本伸缩水管在伸缩性能上大大提升,并且在传统伸缩水管中外管需内管增加拉伸,拉伸过程中内管与外管之间摩擦系数增大,影响管体使用寿命,本伸缩水管在提高拉伸性能的同时,外管本身自带极佳的伸缩性,内管在增加过程中仅需要较小的作用力即可带动拉伸外管,降低内管与外管之间的摩擦,延长管体使用寿命。

具体实施方式
图1所示,一种高弹性伸缩管,包括管体1,置于管体1两端的接头,所示接头包括进水端结构3和出水端接头2,所示管体1包括内管和外管,外管通过拉链式编织工艺制成。
图2所示,管体1包括内管6和外管4,所示内管6为乳胶管,所示外管4为编制网外管,外管4内设橡皮筋5,外管4通过编织绳交叉编织构成,橡皮筋5通过外管4编织时植入交叉的编织绳内,所示橡皮筋5呈间隔状有序分布于编织绳中间,橡皮筋5通过间隔分布于编织外管内节省橡皮筋投入的同时,外管的伸缩性能提高,且拉升力降低,众所周知,橡皮筋越多拉省力越大,间隔分布的橡皮筋在保证外管伸缩性的同时,降低外管伸缩的拉升力,并且保证外管耐摩擦的特点。
所示内管6表面设轮滑层,轮滑层包括工业用轮滑油,轮滑层可以在使用时进一步降低内管与外管之间的摩擦,延长内管与外管使用寿命。
所示本伸缩水管接头包括快速接头、螺纹接头和按压式接头。
图3所示,伸缩水管示意图一,所示本伸缩水管接头采用快速接头,外管为编制网植入橡皮筋外管,保证耐摩擦特点的同时,具备快速安装,伸缩性更加的优点。
图4所示,伸缩水管示意图二,所示本伸缩水管接头采用螺纹接头,接头与出水端或进水端之间采用螺纹方式连接,该接头匹配性高,适合现在大部分伸缩水管,外管为编制网植入橡皮筋外管,保证耐摩擦特点的同时,具备快速安装,伸缩性更加的优点。
图5所示,伸缩水管示意图三,本伸缩水管接头采用连接式接头,接头可以作为中间连接接头与其他伸缩水管配合,加长管体长度,外管为编制网植入橡皮筋外管,保证耐摩擦特点的同时,具备快速安装,伸缩性更加的优点。
本伸缩水管在编制网外管内加设橡皮筋,在保证外管原有的耐摩擦特点的同时,橡皮筋提升编织网外管拉伸性能,使外管布套伸缩性显著提供,并且由于橡皮筋带动的拉伸性使管体在使用过程中,内管由于水压作用增加拉伸膨胀,传统伸缩水管在内管增压过程中,内管与外管之间摩擦系数增加,降低管体使用寿命,而本发明中伸缩水管,内管在增压时仅需要较小的作用力即可带动外管拉伸,相同拉伸长度本伸缩水管仅需要相对较小的作用力即可实现拉伸,另外在内管表面加设轮滑层,更进一步降低内管与外管之间的摩擦,本伸缩水管在提高拉伸性能的同时进一步延长管体使用寿命,降低消费负担。

1.一种高弹性伸缩管,包括管体,置于管体两端的接头,所述管体包括内管和外管,所述内管包括乳胶管,所述外管包括编织网外管,其特征在于,所述外管内设弹力橡皮筋,橡皮筋通过外管编织时植入交叉的编织绳内,橡皮筋呈间隔状有序分布于编织绳中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高弹性伸缩管,其特征在于,所述外管编织工艺包括拉链式编织工艺。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高弹性伸缩管,其特征在于,所述橡皮筋呈纵向方式置于外管内。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种高弹性伸缩管,其特征在于,所述内管表面设轮滑层,轮滑层包括工业用轮滑油。
