1.一种节能建筑外墙与散水层交接处节点结构,其特征在于:包括有外墙、素土夯实层、基础保温系统结构层、外保温系统结构层、密封带、自粘性防水卷材层、散水层;所述外墙为砖砌体结构;所述外墙外侧存在素土夯实层;所述外墙外侧于素土夯实层面层以上200-300mm范围内及素土夯实层面层以下200-300mm范围内设有基础保温系统结构层,该基础保温系统结构层由内而外依次为基础找平层、XPS保温板、基础保护层;所述基础保护层于基础保温系统结构层底端包裹住XPS保温板且延伸至外墙外表面;所述外墙外侧于基础保温系统结构层上方设有外保温系统结构层,该外保温系统结构层由内而外依次为找平层、保温层、保护层;所述基础保温系统结构层与外保温系统结构层的交界处设有密封带;所述基础保温系统结构层外表面粘贴有自粘性防水卷材层,该自粘性防水卷材层延伸至外保温系统结构层外表面且与密封带的距离为150-300mm;所述素土夯实层上方于基础保温系统结构层外侧铺设有散水层。
