楔形闸阀一般结构包括阀体、闸板、阀杆、阀盖,闸板两侧密封面构成楔形结构,阀体内腔具有与闸板两侧密封面相互配合的楔形阀座,闸板上端中心与阀杆下端连接,闸板两侧密封面中间制有圆槽,使闸板与阀座弹性配合,在闸板进口侧平面内制有连通阀体进口通道与圆槽之间的排压孔,使闸板关闭状态下泄放阀腔内的异常高压。其主要缺点是楔形闸板只有出口侧单侧密封,密封性能较差。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种闸板进出口两侧密封,密封性能好的楔形弹性闸板双密封面高温闸阀。
本实用新型的技术方案包括阀体、闸板、阀杆、阀盖,闸板两侧密封面构成楔形结构,阀体内腔具有与闸板两侧密封面相互配合的楔形阀座,闸板上端中心与阀杆下端连接,闸板两侧密封面中间制有圆槽,在闸板进口侧平面内制有连通阀体进口通道与圆槽之间的排压孔;主要是在排压孔内设置单向阀,该单向阀的进口端与圆槽连通,出口端与阀体进口通道连通。
本实用新型的优点是在排压孔内设置单向阀,阀体进口通道介质压力推动单向阀关闭,使楔形闸板具有进出口两侧密封,提高了密封性能,同时阀腔内异常高压可以通过单向阀向阀体进口通道排放,避免阀腔内异常高压产生安全事故。

如图1所示的楔形弹性闸板双密封面高温闸阀,包括阀体1、闸板2、阀杆4、阀盖5,闸板2两侧密封面构成楔形结构,阀体1内腔具有与闸板2两侧密封面相互配合的楔形阀座,闸板2上端中心与阀杆4下端连接,闸板2两侧密封面中间制有圆槽3,该圆槽3沿闸板2圆周径向设置,使圆槽3两侧的闸板密封面与楔形阀座密封面构成弹性配合,防止高温膨胀将闸板2与楔形阀座卡死,在闸板2进口侧平面内制有连通阀体1进口通道与圆槽3之间的排压孔6,该排压孔6将闸板2关闭状态下阀腔产生的异常高压排放到阀体1进口通道,防止阀体1高压爆炸,避免安全事故的发生;其特征是在排压孔6内设置单向阀7,该单向阀7的进口端与圆槽3连通,出口端与阀体1进口通道连通,当阀腔产生异常高压时单向阀导通,阀腔内高压通过单向阀7向阀体1进口通道排放,而在正常压力状态下,阀体1进口通道介质压力推动单向阀7关闭,闸板2进出口两侧与楔形阀座相互配合构成双密封面,提高密封性能。

1.一种楔形弹性闸板双密封面高温闸阀,包括阀体(1)、闸板(2)、阀杆(4)、阀盖(5),闸板(2)两侧密封面构成楔形结构,阀体(1)内腔具有与闸板(2)两侧密封面相互配合的楔形阀座,闸板(2)上端中心与阀杆(4)下端连接,闸板(2)两侧密封面中间制有圆槽(3),在闸板(2)进口侧平面内制有连通阀体(1)进口通道与圆槽(3)之间的排压孔(6);其特征是在排压孔(6)内设置单向阀(7),该单向阀(7)的进口端与圆槽(3)连通,出口端与阀体(1)进口通道连通。
