本实用新型涉及一种杯体承接装置，尤其是涉及一种稳定性高的新型下杯装置。
背景技术
众所周知，目前一次性纸杯生产厂家采用的杯体制造装置中均需要采用杯体承接装置。大多数的下杯装置包括主体以及设置在主体内壁上沿的环状齿轮。该结构虽然能够起到下杯的作用，但是其承接不够稳定，使用强度低，且非常容易卡杯。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是针对现有技术所存在的稳定性差、容易卡杯、使用强度低、使用寿命短等的技术问题，提供一种稳定性好、不容易卡杯、使用强度高、使用寿命长的新型下杯装置。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：一种新型下杯装置，包括主体以及设置在主体内壁上沿的环状齿轮，主体内部设置有定位齿轮，其特征在于所述的主体内部安装有六个定位齿轮，定位齿轮与环状齿轮相啮合，所述定位齿轮对称分布。主体内部安装有六个定位齿轮，其稳定性好，使用强度高。
作为优选，所述的定位齿轮下沿设置有螺纹，其螺距为5mm--12mm。定位齿轮下沿设置有螺纹，使得定位齿轮弧度更为平滑，不容易卡杯。
作为优选，所述的定位齿轮之间设置有定位柱销。与上方的下杯体配合固定使用，其结构合理、设计巧妙。
作为优选，所述的主体内壁直径为10mm--15mm。使用稳定，结构合理。
因此，本实用新型具有稳定性好、不容易卡杯、使用强度高、使用寿命长、结构合理等特点。

一种新型下杯装置(参见说明书附图1和说明书附图2)，包括主体以及设置在主体内壁上沿的环状齿轮，主体内部设置有定位齿轮，主体1内部安装有六个定位齿轮2，定位齿轮与环状齿轮3相啮合，定位齿轮对称分布。定位齿轮下沿设置有螺纹4，其螺距为8.3mm。定位齿轮之间设置有定位柱销5。主体内壁直径为11.8mm。
安装使用时，六个定位齿轮与环状齿轮相啮合，其稳定性好、不容易卡杯、使用强度高、使用寿命长、结构合理。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型下杯装置，包括主体以及设置在主体内壁上沿的环状齿轮，主体内部设置有定位齿轮，其特征在于所述的主体(1)内部安装有六个定位齿轮(2)，定位齿轮与环状齿轮(3)相啮合，所述定位齿轮对称分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型下杯装置，其特征在于所述的定位齿轮下沿设置有螺纹(4)，其螺距为5mm--12mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型下杯装置，其特征在于所述的定位齿轮之间设置有定位柱销(5)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型下杯装置，其特征在于所述的主体内壁直径为10mm--15mm。
