背景技术
现有的光通信用制导光缆,是在光纤外挤制一薄层塑料保护层而成,虽挤制工艺成本较低,但其不足之处是此种光缆结构对挤塑机械设备要求较高,挤出塑料保护层强度较差,易分层,挤塑不均匀时易使光缆局部裸露或外护层产生气孔,产品硬度较高,不易弯折,降低了使用寿命。

为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供改进的制导光缆,包括光导纤维,光导纤维外包覆芳纶层,芳纶层外涂覆加强层,加强层外设橡胶层,橡胶层外设外护套,外护套上涂覆防紫外线层。

进一步的,芳纶层浸透的硅胶树脂和加强层的硅胶树脂层均进行光固化。
本实用新型在芳纶层中浸透硅胶树脂并在其外涂覆硅胶树脂加强层加以紫外光线快速固化,使得芳纶层和加强层均匀致密,无漏涂裸露现象。增设的橡胶层提高制导光缆的韧性,避免扭曲损坏制导光缆,提高产品质量。外护套涂覆防紫外线层,提高制导光缆的耐候性,提高使用寿命。
