Abstract
一种保温隔音碳钢复合板，包括内板和外板，内板上方与外板下方分别设置有梯形加强筋，梯形加强筋间隔布置，内板与外板上穿设有螺钉，螺钉对接梯形加强筋，梯形加强筋之间填充有保温层和隔音层，保温层底面紧贴内板，顶面铺设隔音层，隔音层顶面紧贴外板，外板上部封有不锈钢板。本实用新型设计的碳钢复合板，内外两侧保留碳钢材料，并通过梯形加强筋相互固定连接，保证足够的刚度及可靠性；保温层和隔音层不仅起到了隔音、保温、隔热的作用，而且在梯形加强筋的固定下，层结构不易变形，保证使用寿命。

背景技术
碳钢板材的材料中碳的质量分数小于2.11％，且不含有特意加入的合金元素，一般在裁剪、焊接后铸模成形之后，加工成不同的设备罩壳或侧板，传统的单层碳钢板抗弯能力差，且不具备保温、隔音的能力，而简单叠加的复合钢板也很难达到理想的保温、隔音效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构可靠的保温隔音碳钢复合板。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种保温隔音碳钢复合板，包括内板和外板，所述内板上方与所述外板下方分别设置有梯形加强筋，所述梯形加强筋间隔布置，所述内板与外板上穿设有螺钉，所述螺钉对接所述梯形加强筋，所述梯形加强筋之间填充有保温层和隔音层，所述保温层底面紧贴所述内板，顶面铺设所述隔音层，所述隔音层顶面紧贴所述外板，所述外板上部封有不锈钢板。
所述保温层采用气凝胶毡。
所述隔音层采用丁基橡胶。
所述内板和所述外板采用碳素钢。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型设计的碳钢复合板，内外两侧保留碳钢材料，并通过梯形加强筋相互固定连接，保证足够的刚度及可靠性；保温层和隔音层不仅起到了隔音、保温、隔热的作用，而且在梯形加强筋的固定下，层结构不易变形，保证使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如说明书附图中图1所展示的实施例一种保温隔音碳钢复合板，包括内板1和外板2，内板1上方与外板1下方分别设置有若干梯形加强筋3，梯形加强筋3间隔布置，内板1与外板2上穿设有螺钉4，螺钉4对接梯形加强筋3，梯形加强筋3之间填充有保温层5和隔音层6，保温层5底面紧贴内板1，顶面铺设隔音层6，隔音层6顶面紧贴外板2，外板2上部封有不锈钢板7。
其中，保温层5采用气凝胶毡，隔音层6采用丁基橡胶，内板1和外板2采用碳素钢。
此外，螺钉4可采用其他连接件替代，不锈钢板7也可采用镀锌工艺替代。

1.一种保温隔音碳钢复合板，其特征在于：包括内板(1)和外板(2)，所述内板(1)上方与所述外板(2)下方分别设置有梯形加强筋(3)，所述梯形加强筋(3)间隔布置，所述内板(1)与外板(2)上穿设有螺钉(4)，所述螺钉(4)对接所述梯形加强筋(3)，所述梯形加强筋(3)之间填充有保温层(5)和隔音层(6)，所述保温层(5)底面紧贴所述内板(1)，顶面铺设所述隔音层(6)，所述隔音层(6)顶面紧贴所述外板(2)，所述外板(2)上部封有不锈钢板(7)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔音碳钢复合板，其特征在于：所述隔音层(6)采用丁基橡胶。
