Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种球形蝶阀。该阀的主要结
构特点是蝶阀流道内设置有氟塑料的衬里层,球形蝶
板的中间设置有钢构件骨架,外面设置有氟塑料外
衬,转轴的机械密封——静环、动环分别采用钢玉(99
瓷)或碳化硅材料及聚四氟乙烯填充料制作。该球形
蝶阀构思巧妙、结构合理,它不仅具有耐酸、碱、盐、耐
腐蚀的优良性能,而且密封性好、启闭可靠,与同类阀
相比,其使用寿命提高了十倍左右。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种阀类,主要用于管道流量的控制与调节。
机械阀门是控制、调节管道流量的一种专用装置。但现有的机械阀类,其阀体和阀门均是采用金属材料制作的。这类金属机械阀由于其耐酸、碱、盐、强氧化剂、有机溶剂和其他强腐蚀介质的性能较差,因此在使用中极易造成阀门的泄漏,从而影响其使用寿命。
鉴于上述存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐酸、碱、耐腐蚀且密封性能好,使用寿命又长的以氟塑料作为衬里的球型蝶阀。
本实用新型的基本构思是,阀门流道密封利用球型蝶形板中间带钢构件骨架,控制氟塑料受热膨胀和固有的冷流性,从而使氟塑料制品、钢制构件的衬里制品不致于因两者膨胀系数悬殊而损坏。
机械密封,用钢玉即99瓷和碳化硅材料压制机械密封静环,用F4(聚四氟乙烯)填充料压制动环。由于钢玉和碳化硅都是耐酸、碱、盐、强氧化剂和有机溶剂的最佳物质之一,而且具有高强度和耐磨性,用它制成静环与填充F4制作的动环相匹配,具有摩擦系统小、耐磨性能强、导热性好、密封可靠、使用寿命长等特点。

氟塑料衬里球型蝶阀由在其流道内设置有氟塑料衬里层2的阀体1、中间设置有钢构件骨架4的外面设置有氟塑料外衬5的球型蝶形板3、转轴6、转轴机械密封装置及球型蝶阀启闭机构所组成。球型蝶阀流道内的氟塑料衬里层和球型蝶形板外的氟塑料外衬采用聚四氟乙烯(F4)或聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)制作。转轴机械密封装置由采用钢玉即99瓷或碳化硅材料压制的静环7、聚四氟乙烯(F4)或聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)填充料压制的动环11所组成。静环7安装在外静环座8上的外静环座衬套9内,並通过螺栓10固定在阀体1上。动环11的一端设置有蝶形弹簧12,从而使动环11的端面紧靠于静环7的端面上,以形成机械密封面。球型蝶阀的启闭机构由设置于转轴6端的手柄14及蜗轮箱13所组成。蜗轮箱内设置有蜗轮、蜗杆,蜗轮装在转轴6上,蜗杆的一端装有手轮。手柄(14)和蜗杆上的手轮均可用来启闭、调节控制阀门流量的大小。
氟塑料衬里球型蝶阀构思巧妙、结构合理,它不仅具有耐酸、碱、盐、耐腐蚀的优良性能,而且密封性能好、启闭可靠,与同类阀相比,其使用寿命提高了十倍左右。
Claims (4)
1、一种氟塑料衬里球型蝶阀,其特征在于该球型蝶阀由流道内设置有氟塑料衬里层(2)的阀体(1)、中间设置有钢构件骨架(4)的外面设置有氟塑料外衬(5)的球型蝶形板(3)、转轴(6)、转轴机械密封装置及球型蝶阀启闭机构所组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料衬里球型蝶阀,其特征在于所述的流道内所设置的氟塑料衬里层(2)和球型蝶形板外所设置的氟塑料外衬(5)是采用聚四氟乙烯(F4)或聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)制作的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的氟塑料衬里球型蝶阀,其特征在于所述的转轴机械密封装置由静环(7)、外静环座(8)、外静环座衬套(9)和动环(11)所组成。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的氟塑料衬里球型蝶阀,其特征在于所述的静环(7)采用钢玉即99瓷或碳化硅材料压制,动环(11)采用聚四氟乙烯(F4)或聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)填充料压制。
