Abstract
一种输料胶管快速接头，用于连接输料管。目前
使用的接头，要用木螺钉定位，造成定位不牢靠和在
胶管内形成障碍，使物料受阻。本实用新型由接头，
上、下卡环和内径衬套组成。内径衬套表面有等距离
齿状的突起两端直径不相同，使用时，套上接头后打
入内径衬套，即可靠地对接输料胶管。
Description
一种输料胶管快速接头，用于连接输料管，属于混凝土加工领域。
目前，用来联接输送喷射混凝土胶管的接头，其结构如图1所示。将欲连接的两根胶管端头（1）分别插入两个接头（2）之中，然后用若干个螺钉（3）定位，通过上、下卡环（4）将两根胶管连成一体。
现有技术的不足之处在于：用于定位的木螺钉（3）若配短了，定位不牢靠，当管内用于推动物料的压缩空气压力增高时，胶管在接头处容易脱开，若配长了，则在胶管内孔形成障碍，使物料受阻，易于堵管。
本实用新型的目的是：设计一种输料胶管快速接头，解决两输料胶管连接后，既保证连接的强度，又不产生物料堵管，同时能实现快速对接。
本实用新型的方案是：设计一种内径衬套，和现有技术的接头，上、下卡环组成一种输料胶管快速接头。其结构如图2所示。内径衬套形状为一头粗、一头细的空心管，空心管表面有等距离的齿状突起（6）。
本实用新型的特征在于：圆形内径衬套的两端，一头粗，一头细，其外表有等距离的锯齿状突起（6）。内径衬套和胶管接头、上下卡环组成输料胶管快速接头。
下面结合实施例，对本实用新型加以详述：用普通钢材制成一端直径和胶管直径相同，另一端直径稍大的圆形内径衬套（5），如图3所示。内径衬套（5）表面有等距离的齿状突起（6），突起的坡度为1／10。在欲连接胶管的两端分别用接头（2）套住，内径衬套（5）分别从两根胶管的内径处打入。由此形成管端部外径的凸台结构。由于齿形突起（6）的作用，内径衬套不能退出脱落，用上、下卡环构成的开启式箍圈将两根胶管连接在一起后，用楔销将卡环楔紧，这样两根胶管可以牢靠、快速地对接起来。
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型具有对接快速、牢靠、接口平滑的优点。

1、一种输料胶管快速接头，由胶管接头，上、下卡环和内径衬套组成，其特征在于：内径衬套是一个两端直径不相同的空心圆形套管，套管外面有等距离齿状突起。
