Abstract

一种具较佳兼容性的端子连接器;包括筒状本体,其上端具有冠状结构;还设有倒锥形结构,呈环状凸设于筒状本体的外周面,并与冠状结构间隔设置;倒锥形结构包括环状上端面及环状锥面;通过倒锥形结构的设计,筒状本体的直径得以在此处从下向上逐渐增大;其中倒锥形结构的环状锥面上还开设有多个阻尼纹路。本实用新型在与PCB板装配时,可以兼容不同孔径的定位孔,同时也对PCB板面平整度的公差有较大宽容度,具有节约生产成本,产能利用率高的优点。另外通过卡脖的设计提高了在载带上定位的可靠性,同时通过冠状结构下端面的斜坡设计,产品容易向下从载带中脱离,提高了生产的流畅性。

Description

具较佳兼容性的端子连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定在PCB板上的端子连接器,具体涉及一种具较佳兼容性,可适配不同孔径装配要求的端子连接器。本实用新型端子连接器为母端,即被连接端。
背景技术
端子连接器是一种PCB板中常见的电连接元件,通过插入PIN针实现电连接的作用。如图1、2所示,为现有端子连接器的结构示意图以及使用状态参考图,该现有端子连接器包括一筒状本体1,PIN针从上方插入筒状本体1内实现电连接。所述筒状本体1的上端具有一冠状结构2,冠状结构2的下端面与筒状本体1的外侧面的夹角为直角。
在制作SMT贴装用载带时,端子连接器以其筒状本体1插入载带上的装配孔中,端子连接器的冠状结构2贴合并卡扣于载带的上表面。在完成PCB板装配后,端子连接器亦以其筒状本体1插入PCB板3上的定位孔4中实现装配。其中,筒状本体1的上段还凸设有一圈环状阻尼面5,以此实现与PCB板结合的稳定。
上述现有技术存在以下不足:
一、由于端子连接器的筒状本体1的直径固定,因此在与PCB板进行装配时仅能适配一种孔径的定位孔4,无兼容性可言,厂家必须设计和生产大量不同直径的产品以满足不同孔径的装配需求,成本较高且产能利用率低;
二、由于冠状结构2的下端面与筒状本体1的外侧面的夹角为直角,因此在进行SMT贴装工作时,受到冠状结构2的限制,产品不易向下从载带上脱离,给生产的流畅性造成不利影响。
因此,如何解决上述现有技术存在的不足,便成为本实用新型所要研究解决的课题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具较佳兼容性的端子连接器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种具较佳兼容性的端子连接器;包括一筒状本体,该筒状本体的上端具有一冠状结构;
所述筒状本体上设有一倒锥形结构,该倒锥形结构呈环状凸设于筒状本体的外周面,并与所述冠状结构间隔设置,使两者间形成一卡脖;
所述倒锥形结构包括一环状上端面以及一环状锥面;所述环状锥面的下端连接所述筒状本体的外周面,上端连接所述环状上端面的外缘;通过所述倒锥形结构的设计,所述筒状本体的直径得以在此处从下向上逐渐增大,进而可适配不同PCB板定位孔的孔径;
其中,所述倒锥形结构的环状锥面上还开设有多个阻尼纹路,以提升与PCB板定位孔的卡合力。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1.上述方案中,所述卡脖用于与载带上的装配孔连接,卡脖的高度对应载带的厚度,以提升端子连接器与载带结合时的可靠性。
2.上述方案中,通过设置阻尼纹路以增加阻尼,提升端子连接器与PCB板装配结合的稳定性,同时在一定程度上减弱倒锥形结构的强度,有利于在同PCB板装配结合时产生一定变形,避免硬装配。
3.上述方案中,还包括一簧爪,该簧爪从所述筒状本体的上方向下插接定位于筒状本体的一插接孔中,并且所述簧爪具有多个向下延伸且在横向相互间隔的弹臂。PIN针插入端子连接器后实现与簧爪各弹臂的接触,从而形成完整的电路连接。
4.上述方案中,所述簧爪的各所述弹臂的底端部均设有R角,可以减少PIN针插拔时对PIN针表面产生的摩擦。
5.上述方案中,所述冠状结构的下端面为斜坡设计,该斜坡的上端连设于冠状结构的外缘,下端连设于筒状本体的外周面。在SMT贴装时,斜坡起到导向作用,有利于端子连接器脱离载带的装配孔。
6.上述方案中,所述阻尼纹路可为以下任一形式或组合:纵向纹路形式、横向纹路形式、十字纹路形式、碎纹形式。但并不局限于上述几种形式,也可以是其他能够使环状锥面粗糙化的阻尼纹路。
本实用新型的工作原理及优点如下:
本实用新型一种具较佳兼容性的端子连接器;包括筒状本体,其上端具有冠状结构;还设有倒锥形结构,呈环状凸设于筒状本体的外周面,并与冠状结构间隔设置;倒锥形结构包括环状上端面及环状锥面;通过倒锥形结构的设计,筒状本体的直径得以在此处从下向上逐渐增大;其中倒锥形结构的环状锥面上还开设有多个阻尼纹路。
相比现有技术而言,本实用新型在与PCB板装配时,可以兼容不同孔径的定位孔,同时也对PCB板面平整度的公差有较大宽容度。具有节约生产成本,产能利用率高的优点。
另外通过卡脖的设计提高了在载带上定位的可靠性,同时通过冠状结构下端面的斜坡设计,产品容易向下从载带中脱离,提高了生产的流畅性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例:参见附图3~6所示,一种具较佳兼容性的端子连接器;包括一筒状本体6,该筒状本体6的上端具有一冠状结构7。
所述筒状本体6上设有一倒锥形结构8,该倒锥形结构8呈环状凸设于筒状本体6的外周面,在筒状本体6上形成卡刺;所述倒锥形结构8与所述冠状结构7间隔设置,使两者间形成一卡脖9,该卡脖9用于与载带10上的装配孔连接,卡脖9的高度对应载带10的厚度,以提升端子连接器与载带10结合时的可靠性;如图7a、7b所示,端子连接器向下运动与载带10进行装配,并通过卡脖9与载带10定位。
所述倒锥形结构8包括一环状上端面11以及一环状锥面12;如图3所示,所述环状锥面12呈上宽下窄的形态,其下端连接所述筒状本体6的外周面,上端连接所述环状上端面11的外缘;通过所述倒锥形结构8的设计,所述筒状本体6的直径得以在此处从下向上逐渐增大,因此,在与PCB板13进行装配结合时,能够通过改变装配深度适配多种不同孔径的定位孔14(见图6)。
其中,所述倒锥形结构8的环状锥面12与筒状本体6外周面的夹角小于90度,并且环状锥面12上还开设有多个阻尼纹路15。以此增加阻尼,提升与PCB板13装配结合的稳定性,同时在一定程度上减弱倒锥形结构8的强度,有利于在同PCB板13装配结合时产生一定变形,避免硬装配。当端子连接器与PCB板13完成装配结合后,再经过波峰焊使其与PCB板13固定。
其中,还包括一簧爪16,该簧爪16从所述筒状本体6的上方向下插接定位于筒状本体6的一插接孔17中,并且所述簧爪16具有多个向下延伸且在横向相互间隔的弹臂18。PIN针19插入端子连接器后实现与簧爪16各弹臂18的接触,从而形成完整的电路连接。所述簧爪16的各所述弹臂18的底端部均设有R角20,可以减少PIN针19插拔时对PIN针19表面产生的摩擦。
其中,所述冠状结构7的下端面为斜坡21设计,该斜坡21的上端连设于冠状结构7的外缘,下端连设于筒状本体6的外周面。如图7b、7c所示,在SMT贴装时,斜坡21起到导向作用,有利于端子连接器脱离载带10的装配孔。
其中,所述阻尼纹路15可为以下任一形式或组合:纵向纹路形式、横向纹路形式、十字纹路形式、碎纹形式。但并不局限于上述几种形式,也可以是其他能够使环状锥面12粗糙化的阻尼纹路,本实施例附图中为纵向纹路形式。
相比现有技术而言,本实用新型在与PCB板装配时,可以兼容不同孔径的定位孔,同时也对PCB板面平整度的公差有较大宽容度。具有节约生产成本,产能利用率高的优点。
另外通过卡脖的设计提高了在载带上定位的可靠性,同时通过冠状结构下端面的斜坡设计,产品容易向下从载带中脱离,提高了生产的流畅性。

