低，没有污染，施工方便，保温性好。
Description
本实用新型属于保温材料，更确切地说是一种用于工厂管道保温的材料。
目前各工厂管道的保温都以保温棉（硅酸棉、玻璃棉、岩矿棉等）包在管道上，外面再涂以石灰，或以其他包扎。其缺点：自身份量重，成本高，各种保温棉，对人体有害，对环境有污染。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种分量轻，成本低，没有污染，施工方便的保温材料。
本实用新型的特点：以铝纸制成中空瓦楞材料，上面敷以镀铝玻璃钢，底层衬以耐热耐腐蚀的树脂玻璃布。运输时瓦楞纸可压平，中间没有空隙，使用时横向一拉即成中空。

现结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施：以塑铝纸（上下层为铝，中间层为纸或塑料）制成单层或多层等边的瓦楞纸（1），由于是等边，平时各边相叠成一平面（9），使用时一拉即成中空的单层或多层瓦楞。瓦楞纸（1）下层粘以耐热耐腐蚀的玻璃布（3）上层粘以铝层玻璃钢（2）（铝层在最上面）铝层玻璃钢（2）一边比瓦楞纸（1）宽，形成上舌（4），树脂玻璃布（3）另一边比瓦楞纸（1）宽，形成下舌（5）。上舌（4）上有若干螺丝孔（6）以便安装时绕过管道（7）用自攻螺丝（8），固定在另一边树脂玻璃布（3）上，也可用金属箍加以固定。本实用新型可根据不同直径管道，可以制成不同宽度的瓦楞纸。

1、一种塑铝瓦楞纸保温管，由塑铝瓦楞纸，铝层玻璃钢，树脂玻璃布组成，其特征在于：塑铝纸(上下层为铝，中间层为纸或塑料)制成单层或多层等边的瓦楞纸，平时各边相叠成一平面，使用时一拉即成单层或多层的中空间隔。
2、按权利要求1所述的保温管，其特征是瓦楞纸下层有树脂玻璃布，上层粘有铝层玻璃钢。（铝层在最上层）。
3、按权利要求1所述的保温管，其特征是铝层玻璃钢一边比瓦楞纸宽，形成上舌，上面有螺丝孔，树脂玻璃布另一边比瓦楞纸宽，形成下舌。
