Abstract
本实用新型提供一种跑步机的减震机构。该跑步机的减震机构由跑台、底座和连接两者的橡胶柱组成,上述跑台两侧中部下方和底座两侧中部上方各固定有相对磁铁,同时跑台上的磁铁与底座上的磁铁磁极相同,这样就会形成排斥力进行减震,这样的减震机构其使用时具备不会发出噪声、使用寿命长和舒适性好等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型设计一种跑步机配件,具体的说是一种跑步机的减震机构。
背景技术
现有跑步机的跑台与底座之间一般都设有减震机构,其为了减少噪音,同时也为了保护使用者的膝关节。现有跑步机一般都在长方形跑台四个角下方设置橡胶柱,并通过橡胶柱固定在底座上,而在跑台的中部则通过若干弹簧抵压在底座上,从而起到减震缓冲的作用,然而现有这些采用弹簧来起减震作用的跑步机,其使用时跑步机跑台压缩弹簧会发出吱吱的噪声,且使用时间长了,弹簧渐渐失去弹性,从而减震效果也渐渐减弱。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有跑步机的减震机构所存在的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种噪音小,同时减震效果长时间稳定的跑步机的减震机构。
为了实现上述目的,根据本实用新型的一个方面,本实用新型是通过如下技术措施实现的:跑台和底座,所述跑台其四个角下方各通过一橡胶柱固定在底座上,所述跑台两侧中部下方和底座两侧中部上方各固定有一块或若干块相对的磁铁,同时跑台上的磁铁与底座上的磁铁磁极相同形成排斥。
本跑步机的减震机构由于通过磁铁磁极相同形成的排斥力来进行减震,这样就不会产生噪音,同时减震效果稳定。
进一步地,所述跑步机的减震机构还包括磁铁架,磁铁架一侧与跑台或底座固定,所述磁铁架用于固定磁铁。上述设计便于磁铁的固定。
进一步地,所述磁铁架内部空心,且磁铁架未固定的一侧开有开口,开口使部分置物腔形成通腔。上述设计是为了便于磁铁与磁铁之间形成排斥力。
进一步地,所述磁铁架其内部设有隔板使磁铁架内形成不少于两个置物腔,每个置物腔内均设有磁铁。上述设计结构合理紧凑。
进一步地,所述底座上还固定有加强橡胶柱,所述加强橡胶柱呈半球形,且加强橡胶柱与跑台存在一定间隙,防止跑台被压得过低而起到支撑作用。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:通过强磁来作为缓冲的减震机构其使用时不会发出噪声、使用寿命长和舒适性好。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语 “中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”、“底部”、“顶部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
实施例1
请参照图1,本实施例提供的一种跑步机的减震机构包括跑台101、底座102和橡胶柱103,其中,上述橡胶柱103为四个,分设在跑台101四个脚的底部用于与底座102固定。
参照图2,上述跑台101其每侧中部各固定有两个磁铁架104,底座102其每侧中部各固定有两个磁铁架104,这样就形成四组两两上下相对的磁铁架104了,上述磁铁架104一侧开口内部空心,使其内部形成置物腔,上述置物腔内固定有隔板106使置物腔内形成两个腔体,两个腔体均固定有磁铁107,同时开口侧的磁铁架104优选通过螺丝活动固定在跑台101底部或底座102顶部,而磁铁架104未固定的一侧开有开口105,该开口105使部分置物腔形成通腔,这样磁铁107就不会完全被磁铁架104包围了,使跑台101上的磁铁107与底座102上的磁铁107相对,这样如果跑台101上的磁铁107与底座102上的磁铁107其磁极相同时,就会形成一个排斥力,该排斥力为了减震,当然了从图2中还可看出,上述底座102中部其每侧两个磁铁架104之间的底座102上还固定有一个加强橡胶柱108,加强橡胶柱108呈半球形,且加强橡胶柱108顶部高于磁铁架104但与跑台101之间存在一定间隙。
上述设计的跑台中部与底座之间由于采用磁极相同的强磁来作为缓冲的减震机构其使用时不会发出噪声、使用寿命长和舒适性好等优点,再有跑步机减震机构其在底座两磁铁架之间固定一半球形加强橡胶柱,在使用者体重过的人使用时,防止跑台被压得过低而起到支撑的作用,有效的保护跑台。
当然了上述磁铁107可以是强磁也可以是电磁铁。

1.一种跑步机的减震机构,包括:跑台和底座,所述跑台其四个角下方各通过一橡胶柱固定在底座上,其特征在于,所述跑台两侧中部下方和底座两侧中部上方各固定有一块或若干块相对的磁铁,同时跑台上的磁铁与底座上的磁铁磁极相同形成排斥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种跑步机的减震机构,其特征在于,所述跑步机的减震机构还包括磁铁架,磁铁架一侧与跑台或底座固定,所述磁铁架用于固定磁铁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种跑步机的减震机构,其特征在于,所述磁铁架内部空心,且磁铁架未固定的一侧开有开口,开口使部分置物腔形成通腔。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种跑步机的减震机构,其特征在于,所述磁铁架其内部设有隔板使磁铁架内形成不少于两个置物腔,每个置物腔内均设有磁铁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种跑步机的减震机构,其特征在于,所述底座上还固定有加强橡胶柱,所述加强橡胶柱呈半球形,且加强橡胶柱与跑台存在一定间隙,防止跑台被压得过低而起到支撑作用。