Claims (5)

1.一种具较佳兼容性的端子连接器,包括一筒状本体,该筒状本体的上端具有一冠状结构;其特征在于:
所述筒状本体上设有一倒锥形结构,该倒锥形结构呈环状凸设于筒状本体的外周面,并与所述冠状结构间隔设置,使两者间形成一卡脖;
所述倒锥形结构包括一环状上端面以及一环状锥面;所述环状锥面的下端连接所述筒状本体的外周面,上端连接所述环状上端面的外缘;通过所述倒锥形结构的设计,所述筒状本体的直径得以在此处从下向上逐渐增大,进而可适配不同PCB板定位孔的孔径;
其中,所述倒锥形结构的环状锥面上还开设有多个阻尼纹路,以提升与PCB板定位孔的卡合力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端子连接器,其特征在于:还包括一簧爪,该簧爪从所述筒状本体的上方向下插接定位于筒状本体的一插接孔中,并且所述簧爪具有多个向下延伸且在横向相互间隔的弹臂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的端子连接器,其特征在于:所述簧爪的各所述弹臂的底端部均设有R角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的端子连接器,其特征在于:所述冠状结构的下端面为斜坡设计,该斜坡的上端连设于冠状结构的外缘,下端连设于筒状本体的外周面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的端子连接器,其特征在于:所述阻尼纹路为以下任一形式:
纵向纹路形式、横向纹路形式、十字纹路形式、碎纹形式。
