背景技术
液位开关，也称水位开关，液位传感器，顾名思义，就是用来控制液位的开关，也就是液面高度的开关，液位开关的电信号装置包括触发装置和被触发装置，一般情况下被触发装置和触发装置都是设置在容器内的。
传统浮筒式液位开关的结构设计，大都是采用圆管本体设计，螺丝螺母做装配，圆管内置干簧管，圆管外套上有一内孔的浮筒，浮筒内置磁环，将浮筒及本体置入水中以侦测水位，此种结构设计具有较多不便之处，其一，因螺丝螺母装配或拆卸时，耗费工时，并经常会震动导致螺母松动造成漏水，其二，不能直接使用普通机械式开关，而需要变换放大液位信号的辅助装置或特种开关装置，这不但会结构复杂、成本增大、可靠性降低，而且在安装、维护、保养方面也较为复杂，以致限制了它的推广应用，其三，浮筒的重量较小，使液位开关在运行过程中的可靠性较低。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐酸碱的液位开关，以解决上述背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种耐酸碱的液位开关，包括接线盒、浮筒连接装置、浮筒，其特征在于：所述接线盒上端设有盖板，所述接线盒下端设有浮筒连接装置，所述浮筒连接装置内部设有连杆，所述连杆上设有限位板，所述限位板下端设有上限位块，所述浮筒连接装置左端设有电缆线，下端设有固定轴，所述固定轴上设有固定板，所述固定板下端设有下限位块，所述下限位块下端设有环扣，所述环扣下端设有浮筒，所述浮筒下端设有钩环，所述钩环固定连接在浮筒底端，所述浮筒上固定连接连杆，所述连杆由下至上依次固定连接环扣、下限为块、固定板，浮筒连接装置，所述浮筒连接装置通过连杆与上限位块和限位板相连接，所述浮筒连接装置通过电缆线与接线盒电连接。
所述固定板上端设有密封垫，所述固定板左右两端各设有安装块。
所述浮筒为不锈钢浮筒。
有益效果：本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，耐酸碱。避免了浮球液位开关内部的结构被溶液腐蚀，从而使浮球液位开关在使用的过程中更加稳定，延长的浮球液位开关的使用寿命，方便了人们的使用，减少了浮球液位开关的维修费用。

如图1所示，一种耐酸碱的液位开关，包括接线盒1、浮筒连接装置3、浮筒2，所述接线盒1上端设有盖板4，所述接线盒1下端设有浮筒连接装置3，所述浮筒连接装置3内部设有连杆5，所述连杆5上设有限位板6，所述限位板6下端设有上限位块8，所述浮筒连接装置2左端设有电缆线7，下端设有固定轴9，所述固定轴9上设有固定板10，所述固定板10下端设有下限位块11，所述下限位块11下端设有环扣12，所述环扣12下端设有浮筒2，所述浮筒2下端设有钩环13，所述钩环13固定连接在浮筒2底端，所述浮筒2上固定连接连杆5，所述连杆5由下至上依次固定连接环扣12、下限为块11、固定板10，浮筒连接装置3，所述浮筒连接装置3通过连杆5与上限位块8和限位板6相连接，所述浮筒连接装置3通过电缆线7与接线盒1电连接。
