本发明是主要应用于丝锥刀具钻孔的钻床应用领域。
背景技术
钻床在机械加工领域是应用最为广泛的机床,型号、大小各式各样,均采用丝锥进行攻丝。普通钻夹具对丝锥的固定通过螺纹锁紧,在实际的攻丝过程中,丝锥会经常性的正反转来避免夹屑,对于加工硬度比较高或孔深比较大的工件,由于丝锥承受的周向扭矩比较大,往往会出现转动的现象,一旦丝锥转动会造成钻夹具磨损,影响丝孔合格,甚至丝锥崩断造成工件损坏、人员受伤的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要问题是:解决对高硬度、深孔工件钻床攻丝时丝锥转动,造成钻夹具磨损、丝孔不合格问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本实用新型由一个钻夹头、一个定位块和两个内六角螺钉组成。钻夹头径向设置有定位块安装孔和内六角螺钉安装孔,轴线设置有丝锥导向孔,定位块安装于钻夹头中,定位块与内六角螺钉用于丝锥的周向定位和固定。其特征是:钻夹头设置定位块安装孔、丝锥导向孔和内六角螺钉安装孔;定位块中心设置方形孔,作为定位孔用于丝锥插入,阻止丝锥的周向转动;2个内六角螺钉固定丝锥。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)成本低,结构简单,易实现。
2)易操作,维护方便。。

具体实施方式
1)如图1-2所示,一种防止丝锥转动的钻夹具组装示意,该夹具包括钻夹头1、定位块2和内六角螺钉4,攻丝时,丝锥通过钻夹头1的孔14插入定位块2的孔21中,并用2个内六角螺钉4夹紧固定。
2)钻夹头1内开设有定位块2的安装孔11,该孔与定位块为间隙配合H9/h9;开设的丝孔12和丝孔13为对称关系,用于安装内六角螺钉,起到丝锥的固定作用;开设的孔14为丝锥的导向孔。
3)定位块2正中部位开设方形通孔21,该孔可有效防止丝锥转动,孔的加工精度为H9;定位块经过调质处理,以增加表面硬度。
